Description
A METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR BUILDING TEAMS FOR PROJECTS
Field of the Invention [001] The present invention relates to a method and system for building teams for projects and in particular to a method and system for building teams for projects from people who at least some are remote from each other and can be selected remotely.
[002] The invention has been developed primarily for use in/with a wide range of industries that undertake project work including the innovation and entrepreneur fields and will be described hereinafter with reference to this application. However, it will be appreciated that the invention is not limited to this particular field of use.
Background of the Invention [003] A usual method and system for building teams for projects is quite often a process of defining a job definition, advertising the job with the job definition and awaiting the number of job applicants. Generally, the next process is the interview process in order to determine the suitability of each job applicant to the written job description. Only then are the shortlisted people revealed to the actual people involved in the project and a subjective opinion of the final person undertaken to fill one position in a team.
[004] The problem with such an approach is that the system is only suitable for repetitive solution to similar problems such that a project is generally defined, and an expected standard solution is adapted for this project and therefore an expected team and expected individual is identified and expected [005] In practice the project developer is spending initial stages defining and presuming answers and solutions and then defining timelines without any use of the possible team’s talent and novel or innovative approaches. It results in a plethora of requirements required by the project developer and simply seeing on a resume if the prospective team member has expertise and experience in attending to this project in this pre-defined manner. This stops any possibility of finding a team that could approach a project in a better and innovative way.
[006] It therefore appears that there is a requirement to not have a checklist mark-off matching system of a conventional employment system.
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) RO/AU
WO 2018/218309
PCT/AU2018/050547 [007] It is not possible for an individual to therefore assess at each stage what is required in an innovative team. This would mean that you would need to assess a plurality of options of possible team members and in essence interview all possible combinations of teams and workshop each team to see the best project. A version of this system is used in the tendering system but in that way the teams are predefined by the different tendererers. Further the other sub-teams of the different tenderers have a pre-defined skill and generally the tenderers would only be submitting based on their expertise and experience in solving problems in theirway. Although multiple tenders give some element of possible differences it usually does not aid innovative solutions. A big disincentive of this approach providing innovative solutions is that there is no interaction of the tenderer and the party requesting tenders.
[008] It is important to also disconnect the project from the possible team member. Innovative solutions require that non-conventional solutions are applied. Therefore, a team member would not be applying for a particular job as that means predefinition of solution.
[009] It is necessary to break the linear time system of selecting a team member as persons applying at a particular response to a particular position for a particular project cannot provide an innovative team.
[0010] It is known for an employment department to remember that a level 3 boilermaker was not successful on a previous job but that a level 3 boilermaker is needed for this job to resolve the problem in the conventional way. However, such boilermaker could be an innovative person who has seen many problems and has a totally different innovative way to resolve the problem and could have raised that solution if brought in earlier at the problem solution fit stage of the project rather than the follow instruction application stage at the end of the project.
[0011] Clearly not all persons are able to fit the innovative approach, but they could be fastidious welders such as those needed on deluxe, or scientifically accurate, or expensive projects.
[0012] It therefore appears there is a requirement to have an automatic system that can be used to receive details of projects out of time order with applicants interested in being on innovative team projects and providing a match to form innovative teams.
[0013] It can be seen that known prior art method and system for building teams is totally isolated from the projects and has the problems of:

