[0001] The present invention is, travel reservation support system for supporting the travel reservations by utilizing a Web site, and travel reservation method where the user can sell their travel plans.
Description of the Related Art:
[0002] ATravel reservation and information planning system bearing Canadian patent 2,279,191C is issued to DELORME PUBLISHING COMPANY Inc. The patent discloses a computerized travel reservation information and planning system (203) that generates map ticket output in various media, for guidance and transactions enroute. Such travel plan output (227) includes related maps, building layouts, itineraries, topical information and/or travel transactions or arrangements such as transport, lodging or performance tickets, hotel, meal or car rental reservations and other goods/services offers, or price discount or extra service coupons.
WHERE?, WHO/WHAT?, WHEN? and HOW? input menus enable flexible user inquiries accessing selectable geographic (221), topical (213), temporal (223) and transactional (217) data records and relational processing. Sub-menus provide further capabilities: e.g. computer routing, topical searching and explorations; browsing or software searches of events calendars, almanacs, appointment books, plus related itinerary shaping/scheduling tasks; trip cost accounting and budgeting issues, plus travel arrangement availabilities or other goods/services offers. Online communications links access (231) updated or supplemental information on places, times, topics.
[0003] A Multiple currency travel reservation information management system and method bearing US patent 5,644,721A is issued to AMADEUS NORTH AMERICA Inc. The patent discloses
2019100324 27 Mar 2019 methods and system for effecting the consolidation of travel reservation information including bookings and ticketing using different currencies is disclosed. Specifically, a method is disclosed in which travel reservation information is generated in a computer reservation system (CRS), the prices of which are represented in a predetermined global currency, and subsequently stored in a global data storage medium, such as a database. The information generated from the CRS can be pre-ticketed or ticketed. The information can be generated from more than one CRS. The system that is disclosed includes a global data storage medium, in which pricing information regarding travel reservations generated in at least one CRS is represent in a global currency and is stored. Each CRS is accessed by at least one locally operated computer system to generate the travel reservation information.
[0004] A Travel reservation support system, travel reservation method and server device bearing Japanese patent 2006146439A is issued to Junichi Goto, The patent aims to provide a travel reservation support system for sharply increasing the degree of freedom of the selection of a user by using a Web site, and for reserving a low cost package tour in a short time based on excellent operability. <P>SOLUTION: A server device 10 in a travel reservation support system presents candidate transportation information and candidate accommodation information retrieved as candidates to a user in the form of a list arranged like a matrix. Also, the server device 10 makes an inquiry about empty seats for each of public transports displayed in the candidate public transport information and ends the inquiry when any empty seat is found, and makes an inquiry about the empty rooms of the accommodations displayed in the candidate accommodation information according to the inquiry about the empty seat from the user. Then, the server device 10 performs comprehensive charge calculation in the units of total number of travel person based on the combination of the transportations and the accommodations selected by the user.
[0005] A system and method for managing booking and expensing of travel products and services bearing US patent 2,008,012,6143Al is issued to Concur Technologies Inc. The present invention

The following features are included: graphical city selection; policy enforcement; request and approval queues: inbrowser agent support; request prioritization; email confirmation and integration; data incorporation into expense reports; and expense report audits. For example, an employee books a ticket, has the booking approved by a manager if needed, receives email confirmation and integrates the booking information into the employee's calendar. The employee also submits, for example, the booking information into an expense report, which can be audited by an employer.
[0006] A method and system for providing travel reservation and related services bearing PCT patent WO2,000,0526,01A1 is issued to Gregory E. Lykiardopoulos, Richard J. Markowitz, Gary M. Mansperger. The present invention relates to a method and system for providing travel reservation and related services via a computer network (16) on a dynamic and distributed basis. The present system includes a central server (10) which controls access to a number of travel service provider systems. The access control is achieved by maintaining a pool of global terminal identifiers which is assigned to a user to access a travel service provider system only when access is needed. The central server further provides a user interface which allows a user to communicate with other travel service provider systems without knowing and using any of their specific command codes. Data exchanged between the user and the travel service provider systems are automatically translated by the central server to facilitate communication. The central server further allows a user to book travel, print tickets and itineraries at any desired location, meet regulatory requirements and perform accounting tasks.
[0007] A method and system for automatically planning, booking, and calendaring travel arrangements bearing US patent 20030023463A1 is issued to RED BRANCH TECHNOLOGIES Inc. Maintained in the storage device is a database of user profile information. The processor receives
2019100324 27 Mar 2019 a travel request input including travel request data gathered from a user's calendar application. The stored user profile information and the travel request data is used to automatically formulate a travel request in response to the travel request input. The travel request includes airline, hotel and rental car reservation information. A travel query file is automatically created from the travel request. The creation of the travel query file includes: automatically executing an air booking process, based on at least two categories of user preference information selected from the categories of lowest price, arrival/departure time, airline, non-stop, duration, alternate airports and full fare automobile upgrades; automatically executing a car booking process; and automatically executing a hotel booking process. The travel query file is submitted to the booking engine for creating a travel request query. The travel request query is submitted to a travel distribution system for retrieving air, car and hotel availability information. Retrieved air, car and hotel availability information is used to create a suggested travel itinerary, which is outputted for display. The suggested travel itinerary can be manually changed or confirmed. The confirmed travel itinerary can be processed to automatically create and store appointment events in a user's calendar application.
