Abstract
A bracket for supporting a bar or flexible hose on a T-ceiling rail wherein the bracket includes two lower openings or apertures for improving stability and to prevent angular movement when fastening screws are inserted and subsequently tightened in the openings or apertures.
Description
Filed
The tile bracket invention is a new style of tile bracket with two screws on the bottom part, which is used to fix support bar of flexible hose into T-ceiling tile Rail.
Background
The tile bracket had only one screws on the bottom part. As a result, even though you put maximum amount of effort to tighten the screw, the tile bracket moves side to side and not fixed properly, which disturbs installation of flexible hose set. So we invented a tile bracket with two screws on the bottom part, which is fixed properly on T-ceiling tile rail and doesn't move side to side.
Summary of Invention Technical Problem
All the tile bracket that is available in the market has only one screws on the bottom part as shown in Figure 1.
The problem with this one screw type tile bracket had was stability. Although you put maximum amount of effort to tighten the screw, the tile bracket gets slanted like shown in figure 2, even with touch with little force. This has interrupted installation of flexible hose set into tile rail, because they are not stable.
Solution to Problem
Our New Style tile bracket has two holes on the bottom part instead of one hole as show in Figure 3 of the Drawings.
New Style bracket is more wide than old style, new style is 40mm wide while old style was 30mm wide as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 3 of the drawings.
Advantageous effects of Invention
The new style bracket has two holes and more wide, which allows the tile bracket to be fastened on the tile rail. As you can see in Figure 4 and 5, two bolts are exactly sitting on the tile bracket, and there is no room to move around, which allows the tile bracket to be stable on tile rail. If you tighten two bottom screw, the tile bracket will not move or get slanted, it stays fixed in its position.
