Abstract
The present application relates to the technical field of barbecue equipment, and provides a barbecue grill, which includes a plurality of sauce holder assemblies (100). The sauce holder assemblies include a placing plate (111) and a supporting structure (112), the placing plate is pivoted to the bottom of the connecting plate (10) and rotatable about a pivot point in a plane parallel to the bottom of the connecting plate, the placing plate can be accommodated at the bottom of the connecting plate, thereby reducing the overall volume of the sauce holder assembly. BARBECUE GRILL
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of barbecue equipments, and in particular provides a barbecue grill.

In order to facilitate the seasoning of the baked food on the barbecue grill, generally, the existing barbecue grills are mostly equipped with sauce holders, and use the sauce holders to temporarily store cruets with sauces. The support structure 112 comprises a main body 1120, the main body 1120 comprises two vertical sections 112a and a horizontal section 112b, each of the ends of the two vertical sections 112a away from the horizontal section 112b are pivoted to the bottom of the placing plate 111, and rotatable about the pivot point towards or away from the placing plate 111. The placing plate 111 is provided with a plurality of placing holes 1111, the position of the horizontal section 112b is disposed to correspond to each of the placing holes 1111, when a cruet passes through the placing hole 1111, its bottom abuts against the horizontal section 112b, thereby achieves fixation; further, when the cruet is removed from the placing hole 1111, the two vertical sections 112a can be placed close to the placing plate 111 around the pivot point and accommodated in the bottom of the placing plate 111, in this way, the space structure for placing the cruets can be opened or accommodated as needed, and the overall occupancy of the sauce holder assembly 100 is further reduced, thereby facilitating storage.

A plurality of the placing holes 1111 are provided on the placing portion 111a. The number of the placing holes 1111 can be set according to the actual demand.

Specifically, the pivot pillar 113 is a screw, the screw includes a non-threaded portion and a threaded portion, the pivot portion 111 b is connected to the non-threaded portion of the screw and is rotatable relative to each other, the threaded portion of the screw is screwed into the connecting plate 10.

A barbecue grill, which includes a main body, wherein the barbecue grill further includes a plurality of sauce holder assemblies, each sauce holder assembly comprises a connecting plate and a placing mechanism for placing sauce cruets, the connecting plate is movably connected to the main body, the placing mechanism includes a placing plate and a supporting structure, the placing plate is pivoted to the bottom of the connecting plate and rotatable about a pivot point in a plane parallel to the bottom of the connecting plate, the support structure comprises a U-shaped body, the U-shaped body comprises two vertical sections and a horizontal section connecting the two vertical sections, the two vertical sections are pivoted to the bottom of the placing plate and rotatable around the pivot point towards or away from the placing plate, the placing plate is provided with a plurality of placing holes for the cruets to be inserted and placed therethrough, the horizontal section is located corresponding to each of the placing holes for the bottom of the cruets to abut thereon.
2. The barbecue grill according to claim 1, wherein the placing plate includes a placing portion and a pivot portion, wherein the pivot portion is formed by the placing portion extending outwardly in the horizontal direction, and the width of the pivot portion is gradually decreased in the extending direction, a plurality of the placing holes are provided on the placing portion.

The barbecue grill according to claim 2, wherein the placing mechanism further comprises a pivot pillar, the pivot pillar passes through the pivot portions and is secured to the connecting plate, the pivot portion is circumferentially rotatable about the pivot pillar relative to the connecting plate.

The barbecue grill according to claim 3, wherein the placing mechanism further comprises a gasket, the gasket is located between the pivot portion and the pivot pillar, and the gasket is rectangular, a longitudinal direction of the gasket is the same as the extending direction of the pivot portion.

The barbecue grill according to claim 1, wherein the ends of the two vertical sections away from the horizontal section are provided with pivot joints, a bottom of the placing plate is provided with mounting ears corresponding to the two pivot joints, the two pivot joints are successively connected to the two corresponding mounting ears via a rotation axle.

9. The barbecue grill according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the number of the placement holes is two, the placing plate is triangular, and the two placing holes are circumferentially distributed on the placing plate with the pivot point as a center.
10. The barbecue grill according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the connecting plate is detachably connected to the main body, the connecting plate is provided with two hooks, the two hooks are clamped to the edges of the main body.