Description of Preferred Embodiments [0034] Referring to the drawings, it should be noted in the following description that like or the same reference numerals in different embodiments denote the same or similar features.
[0035] There is a wide range of industries that undertake project work including in the innovation and entrepreneur field. Types of team members required for projects have differing required profiles, and which have greater importance in different stages of the entrepreneurial journey. Therefore there is required a method and system for building teams for projects for automatically assessing of required type of possible team member needed due to the project and stage of project and fluidly matching projects and forming teams.
[0036] Referring to Fig. 1 there is shown in general a method and system for building teams of possible team members 101, 102, 103 by use of a team builder 201 and team training 301 for adaptation for projects 401.
[0037] The system though is an automatic system that allows a plurality of separately remote possible team members 101, 102, 103 to access the system via respective connections to the access port for upload to an online computerised means. Therefore, the system can receive connections from a plurality of remotely located possible team members in order to fulfil remotely the automatic matching by remote interaction of possible team members to provide matching of a particular project from one or a plurality of projects. The matching is in regard to:
a) The suitability of the possible team members to the team;
b) The coachability of the possible team members to the team in regard to the project; and
c) The team balance provided by the possible team members to the team.
[0038] However, the suitability of team members changes according to the project and details of the status and stage of the project.
[0039] As shown in Fig. 2 the requirements of team members on teams for projects can be achieved in which the suitability of the possible team member is according to one or more of:
a) The details of the project 401;
b) The stage 402 of the project;
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) RO/AU
WO 2018/218309
PCT/AU2018/050547
c) The type of the team member 403 required to fill a team for a stage 402 of a project 401;
d) The experience 404 required of team member; and
e) The fit of the required team 405.
[0040] Therefore, it can be seen in Fig. 3 that a project 401 proceeds along an entrepreneurial journey. Entrepreneurship is the creation, assessment, growth, development, and operation, of new and emerging ventures. It is the pursuit of opportunity beyond resources controlled. It is therefore necessary to develop, organize and manage business venture in competitive marketplace that is constantly evolving.
[0041] The journey of the entrepreneur is through a plurality of stages and phases. The phases can be understood to have two or more coexisting elements in a continuing time plan of project.
[0042] In general sense there is a commercial element which starts with the commercialization of a project to proceeding through formation and business validation and innovation. This progresses to growth of the project to a next level and then regrowth to a greater level such as mass production or substantial market share.
[0043] In another sense as identified by the stars in Fig. 3, there is the innovation element in which initially there is the opportunity identification in which a problem is identified and an innovative solution is proposed. This proceeds onto the innovation step of validation of concept and product innovation. However, innovation must then be converted into application by development of business model of the innovation and how it is to be incorporated into the problem to be solved and how the market is approached or used to enable the project to be taken on board commercially. This further progresses in its interaction with the market as the project scales up from the proof of concept to the small-scale venture to the mature market position.
[0044] On a more detailed level with reference to Figs. 3 and 4, there is a combination of the multiple senses of the project 401 which reveals stages 402. In a first stage 421 there is Ideation in which the opportunity and the identification of an innovative solution is proposed. This leads into the evaluation of the innovative solution such that there is a problem solution fit required in the personnel. The persons involved in the first stage 421 can be entrepreneurs, innovators or inventors, who recognize and seize opportunities
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) RO/AU
WO 2018/218309
PCT/AU2018/050547 and desire to generate something new and to meet the challenge of an innovative solution to a problem.
[0045] The evaluation can be said to be part of the formation phase but specifically leading to the Pre-seed stage 422. To enable the evaluation there is development of the business model and a founder’s commitment. Personnel required would usually have been experts that adds value through expending effort, money and skills. This is therefore the matching of personnel to the vision and the founder.
[0046] A further stage of the commercialization is the Seed stage 423 in which there is validation of product innovation by proof of commercial concept and proof of innovative concept and in essence verifying the fit between product and market. Personnel at this stage would be connectors or marketeers that can provide such fit.
[0047] In the Early Stage 424 there is business model of the innovation in order to have the business model fit the market and begin the start-up of the build of the business. This Early Stage 424 generally needs a start-up manager.
[0048] From this initialisation of commercialization there is progress to the growth phase in which there are the stages of Scale 425 to scale up from prototype or first level to small level and enter the Establish Stage 426. This will require the further growth in the Expansion Stage 427. To proceed through these stages needs the fit of investor, collaborator to the venture. Further there is the fit of the innovation, organization to the market. Personnel in these stages are able to engage and realise rewards from efforts and assume the risks of the marketplace to implement the innovative ideas.
[0049] The final stage of the growth is a regrowth to a different significant level such as significant market share or mass production such that there is a Maturity stage 428 of the project and sustainability. However, most projects will then proceed to a Decline stage due to the end of the market need, or fashion or economics or different problems. This stage can be approached by a reiteration to form a new innovative solution to the new version of the problem or not approached but with planned exit. Otherwise it will be an unplanned exit.
[0050] Referring to Fig. 5 there are Types 403 of prospective team members 101, 102, 103. Many people might call themselves an entrepreneur or an expert or a startup manager. This approach can be used if you can rely on a single person to undertake a project. However generally in larger projects it is necessary to have a team to provide the requirements at particular stages 402 of the project 401. The skills that might The

b) Enabler (432)

e) Explorer (435) [0052] However, in a more detailed form as shown in use in Figs 10 and 11 through the same entrepreneurial journey, the above 5 profiles can be more expansively addressed as the following 12 profiles in 4 families of profiles:
• Entrepreneur • Social Entrepreneur • Intrapreneur • Innovator / Project Innovator • Inventor • Maintainer • Expert • Connector • Marketeer • Startup Manager • Startup Director • Appreciator

