Description

Heating Integration Device for Solar Water Heaters
Field of the Invention [0001 ] This utility model publishes a heating integration device for solar water heaters, particularly a water heater using the solar vacuum tube for quick heating. The heat of the sunlight, concentrated and absorbed and increased several times by the condensing teeth on the forensic lens, is shed on the solar vacuum tube to heat the heating rod and then conducted to the heating conductor for the purpose of heating the cool water inside the heat insulating water tank. Inside the heat collector, there is a sun tracker which is started when the sunlight irradiation angle is biased, and the motor’s transmission gear drives the heat collector to tilt with the sunlight irradiation angle for the purpose of maximizing the absorption of the sunlight. Such a structure, being economical and practical, contributes to fast and efficient heating.
Background of the Invention [0002] Generally, for a conventional solar water heater, the sun directly illuminates the solar panel to generate power and heat for the purpose of heating water in the water tank. The sun rays are scattered and does not generate much energy, which also means there is not enough UV light to power the heater; therefore, although such a method can achieve the purpose of heating, it has high cost and low efficiency. There remained a problem of how to provide a water heater with quick and efficient heating. Thus, this invention uses a forensic lens mounted with condensing teeth to concentrate, absorb, and increase both sunlight and UV light, thereby decreasing costs and increasing efficiency.
Content of Utility Model [0003] In view of the deficiencies in the current technologies, this utility model aims to providing a heating integration device for solar water heaters, particularly a water heater using the solar vacuum tube for quick heating, so it is very practical.
[0004] In order to achieve the foregoing purpose, this utility model provides a heating integration device for solar water heaters, which mainly comprises of:

[0009] A solar vacuum tube, inserted and located inside the heat collector, with alcohol inside the tube;
[0010] A heating rod, inserted into the solar vacuum tube, with a heat conductor at the end inserted into the heat insulating water tank for heat conduction;
[0011 ] A concentrating forensic lens, coupled to the heat collector.
[0012] The utility model is available for further setting: the solar vacuum tube can be made of metal copper.

[0015] The utility model is available for further setting: the forensic lens can use tempered glass.
[0016] The utility model is available for further setting: the forensic lens is provided with condensing teeth to concentrate sunlight and UV light.
[0017] The utility model is available for further setting: combined with an arc reflective heating sheet on the bottom of the heat collector; it enables the solar thermal energy to be projected onto the solar heating tube evenly for maximized heating.
[0018] The heat of the sunlight, absorbed and increased several times by the condensing teeth on the forensic lens, is shed on the solar vacuum tube to heat the heating rod and then conducted to the heating conductor for the purpose of heating the cool water inside the heat insulating water tank. Inside the heat collector, there is a sun tracker which is triggered when the sunlight irradiation angle is biased, and it effectively follows the sun. [0019] The motor’s transmission gear drives the heat collector to tilt according to the sunlight irradiation angle
