Abstract
MarkCapitulov Customer number: GNB4092964030 (Multipurpose module block constructor, as modular furniture building set with interlocking upholstery) This invention relates to a module block constructor set. Multipurpose module block constructor comprising of plural, multiple modules, building blocks of two (2) types: 1. Hard module type - D-shaped building element, block hollow inside accompanied with couple connectors, links and fasteners. 2. Soft module type - Square-shaped building element, soft block, upholstery soft cover mat, used to accomplish completed look of the (for ex. furniture) item. It is designed to be used as well as toy building set for young and very young people, basic and simple model examples provided in the drawings. When making a building structure (say a house or a pontoon) from such elements, blocks, modules it may in be of interest to use larger elements than the normal, with greater height and width than the standard ones. An easily assembled and disassembled multipurpose module furniture constructor system is disclosed as an example for easier understanding. A multiple identical modules interconnected to each other's sides and/or interconnected to each other by side connectors in any direction desirable to form an (as example: furniture) item. Each module is provided with couple side connectors, flat nuts and bolts as fasteners. A modular block system that is aesthetically and functionally versatile by providing a plurality of independent block members to form furniture, tables, and surfaces of different complexity and unique design. A system of modular components to assemble a desired article of furniture or other useful items. The hard module has D-shaped like look block, hollow inside may be made of a rigid material, such as plywood, metal, hard plastic, and the like, or any combination thereof. The hard module connector is flat, made of thick sheet rigid material, such as plywood, metal, hard plastic, and the like, or any combination thereof. The soft module square-shaped upholstery soft cover mat, module or block may be made of a tough fabric outside, middle density upholstery foam inside and stitched flanks with strong threads. drawings#3 Fig.12 Fig.13 Fig.12A4 Fig1 AFig.12B

DESCRIPTION
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention relates to multipurpose block, module constructor and more specifically in one of many uses, it relates to a module furniture constructor building blocks for providing a module furniture constructor units that can be combined with other units to construct or reconstruct any item of furniture or structure.
BACKGROUND
Furniture usually built for an average man, fixed length, width and height.
Average man, what is that? I am not an average man, you most likely not an average man either.
Furniture has tendency go out of time and simply become old or useless.
It can be very expensive, part of this is because of the amount of tooling required to form the proper connections to create a sturdy item of furniture.
In addition, some furniture may come in pieces and require complex assembly.
Usually, there are numerous fasteners, joints, and the like with unclear instructions for assembly.
Also, there is only one correct way of assembling the item together. Therefore, if a customer gets a desk, he will assemble only a desk. Finally, once assembled, it is very unlikely to disassemble and built something new.
This results in an expensive item of furniture that is difficult to assemble and can be assembled in only one way.
Therefore, there is a need for a multipurpose block, module constructor that is cheap to manufacture, easy to assemble, and configured for versatility so that a variety of different furniture items of various shapes and sizes can be assembled from multiple identical modules .
And furniture is just a beginning, you can construct virtually anything with it. 2017101120 16 Aug 2017

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION 2017101120 16 Aug 2017
The features and the advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The detailed description set forth below in connection with the appended drawings is intended as a description of presently-preferred embodiments of the invention and is not intended to represent the only forms in which the present invention may be constructed or utilized.
The description sets forth the functions and the sequence of steps for constructing and operating the invention in connection with the illustrated embodiments .
It is to be understood, however, that the same or equivalent functions and sequences may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.
Multipurpose block, module constructor comprising more than one module set in order to build various items and structures, one will need usually more than 30 modules to build a substantial item of furniture.
Fig. 1-2-3 depict preferred embodiment of the one multi-purpose module as a set of parts of the present invention, where it comprises a module D-shaped block, a module connectors, a fasteners and an operating tool - hexagon socket screw key.
Fig. 4 depicts a schematic view of four kinds for main detail - the ' D' shape block.
Fig. 5 depicts a schematic assembly of three modules where; (1) -blocks of the 'D' shape, (2) - connector, link, (3) - flat nut glued to the block 'D' shape, (4) - hexagon head screw.
Fig. 8 depicts simple assembly of two modules, D-shaped blocks with a connector between.
Fig. 9 depicts more complex assembly of three modules, D-shaped blocks with connectors.
Fig. 10-11-12-13-14 depict variety of assemblies made of a few modules which may be useful for someone.
Fig. 12-12a-12b-13-14 depict assemblies as an examples, so one can improve on it, the modules can be assembled as various goods where required.
Fig. 15 depicts two partial soft-modules where; (1) - soft-module itself, (2) - loop-velcro soft-part, (3) - hook-velcro hard-part, (4) - the edges of the mat stitched flanks with strong thread. Assemble modules as an item of furniture (chair, Fig. 12).
We will need 12 modules and an operating tool - hexagon socket screw key, that is it. 2017101120 16 Aug 2017
Attach parts of the modules to each other as shown on Fig. 12 and when fasten them together by a module fasteners using a hexagon socket screw key provided.
Say one wants to make the chair a twice wider.
Before attaching parts of the modules to each other we need to make double modules.
To make double module (Fig. S), take one D-shaped block, take a hexagon socket screw key and insert it in the assembling hole from other side of the D-shaped block, (a hexagon socket screw key must be longer by approx. 15% than D-shaped block), than allow the tool stick out from the opposite side of the D-shaped block through the construction hole, this is one purpose for construction hole in this invention.
Then, take one hexagon socket button head screw and connect it to the end of hexagon socket screw key which is sticks out from construction hole.
After that, bring hexagon socket button head screw attached to a hexagon socket screw key into the D-shaped block and start screwing the screw in the fastener hole from inside the D-shaped block.
Now picture may become clear, by screwing the screw through the D-shaped block attach second D-shaped block and fasten them together.
Do this procedure 12 times until you get 12 double modules in order to make the chair a twice wider. A square-shaped upholstery soft cover mats, modules or blocks having an interlocking fixture which makes them create any flat shapes by attaching one mat to another in any direction desirable.
In addition to the tables, chairs, beds and alike hereto, the present invention allows the users to assemble into the models of any reasonable structures, buildings and so on, where necessary, and disassemble simply and safely by the operating tool - a hexagon socket screw key.
These kinds of assemblies can be repeated in a variety of combinations to create a variety of furniture of varying shapes and sizes .
What has been described and illustrated herein is a preferred embodiment of the invention along with some of its variations.
The terms, descriptions and figures used herein are set forth by way of illustration only and are not meant as limitations.
