Abstract

Disclosed is an intelligent control circuit for an LED lamp, including a power supply, a sensing controller and a plurality of lighting branches each constituted by a non dimmable LED driver supply and a set of light sources connected thereto, where the plurality of lighting branches are divided into two groups including a non-sensing control group and a sensing control group, lighting branches in the non-sensing control group are connected in parallel and electrically connected with the power supply, and lighting branches in the sensing control group are connected in parallel and electrically connected with the power supply via a sensing controller. The lighting branches of the lighting device are managed in groups including a non sensing control group and a sensing control group, thereby achieving an increase and an arbitrary combination of the power of sensing-controlled LED light devices. Each non-dimmable LED driver supply separately manages one set of LED light sources, and the non-dimmable LED driver supplies are managed in groups by an intelligent sensing control module, thereby achieving high precision of the preset power parameter and lowered costs.

Description

INTELLIGENT CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR LED LAMP TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of Light Emitting Diode (LED) lighting technology, and more particular, to an intelligent control circuit for an LED lamp.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] In the last decade, LEDs have been increasingly widely applied as environment friendly and energy-saving emerging light sources. Common LED lamps have many advantages, such as low operating voltage, low power consumption, high luminous efficiency, extremely short light emission response time, low radiation, energy saving, environment protection, and avoidance of toxic substances like mercury and lead in the LED lighting devices.
[0003] At present, a dimmable LED driver supply is necessary for adding an intelligent sensing control module for LED lighting devices, so that with the combination of the dimmable LED driver supply and the intelligent sensing control module, the LED lighting device is controlled to adjust power and luminous flux of the entire LED lighting device to preset values in the case of an ambient environment change. Therefore, the LED lighting device has a very good effect of energy-saving and adaption to the ambient environment. However, the selective range of the power of the existing dimmable LED driver supply is very limited, thus in the case of adding an intelligent sensing function cannot be added due to the limited the power range of the dimmable LED driver supply, thereby preventing further thorough energy saving. Moreover, the dimmable LED driver supply with high power is expensive, so that the lighting device with the intelligent sensing control function is of a high price, which is not beneficial to the promotion of the energy-saving lighting devices.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
[0004] The present invention aims at providing an intelligent control circuit for LED lamp, which has a simple structure and a low cost and is beneficial to high-power LED lighting devices with an intelligent sensing control function, in order to overcome the above-mentioned defects in the prior art.
[0005] To achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention adopts a technical solution of an intelligent control circuit for an LED lamp, including a power supply, a sensing controller and a plurality of lighting branches each constituted by a non-dimmable LED driver supply and a set of light sources connected thereto, where the plurality of lighting branches are divided into two groups including a non-sensing control group are connected in parallel and are electrically connected with the power supply, and lighting branches in the sensing control group are connected in parallel and are electrically connected with the power supply via a sensing controller.
[0006] Further, the intelligent control circuit for the LED lamp further includes a toggle switch electrically connectable with the sensing controller or the lighting branches of the sensing control group.
[0007] The sensing controller may be a microwave sensor and/or a light sensor.
[0008] The present invention has advantageous effects as follows: [0009] 1. According to the present invention, the lighting branches of the lighting device are manage in groups including the non-sensing control group and the sensing control group, thereby achieving an increase and an arbitrary combination of the power of the sensing-controlled LED light device.
[0010] 2. Each non-dimmable LED driver supply separately manages one set of LED light sources in any of the two groups of lighting branches, and the non-dimmable LED driver supplies are managed in groups by means of the intelligent sensing control module, thereby achieving high precision of the preset power parameter.
[0011] 3. The traditional one or more dimmable LED driver supplies are replaced by one or more non-dimmable LED driver supplies or groups of non-dimmable LED driver supplies, so that the comprehensive cost of the product is significantly decreased, the cost performance advantage of the product is enhanced, and the market competitiveness of the product is promoted.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0012] The present invention is further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings.
Figure 1 is a schematic diagram showing circuit connections of an intelligent control circuit of the present invention.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0013] As shown in Figure 1, an intelligent control circuit for an LED lamp according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a power supply, a sensing controller and a plurality of lighting branches each constituted by a non-dimmable LED driver supply and a set of light sources connected to the non-dimmable LED driver supply, where the plurality of lighting branches are divided into two groups including a non-sensing control group and a sensing control group, lighting branches in the non-sensing control group are connected in parallel and are electrically connected with the power supply via a sensing controller. In the present embodiment, the non-sensing control group includes three lighting branches, and the sensing control group includes five lighting branches. Apparently in practice, the number of lighting branches in the non-sensing control group and the sensing control group may be increased or decreased as desired.
[0014] Preferably, the intelligent control circuit for the LED lamp according to the present invention further includes a toggle switch, movable contacts S1 and S2 of which are electrically connected with the sensing controller and the lighting branches of the sensing control group, respectively. With such arrangement, an operation mode of the lighting branches of the sensing control group can be selected through the toggle switch. Particularly, when a pole of the toggle switch is switched to the movable contact S1, an operation mode utilizing the sensing controller is selected, implementing the function of adjusting the power and brightness of the lighting device depending on the ambient change. When the pole of the toggle switch is switched to the movable contact S2, an operation mode of the lighting branches of the sensing control group same as that of the lighting branches of the non-sensing control group is implemented without control by the sensing controller.
[0015] In this embodiment, the sensing controller may be a microwave sensor and/or a light sensor, or otherwise other sensing controllers such as a voice sensor.
[0016] The above disclosure is merely provided to describe the technical solution of the present invention. Simple modifications of equivalent replacements made to the technical solution of the present invention by those ordinary skilled in the art shall not depart from the essence and scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
[0017] Where the terms "comprise", "comprises", "comprised" or" comprising" are used in this specification, they are to be interpreted as specifying the presence of the stated features, integers, steps or components referred to, but not to preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, components to be grouped therewith.
