DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [0027] The present application will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the following illustrative embodiments and illustrations are only used to explain the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention, and that embodiments of the present application and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
[0028] Referring to FIG. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a curtain drawstring adjustment mechanism mounted at an outside of a drawstring exit 1 of a curtain drawstring mechanism. The curtain drawstring adjustment mechanism includes a base 2, a slider slidably mounted to the base 2, and an adjustment member for adjusting a position of the slider 3 in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the drawstring exit 1. The slider 3 forms a drawstring limiting portion 5 for hooking a drawstring 4.
[0029] In the embodiment of the present disclosure, by providing the slidable slider 3 on the base 2, the adjustment member drives the drawstring limiting portion 5 to move to change a contact angle between the drawstring 4 and the draw string limiting portion 5, so that the frictional resistance between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5 of the slider will change accordingly. Therefore, the drawstring 4 can carry curtain bodies with different weights, and only simply adjusting the adjustment member can meet the curtain requirements of various specifications, which saves management costs and assembly costs.
[0030] Referring to FIGs. 1 and 2, in a first embodiment of the present invention, the adjustment member includes a blocking plate 11 fixed to a side of the base 2, a threaded connector 12 extending through the blocking plate 11 and connected to an end of the slider 3 adjacent to the blocking plate 11 by threaded connection, and a spring 13 respectively abutted against the slider 3 and the blocking plate 11 with two ends. An end surface of the end of the slider 3 adjacent to the blocking plate 11 defines a threaded hole 14. An end of the threaded connector 12 connected to the slider 3 forms external threads that are screwed to the threaded hole 14. An end of the threaded connector 12 away from the slider 3 forms a head 15 abutted against the blocking plate 11 to limit a position of the threaded connector 12. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the spring 13 with two ends respectively abutted against the slider 3 and the blocking plate 11 can be fitted about the threaded connector 12, or two springs 13 can be arranged at opposite sides of the threaded connector 12, and two ends of each spring 13 are respectively abutted against the slider 3 and the blocking plate 11. Under the action of the spring 13 and the blocking plate 11, the position of the head 15 of the threaded connector 12 is fixed. When adjusting the position of the slider 3, by screwing the threaded connector 12, the slider 3 connected to the threaded connector 12 by threaded connection is slid on the base 2, so as to driving the drawstring limiting portion 5 to move to change the contact angle between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5, so that the frictional resistance between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5 of the slider changes accordingly. Therefore, the drawstring 4 can carry curtain bodies with different weights to meet the curtain requirements of various specifications, which saves management costs and assembly costs.
[0031] Referring to FIGs. 3 and 4, in a second embodiment of the present invention, the adjustment member is an adjustment ring 21 defining internal threads. An outer surface of the slider 3 defines external threads 22 that are axially aligned with the sliding direction of the slider
3. The base 1 defines a slot 23. A width of the slot 23 in the sliding direction of the slider 3 matches a thickness of the adjustment ring 21 in an axial direction of the internal threads. The adjustment ring 21 is disposed in the slot 23 and is screwed to the external threads 22 of the slider by the internal threads. When adjusting the position of the slider 3, by rotating the adjustment ring 21, the slider 3 is slid on the base 2, so as to driving the drawstring limiting portion 5 to move to change the contact angle between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5, so that the frictional resistance between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5 of the slider changes accordingly. Therefore, the drawstring 4 can carry curtain bodies with different weights to meet the curtain requirements of various specifications, which saves management costs and assembly costs.
[0032] Referring to FIGs. 5 and 6, in a third embodiment of the present invention, a side surface of the slider 3 forms a rack 31 extending in the sliding direction of the slider 3. The adjustment member is a gear 32 rotatably mounted to the base 2 and meshing with the rack 31. The base 1 forms a limit lock 24 for preventing the slider 3 or the gear 32 from returning back when the slider 3 is adjusted in position. Specifically, the base 2 defines a shaft hole 33. A shaft 34 of the gear is placed in the shaft hole 33. A diameter of the shaft hole 33 is slightly greater than a diameter of the shaft 34 of the gear, so that the gear 32 can only rotate freely about a central axis of the gear 32 or axially move. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the limit lock 24 is disposed between the teeth of the gear 32, to prevent the gear 32 from returning back. When adjusting the position of the slider 3, the gear 32 is firstly pressed in the direction of the central axis toward the interior of the base 2 to allow the limit lock 24 to be separated from the teeth of the gear 32, and then the gear 32 is rotated to allow the slider 3 forming the rack 31 to slide on the base 2, so as to driving the drawstring limiting portion 5 to move to change the contact angle between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5, so that the frictional resistance between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5 of the slider changes accordingly. Therefore, the drawstring 4 can carry curtain bodies with different weights to meet the curtain requirements of various specifications, which saves management costs and assembly costs. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the limit lock 24 can be disposed between the teeth of the rack 31, to prevent the slider 3 from returning back when the slider 3 is adjusted in place, and the limit lock 24 is separated from the teeth of the rack 31 when adjusting the position of the slider 3.