PCT/AU2018/050547 [0053] Entrepreneur [0054] Entrepreneurs are achievement-focussed, highly independent generators of ideas. By nature, people who fall into the entrepreneur category are forward-thinking, highly motivated individuals with a high level of self-confidence and strong leadership skills. Entrepreneurs enjoy working towards long-term goals in the absence of immediate reward and are comfortable with the uncertainty that this journey can bring. An effective entrepreneur is adaptive to change and is well-equipped to tackle unforeseeable challenges that may arise in the process of achieving their goals. This flexibility of thinking is paired with a strong sense of curiosity and desire to problem-solve. Naturally, this means that entrepreneurs place a high importance on learning, as well as teaching others. Entrepreneurs are natural risk takers, their projects holistically and as part of the process. Moreover, entrepreneurs are often so strongly driven towards success that they are willing to lose everything in pursuit of their goals. Thus, entrepreneurs need to know when to step back and relinquish control to others who may be able to assist in the growth of the business venture. They also need to be able to recognise when to step back in and tackle challenges when needed.
[0057] Social Entrepreneur [0058] Social entrepreneurs are achievement-focussed, highly independent generators of ideas, y nature, people who fall into the social entrepreneur category are forward-thinking, highly motivated individuals with a high level of self-confidence and strong leadership skills. Social entrepreneurs enjoy working towards long-term goals in the absence of immediate reward and are comfortable with the uncertainty that this journey can bring. [0065] Innovator - internal/external, [0066] Innovators are highly imaginative generators of ideas, motivated by a desire for growth and change. People who fall into the innovator category are passionate about their ideas and are not afraid to explore problems from multiple angles to find efficient solutions. Innovators see possibilities, gaps and needs where others may accept things at face value. Their strengths lie in critical thinking, problem solving and reflecting on the viability of their ideas using logical analysis. Innovators are energetic and enthusiastic about their projects and are likely to be high in self-confidence even in the absence of external support.
[0067] Innovators may be seen in two distinct categories; internal and external project innovators.
[0068] Like internal innovators, external/project innovators are inventive. However, unlike internal innovators they have a high need for autonomy. People with this profile are best suited to shorter term projects wherein they can utilise their innovative skills to generate solutions to problems and formulate improvements in current project designs relatively independently.
[0069] Inventor [0070] Inventors identify or generate new ideas and see potential opportunities for improvements in the world around them. They use these skills to invent creative solutions to perceived problems. One of the main strengths of inventors is their ability to objectively
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) RO/AU
WO 2018/218309
PCT/AU2018/050547 analyse their inventions for strengths and weaknesses. Inventors use feedback to adjust their designs for optimum efficiency. Typically, inventors are not motivated by recognition for their ideas or economic gains. Rather, inventors are driven by process of inventing and the sense of achievement that eventuates once and invention has been finalised.
[0071] Maintainer [0072] Maintainers are part of the innovators” family because they can effectively learn and implement the 6-stage process of innovation. People who fit into the maintainers profile are integral to the entrepreneurship journey once the business has already been established. Maintainers are particularly skilled at following processes and procedures with impeccable adherence. Thus, maintainers appreciate having clear instructions to achieve the goals of the organisation. Although they are not independently creative, or ideas focused, maintainers are solutions focussed. Maintainers provide stability, reliability and are excellent team players. Hence, maintainers are crucial for keeping a business going.
[0073] Expert [0074] Experts bring specialist knowledge regarding particular facets of a business. Typically, experts are well grounded by reason and logic and provide credibility to an organisation. This helps to establish stability within a team. It is important for an expert to have a high appreciation for the entrepreneurial journey and goals of the organisation so that they can provide the most effective support. Often this means that experts need to be comfortable with risks and changes within the business.
[0075] Connector [0076] Connectors are naturally skilled at bringing people together and have a high appreciation for the importance of networking. People in the connector” profile are typically very likeable, sociable and fun-loving and have enjoyed forming connections with others throughout their life. Connectors are particularly valuable for start-up businesses, as they are responsible for putting the business in touch with the necessary people to facilitate business growth. Connectors are most effective when they are truly enthusiastic about the business and the entrepreneur. The role of the connector make life easy for the entrepreneur. Connectors are not, but rather appearing at the forefront of businesses due to their enthusiasm and social impact. Typically, connectors are impactful due to their personal branding, which makes them memorable to others and facilitates formulating

