Abstract

A sliding-rail-type positioning-seat to clamp to a table for setting an external apparatus, comprising: a shell-main-body having an accommodating space, at least one first and second through-hole, and a fixing-portion; a 5 sliding-seat having at least one screw hole and at least one accommodating buckle-hole; at least one adjusting-rod having an adjusting-end, an external screw-thread, and a butting-stopping-end; at least one clamping-piece having an upper side-arm, a side-arm, and a lower side-arm. Description

TITLE: SLIDING-RAIL-TYPE POSITIONING-SEAT (a) Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a clamping device which can be clamped to a table or a platform, and especially relates to a sliding-rail-type positioning-seat which can clamp and support.
(b) Description of the Prior Art
A mechanism or device that is commonly clamped to a table or a platform, such as the Republic of China Patent Publication No. M562918, discloses a clamping device and supporting mechanism, which is shown in FIG 6 and FIG 7; wherein the structure mainly comprises an intermediate plate, a second side-plate, and a bottom plate; and the auxiliary fixing components are fixedly set on the bottom plate; wherein the auxiliary fixing components comprise an operating piece, a screw-rod, and a pushing-abutting piece to form a mechanism or device that can be clamped on the table or the platform.
In this technical solution, although the user can rotate the operating piece, the pushing-abutting piece can be pushed to against the external member (such as the desktop) located in the clamping groove, thereby enhancing the clamping force of the clamping external member; the operating piece is usually composed of an externally threaded rod-body, which is combined with

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides a sliding-rail-type positioning-seat, which comprises: a shell-main-body; wherein one side of the shell-main-body is set with an accommodating space, and at least one first through-hole and at least one second through-hole are set on the shell-main-body; wherein the first through-hole and the second through-hole are connectedly set in the accommodating space, and the first through-hole and the second through-hole are set at corresponding positions; wherein a fixing-portion is set on the shell-main-body; a sliding-seat; wherein the sliding-seat is set with at least one screw hole and at least one accommodating buckle-hole, and the sliding-seat is movably set in the accommodating space; at least one adjusting-rod; wherein the adjusting-rod is set with an adjusting-end at one end thereof, and the outer side of the adjusting-rod is set with an external screw-thread; wherein a butting-stopping-end is set at the other end of the adjusting-rod, and the adjusting-rod is movably perforated and set in the first through-hole; wherein the external screw-thread is screwed into the screw hole, and the butting-stopping-end is movably accommodated in the second through-hole; at least one clamping-piece set with an upper side-arm, a side-arm, and a lower side-arm; wherein the upper side-arm is inserted into the

Preferably, the fixing-portion is an insertion-hole.
Preferably, the adjusting-end is a multi-inner-comer hole; and the inner surface of the accommodating space is set with a guiding-portion and the sliding-seat is set with a guiding-slot; which the guiding-portion and the guiding-slot are movably guided, connected, and set to each other.
Preferably, a guiding slope-surface is set on the inner hole of the accommodating buckle-hole.
Preferably, the present invention further comprises an outer shell-body; wherein the outer shell-body is set with at least one opening-hole, at least one third through-hole, and a fourth through-hole; wherein the outer shell-body is an open form and covers on the shell-main-body, and the opening-hole is set at the position corresponding to the first through-hole and the third through-hole is provided for perforating and accommodating the upper side-arm; wherein the fourth through-hole is provided for accommodating the fixing-portion.

Please refer to FIG 1 and FIG 2; the present invention provides a sliding-rail-type positioning-seat, which comprises: a shell-main-body 1, a sliding-seat 2, an adjusting-rods 3, and a clamping-pieces 4.

In this embodiment, the fixing-portion 13 is an insertion-hole, and the insertion-hole is preferably a cylindrical insertion-hole to insert, set, and connect an external apparatus, for example, a desk lamp, a display, or the like.
The sliding-seat 2 is in the shape of a long stereoscopic rectangular strip, and the sliding-seat 2 is set with two screw holes 21 and two accommodating buckle-holes 22; wherein the sliding-seat 2 is movably set in the accommodating space 10, which the shape of the accommodating space 10 is 10 a space of a stereoscopic rectangle.
Preferably, the inner surface of the accommodating space 10 is set with a guiding-portion 14; wherein the sliding-seat 2 is set with a guiding-slot 23, which the guiding-portion 14 and the guiding-slot 23 are movably guided, connected, and set to each other; wherein the setting of the guiding-portion 14 15 and the guiding-slot 23 cause the displacement and slide of the sliding-seat 2 in the accommodating space 10 generating a limited-position, thereby improving the smoothness of the displacement and slide of the sliding-seat 2; preferably, the two screw holes 21 and the two accommodating buckle-holes are in the form of perforations or through holes.

