FIELD OF THE INVENTION

GENERAL BACKGROUND
In alkaline conditions, water stabilizer W-331 new scale and corrosion inhibitor has good corrosion resistance and scale performance. It is a multi-functional composite water stabilizer, does not contain heavy metal ions, with low phosphorus content, and without environmental pollutants. It has a good compatibility with other water treatment agents, suitable for a variety of industrial water treatments. Suitable pH value is 7.5 ~ 9.3, Ca2+ is 60 ~ 240mg/L, turbidity below 20 degrees, normal use content is 40 ~ 60mg/L. Most of the existing production plant processes are complex.
Thus, as a water stabilizer, the advantages and disadvantages of production equipment of W-331 new scale and corrosion inhibitor have a great economic significant for improving product quality and reducing the by-product contents.
SUMMARY
The purpose of the present invention is to provide water stabilizer W-331 new scale and corrosion inhibitor production plant, including: polymerization reactor (D101), condenser (C101); the connection between the various components of the production plant is: polymerization reactor (D101) is connected to condenser (C101); among them, nominal volume of polymerization reactor (D101) is 1300-1400 L, jacket capacity of polymerization reactor (DI01) is 270-290 L, outer pot diameter of polymerization reactor (D101) is 950-1000 mm.