The strengths of a connector include a [0077] The connector sees possibilities to bring people together to ensure the success of a venture. They give a venture access to decision makers that get the venture off the ground and help it grow. They like to use the connections they have in a focussed and productive way that elevates the circumstances for all parties involved. The connector is likely to be seen as a fun-loving, generous and enthusiastic team member who brings energy and support to and opportunity from a pre-start-up phase. Unlikely to a venture, they connect the people within it, other people who can help improve it and ultimately make it a success.
[0078] Marketeer [0079] The marketeer works with the entrepreneur to communicate the opportunity to other stakeholders and prospective customers. The marketeer excels in communication, and continuously developing new content and material to communicate the value of the opportunity. They are particularly skilled in utilising social media to promote opportunities online. The marketeer is unlikely to initiate ventures but instead wait for an opportunity to present itself or to be approached to be involved.
[0080] Marketeers therefore need entrepreneurs in the world to provide them with opportunities.
[0081] Start-Up Manager [0082] The start-up manager is responsible for initiating decisions and brings business acumen and experience to the team. The start-up manager need not be an entrepreneur and does not need to have a strong appreciation of entrepreneurship, t is their jo to provide structure and project management. The start-up manager may be seen as detached from the project but stands up for the quality of the systems in place within the venture. Similarly, the start-up manager is responsible for ensuring that employees remain accountable and produce high quality work. It is important for a start-up manager to be able to adapt to change and have the confidence to make decisions independently that assist the venture. Often, start-up managers seek to be around entrepreneurs to improve their own wealth.
[0083] Start- Up Director

PCT/AU2018/050547 [0084] The start-up director is a career connector who has targeted board and advisory positions to help them grow. The start-up director sees possibilities, solutions, gaps and needs. The start-up director is likely to be perceived as a detached observer and a straight talker who is genuinely interested in making the venture a success. As such, they contribute to the venture from a distance, providing business advice and governance. The start-up director is likely to be selective and passionate about the ventures they choose to be a part of. Those in start-up director roles are critical in raising project funding and increasing the scale of the venture through their business acumen. [0085] Appreciator [0086] Appreciators do not fit into the other profiles along the entrepreneurship journey but have a high appreciation and fascination with entrepreneurs. Appreciators are enthusiastic about the vision and creativity of the entrepreneur and admire the entrepreneurship process but do not have a desire to be involved. Appreciators do not want the responsibility of being part of the project but do enjoy having an association with entrepreneurs to watch the journey unfold from the sidelines. A key attribute of the appreciator is their ability to boost the morale of the entrepreneur and the team. Appreciators are important for businesses as they are unwavering supporters of the venture and enjoy helping the entrepreneurial team when needed.
[0087] In Figure 6 and 7 there are the various types 403 of prospective team members which can be identified by types 404 showing a skill set, experience, personality, task orientation, people orientation, coachability. These traits of the individual can be determined by a self-description such as in Fig. 6 or by a profile description by others as shown by Fig. 7. On reviewing the same person assessment there is a large discrepancy between Fig. 6 and Fig. 7. Therefore, it is important to obtain answers to questions which underlying show an assessment quality rather than being obvious and thereby able to be manipulated by the prospective team member.
[0088] It is important to obtain clear information in this training and coachability area because the project and approach will not be pre-defined. Prospective team members can be working in fields, positions, time parts of project that they have not worked in before but which by the analysis has located them of prime benefit. It is therefore necessary for those people to be trained coached into the particulars of the project to allow their talents to be enacted. This can only occur if they are readily trainable or

