Abstract

A water heating system includes a water heater located indoors or outdoors of a building or dwelling which includes a wired network, said water heater having a control unit, said water heater being adapted to be connected to a first outlet of said wired network, said control unit being in communication with a first communication module which is adapted to send and/or receive data over said wired network, to receive a control signal therefrom; a second communication module which is adapted to be connected to a second outlet said wired network, which communicates with a wireless communication network provided or detectable in said building or dwelling, via which a user command data is wirelessly communicated to said second communication module, to be communicated over said wired network to said first communication module.