[0033] Referring to FIGs. 7 and 8, in a fourth embodiment of the present invention, the adjustment member is a self-locking worm 41 rotatably mounted to the base 2 and axially aligned with the sliding direction of the slider 3. A side surface of the slider 3 forms a helical rack 42 extending in the sliding direction of the slider 3. The self-locking worm 41 meshes with the helical rack 42. Specifically, the base 2 defines a holding hole 44. A diameter of the holding hole 44 is slightly greater than a diameter of a rod 43 of the self-locking worm. The rod 43 is disposed in the holding hole 44. A circlip 45 is arranged on an outer end surface of the rod 43 of the self-locking worm adjacent to the holding hole 44. Two end surfaces bounding the holding hole 44 are respectively abutted against the spiral teeth of the self-locking worm 41 and the circlip 45, so that the self-locking worm 41 can only freely rotate about a central axis of the selflocking worm 41 while cannot move. When adjusting the position of the slider 3, the selflocking worm 41 is rotated, to allow the slider 3 to slide on the base 2, so as to driving the drawstring limiting portion 5 to move to change the contact angle between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5, so that the frictional resistance between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5 of the slider changes accordingly. Therefore, the drawstring 4 can carry curtain bodies with different weights to meet the curtain requirements of various specifications, which saves management costs and assembly costs.
[0034] Referring to FIG. 9, in a fifth embodiment of the present invention, the drawstring limiting portion 5 is a through hole, or a through hole mounted with a sliding pole 6 for the drawstring 4 abutting against. The drawstring 4 extends through the through hole, to facilitate pulling the drawstring 4 when the slider 3 slides, so as to change the angle of the drawstring 4 and the direction of gravity, and then effectively adjust the drawstring 4 to carry curtain bodies with different weights. A central axis of the sliding pole 6 is perpendicular to the drawstring 4, and the sliding pole 6 is free to rotate about the central axis of the sliding pole 6. When the slider slides to change the angle of the drawstring 4 from the direction of gravity, the drawstring 4 abuts against the sliding pole 6. The sliding pole 6 can also be replaced by a roller or the like.
By setting the sliding pole 6, the drawstring 4 abuts against an outer circumferential surface of the sliding pole 6 during the pulling process, so that the drawstring 6 is pulled more smoothly, and is not easily broken by friction.
[0035] Referring to FIG. 10, in a sixth embodiment of the present invention, the base 2 defines a limiting hole 7 below the drawstring limiting portion 5, for the drawstring 4 that extends from the drawstring limiting portion 5 of the slider extending through. The limiting hole 7 and the drawstring exit 1 of the curtain drawstring mechanism are located on the same side of the drawstring limiting portion 5 of the slider. By increasing the limiting hole 7, the contact angle between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5 is changed again, so that the frictional resistance between the drawstring 4 and the drawstring limiting portion 5 of the slider is correspondingly changed, thereby enabling the drawstring 4 to carry curtain bodies with different weights, to meet the curtain requirements of various specifications. Moreover, it can slow down the moving speed of the drawstring 4 when the drawstring 4 is pulled, and also has a self-locking effect, which saves management costs and assembly costs.
[0036] Referring to FIG. 11, in a seventh embodiment of the present invention, the limiting hole 7 is mounted with a sliding pole 6, for the drawstring 4 abutting against. A central axis of the sliding pole 6 is perpendicular to the drawstring 4, and the sliding pole 6 is free to rotate about the central axis of the sliding pole 6. When the slider 3 slides to change the angle of the drawstring 4 from the direction of gravity, the drawstring 4 abuts against the sliding pole 6.
[0037] Referring to FIG. 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, surfaces against which the base 2 and the slider 3 are abutted are respectively provided with guide grooves 8 and guide blocks 9 which cooperate with each other to guide the slider 3 to slide linearly. The guide grooves 8 functions as guide rails, and may be common grooves or a dovetail grooves. The guide blocks 9 are placed in the guide grooves 8, and the guide blocks 9 can only slide back and forth in the straight line extending direction of the guide grooves 8. An embodiment of the present invention provides the guide grooves 8 in the slider 3, and provides the guide blocks 9 on the base 2. When the adjustment member drives the slider 3 to move, the slider 3 can be ensured to slide back and forth in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the drawstring exit 1.
[0038] Referring to FIG. 11, in another embodiment of the present invention, the curtain drawstring adjustment mechanism further includes a sliding pole 6 disposed in the drawstring exit 1 for the drawstring 4 abutting against.
[0039] In another embodiment of the present invention, edges of the drawstring limiting portion 5, the draw string exit 1, and the limiting hole 7 contacting the drawstring are provided rounded comers (not labeled). By setting the rounded comers, the drawstring is pulled more smoothly during the pulling process, and is not easily broken by friction.
[0040] The specific embodiments of the present invention described above further explain the objects, technical solutions, and beneficial effects of the present invention. It should be understood that the foregoing is only illustrative of specific embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Any modifications, equivalents, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