WO 2018/218309
PCT/AU2018/050547 coachable or have dispositions to enquiry, procedure, problem solving etc. Each might develop their way but complement the team.
[0089] Coachable [0090] Being coachable means that you are open to learning and adjusting based on the feedback of other people. Being coachable involves being willing to listen, learn and apply the teachings of others to your own practices. It is important to be willing to acknowledge which areas of yourself could be further developed to assist the venture and to be willing to do things differently for the sake of the venture’s success. Being coachable allows founders and their team members to grow and improve. There are reasons why someone may not be coachable; they believe they know best 100% of the time, they may believe they have the experience and expertise and don’t need to learn new and easier ways. They may prefer to be around people who think, act and decide in the same ways they do preferring not to be challenged or to change their views.
[0091 ] Way of Working - Creator / Adapters [0092] Different people work better under different circumstances. For example, Entrepreneurs and Innovators thrive in environments wherein they are afforded a large amount of independence and autonomy, whereas other profiles (such as Maintainers) prefer working within clearly structured environments with specific goals and set priorities to follow. While we can all do both, some profiles, such as Entrepreneurs, relish dynamic, flexible, changing environments other profiles, such as Maintainers, prefer stability. Understanding how you and others in your environment work most efficiently will help to increase efficiency and productivity in the team. If your team can cater to team members’ preferred ways of working, your team too with thrive.
[0093] In Figure 8A, 8B, 8C and 8D there is shown the team requirements by type 403 in order to meet the stages 402 of 421 to 429 of a project 401. In Fig 8A in the Ideation stage 421 there is required a team comprising of 50% explorer, 25% builder and 25% enabler in order to meet the initial requirements of early stage 421.
[0094] Referring to Fig 9, in another form the invention includes a method and system for determining the requirements of possible team member suitability as a team member on teams for projects. This can be achieved in which the access port for upload to an online computerised means can receive connections from a plurality of remotely located possible team members in order to fulfil remotely the automatic matching by remote interaction of possible team members to a particular project in regard to:

The determination of the type of question and the display is by way of the following structure of circumplex.
1. Each Circumplex has 5 rings and is comprised of Subset Wedges
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) RO/AU
WO 2018/218309
PCT/AU2018/050547
2. The number of questions in each subset is divisable by 5 to accommodate the rings le/ Subsets with 5 questions require 1 ‘favourable' response to fill one bar or ring within the Wedge, Subsets with 10 questions require 2 ‘favourable’ responses to fill one bar within the wedge
3. Not all questions contribute to a Circumplex. Some questions contribute to the Profile outcome only or Report
4. Reports contain either 2 or 3 Circumplex diagrams- Circumplex 1 is created from Question Set A. If a profile from the Entrepreneur family is created from Question Set A responses only 2 are created. Circumplex 2 is created from Question Set C & B. Where a profile is not from the Entrepreneur family Circumplex 2 is created from Question Set C and Circumplex 3 is created from B, D &E. B is not used where the profile is determined from Entrepreneur family (Entrepreneur, Social Entrepreneur and Intrapreneur as an appreciation for entrepreneurship is taken as a given) just C & E are used for a 2nd Circumplex
5. A profile is determined from scores in Subset Wedges. The individual score for each subset is not reported. Scores are reported as ranges. Absent, Low, Medium, High. Static written content for reports are attached to the range.
[00178] Score Ranges for Reporting can have favourable responses required for each reported range [00179] Referring to the particular circumplex of Fig. 8 with regard to the particular fields of entrepreneurial and innovative work projects. Your Entrepreneurship Wheel reflects your answers to the Entrepreneurial component of the EIP online questionnaire. Based on your responses the Entrepreneurship Wheel has been populated. Profiles in the Entrepreneur Family are determined by the E-Wheel and all other profiles benefit from better understanding the strengths of their profiles working with these individuals. Entrepreneurship relates directly to early-stage business ventures and requires vision, energy, insight, good judgment and hard work. Entrepreneurship begins with ideation and completes when an established business is delivered. Entrepreneurship can involve all forms of innovation. If your profile is within the Entrepreneur Family you are also considered to have a natural preference for being innovative. It is possible to be Innovative but not Entrepreneurial. Entrepreneurship involves recognition of opportunity and a desire to generate something new. This opportunity is then seized and turned into

PCT/AU2018/050547 a workable, marketable, idea. A business model is then developed and the Entrepreneur, or Entrepreneurial team, gather the needed resources and commit to establishing the venture. Testing and adjusting takes place across four areas of product or service, business processes, market positioning and business model. Entrepreneurship involves starting and building a business so it is ready to scale and grow.