The two adjusting adjusting-rods 3 are respectively set with an adjusting-end 31 at one end thereof; wherein the outer sides of the two adjusting adjusting-rods 3 are respectively set with an external screw-thread 32, and the two adjusting adjusting-rods 3 are respectively set with a butting-stopping-end 33 at the other end thereof; so that the two adjusting-rods 3 movably perforate and set in the first through-hole 11 respectively, and the external threads 32 are respectively screwed into the screw holes 21; and the two butting-stopping-ends 33 are respectively accommodated in the second through-hole 12; in this embodiment, the adjusting-end 31 is a multi-inner-comer hole, for example, an inner-hexagonal hole, so that the Hex key can be used to adjust and operate.
The two clamping-pieces 4 are respectively set with an upper side-arm 41, a side-arm 42, and a lower side-arm 43; wherein the upper side-arm 41 is respectively inserted into each of the accommodating buckle-hole 22, so that between the shell-main-body 1 and each of the clamping-piece 4 form a space which can be clamped.

Please continuously refer to FIG 2A, FIG 3, and FIG 4; the present invention can achieve the effects of convenient assembly, disassembly, and maintenance; which are further explained is as follows: During assembly, each of the clamping-piece 4 is first placed in a space between a wall surface 200 10 and a table surface 100; and the upper side-arm 41, the side arm 42, and the side-arm 42 are wrapped and clamped on the table surface 100 (Further, as shown in FIG 3, it is also possible to have no wall surface 200); hen, each of the upper side-arm 41 is inserted and fitted into each of the accommodating buckle-hole 22, so that the operator can complete the assembly without squatting or kneeling, and the disassembly is the same vice versa; in this embodiment, a guiding slope-surface 221 is set on the inner hole of each of the accommodating buckle-hole 22 to provide guidance for the upper side-arm 41 to insert into the accommodating buckle-hole 22; this effect of guided insertion will improve smoothness and easiness of the assembly.

Additionally, please refer to FIG 5 and FIG 6; adjusting each adjusting end 31 in the inner-hexagonal hole by the hexagonal wrench 300 to drive each adjusting-rod 3 to rotate; so that the sliding-seat 2 is displaced and slided up and down with respect to each adjusting-rod 3 in the accommodating space 10 5 (the relation between the adjusting-rod 3 and the sliding-seat 2 is like the screw-rod function); so that the sliding-seat 2 is integrally driven, then adjusting the spacing 400 between the lower side-arm 43 and the table surface 100 can easily fix the present invention on the table; thereby, the above-mentioned steps combined with the adjustment of the spacing 400 can make the present invention achieve the effects of convenient assembly, disassembly, maintenance, operation, adjustment, and use.

Claims (6)

  1. I CLAIM:
    1. a sliding-rail-type positioning-seat, which comprises:
    a shell-main-body; wherein one side of the shell-main-body is set with an accommodating space, and at least one first through-hole
    5 and at least one second through-hole are set on the shell-main-body;
    wherein the first through-hole and the second through-hole are connectedly set in the accommodating space, and the first through-hole and the second through-hole are set at corresponding positions;
    10 wherein a fixing-portion is set on the shell-main-body;
    a sliding-seat; wherein the sliding-seat is set with at least one screw hole and at least one accommodating buckle-hole, and the sliding-seat is movably set in the accommodating space;
    at least one adjusting-rod; wherein the adjusting-rod is set with 15 an adjusting-end at one end thereof, and the outer side of the adjusting-rod is set with an external screw-thread;
    wherein a butting-stopping-end is set at the other end of the adjusting-rod, and the adjusting-rod is movably perforated and set in the first through-hole;