[00188] REPORTING [00189] The EIP is an online questionnaire that generates a ‘best-fit’ entrepreneurship and innovation profile for an individual or team. Similar to other self-awareness adapt psychometrics the aim of the report is for the individual and team to appreciate their strengths, areas for improvement and provide a common language to discuss differences and make more effective decisions; avoiding common pitfalls as well as accelerating and improving entrepreneurial and business outcomes.
[00190] The Entrepreneurial Journey is fraught with challenge, change and uncertainty. Statistics show that small business failure rates remain extremely high with founders losing money, time and other income opportunities while dealing with the disappointment of dreams not realised. An appreciation for what is required to be successful and how and who to collaborate with can increase our chances of success.
[00191] The EIP aims to support entrepreneurs and business owners, and contributors, by helping them understand the varied roles, mindsets and skills required to launch and grow a successful venture, where they best fit and how roles need to ‘step forward’ and 'step back' depending on which of the 5 different stages of the entrepreneur’s journey they are currently in. The EIP will be useful for identifying who they need to collaborate with (other profiles) to accelerate and improve their venture and why they may or may not be suited to entrepreneurship at all.
[00192] In addition, individuals and teams will be assessed on their knowledge and understanding of innovation, a learned skill set, as well as their business acumen and experience.
[00193] Reports need to be informative, educational, inspiring and simple to understand. They will need to address the following needs of customers:
• Why am I learning this? How is it useful to me? To my team?
• Help me understand the big picture of entrepreneurship and Innovation.
• Help me understand the steps needed to be successful in entrepreneurship and innovation, as an individual or team • Help me understand how to deal with challenges I may face - the What if’s.
[00194] They will have visual graphics in various forms eg/ circumplex, bar graphs to support content. The content being developed is the static content needed for reporting. Graphical displays will be ‘dynamic’ or user specific.

a) Mind-setting
b) Emotional Feedback
c) Logic
d) Question/Answer Content
e) Aesthetic Design
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) RO/AU

PCT/AU2018/050547
Every question is mandatory and must be answered before moving to the next question. [00201] Mind-setting [00202] A full mind-setting session is mandatory before initially taking the questionnaire. This session is intended to encourage users to set aside all distractions, in particular work-related ones, prepare themselves to take up to an hour on the Diagnostic Tool process, and resist any urge to pause the questionnaire and come back later. The session will emphasise taking the questionnaire in one sitting. The specific content of the mind-setting session consists of some text and some mixed media (video, audio). If a user stops the questionnaire part of the way through, they’ll re-encounter another, shorter mind-setting session, in order to try to achieve a distraction-free remainder of the questionnaire, without forcing the user to see the same laborious mindsetting content.
[00203] Emotional Feedback [00204] Emotional feedback is an important metric. Users will be asked to describe how they feel at certain points in the Diagnostic Tool process. The emotional feedback will use a wheel divided into 8 wedge segments and a central circular segment, each labelled with an emotional response that users can click on (eg excited, distracted).
[00205] Referring to Figs 26 and 27 there is shown the at least first communication interface including an emotional sensor 701. The emotional sensor 701 includes a haptic indicator for a user to input emotional status in a reactive instantaneous manner. This can be a virtual wheel on a display unit associated with the first communication interface with the wheel including at least 5 emotions and the haptic display allowing immediate emotional feedback by single touch notification.
[00206] It is important that to obtain proper emotional feedback that there is an instantaneous reaction mechanism. If a question was asked and a user needed to think then type in their emotion, the response will be a logically overwritten response to the immediate emotional response. Therefore, it will be a false response and the system operation is jeopardized.
[00207] Emotional feedback is an important metric. Users will be asked to describe how they feel at certain points in the Diagnostic Tool process. The emotional feedback

PCT/AU2018/050547 will use a wheel divided into 8 wedge segments and a central circular segment, each labelled with an emotional response that users can click on (eg excited, distracted).
[00208] The 8 wedge segments are Excited, Curious, Ready, Annoyed, Concerned, Bored, Distracted, Confident, and primary central Relaxed.
[00209] The emotional sensor status is important for maintaining user focus in a relaxed manner and is automatically reviewed and dependent on the emotional status introduces mind setting outputs such that the user is encouraged to set aside all distractions and in particular work-related ones.
[00210] The mind setting outputs includes one or more of: io a) a pause to the question output;
b) some text (such as shown in Fig 27; and
c) a mixed media [00211] If a user stops the questionnaire part of the way through, they’ll re-encounter another, shorter mind-setting session, in order to try to achieve a distraction-free remainder of the questionnaire, without forcing the user to see the same laborious mindsetting content.
[00212] Logic [00213] Referring to Fig. 16, the questionnaire is used to match the first indicia of a user profile to an actual user profile. This is achieved by use of questions in 4 categories called families with three profiles in each family as shown:

[00214] Referring to Fig 19, the computer system uses the at least one first communication interface including a first protocol in which an indicia 502 is associated with a first profile P1 from a list of predetermined user profiles. The question controller

111 automatically instigates a question output regarding the first profile P1 and receives a response which is automatically reviewed to determine if indicia of first profile is in fact a first profile.
[00215] If it is matched, the first indicia becomes a confirmed first indicia 522 of defined possible team member of Profile P1.
[00216] If not matched, the first indicia is modified to a first indicia 503 of a possible second profile P2 from the list of predetermined user profiles. The question controller 111 then automatically instigates a question output regarding the second profile P2 and receives a response which is automatically reviewed to determine if indicia of second profile is in fact a second profile P2 to be a confirmed first indicia 523 of defined possible team member of Profile P1.
[00217] The first protocol operates iteratively through the list of predetermined user profiles P1 through to P12 and the question controller 111 automatically instigates a question output regarding the further profile and receives a response which is automatically reviewed to determine if indicia of further profile is in fact the further profile.
[00218] As users proceed through the questions, their responses will determine whether they are allocated into a profile in the current family or moved to the next set of questions for the next family and so on until their responses dictate they fit into a Profile. If no Profile is triggered, the default case is Maintainer.
[00219] Question / Answer Content [00220] Questions are text based and answers are required in one of the following forms:
• Binary (ie only two responses) • Rate on a scale (1-10) • Rank these X number of responses • Multiple Choice.
[00221] Journey [00222] Another important output is the position of a user or Team’s business in its journey, and each user’s Profile’s relevance to this Journey position (ie is a Maintainer or an Inventor more helpful right now?). Therefore, as shown in Fig. 17 the first indicia of the first protocol associated with each user is automatically compared and matched with one or more second indicia of required users, wherein multiple users and multiple
SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) RO/AU
WO 2018/218309
PCT/AU2018/050547 required users for teams for projects can be matched contemporaneously, continuously and remotely.
[00223] It can be seen that this architecture allows for multiple users and does not use the restrictive known system of defining a job and a particular applicant applies for the particular job and a review is undertaken to see if that [00224] Instead there can be multiple users who wish to be involved in projects and particular projects that require particular required user profiles. The system can allow for multiple access from multiple remote sites and simultaneously determine the profile of the multiple users and match the profile with any one of multiple required profiles.
[00225] Overall the system controls automatically the communication, the input/output, the user mind-set, the determination of profiles, the matching and the creation of team building. Further the team building can occur continuously and therefore the limitation of waiting for jobs to be advertised and applying for them is overcome and the continuing projects as they move through different development stages and with different team constituents can be automatically determined as to further required team member profiles in a fluid manner.
[00226] Still further the multiple users can be more successfully matched with a team, a project and a required user profile than would occur in normal employment when users applying for jobs are not aware of any of these issues.
[00227] Referring to Figs 28 and 29 there is shown a particular flow of questions that allows for the automatic question controller 111 to be able to determine the required output so as the at least one first communication interface includes a first protocol in which an indicia is associated with a first profile from of a list of predetermined user profiles and a question controller automatically instigates a question output regarding the first profile and receives a response which is automatically reviewed to determine if indicia of first profile is in fact a first profile or if not matched moves to the next profile.
[00228] However, the question controller 111 also maintains the user mind-set by interrupting with emotional sensor input request and automatic mind-set questions or answers dependent on that emotional sensor input.
[00229] The following features are some that can be included:
• LMS integration with Diagnostic Tool, linking your profile to specific educational videos and other content
