Abstract
This utility model discloses a universal vintage seat for sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes, comprising of back seat frame and bottom seat. One end of bottom seat is connected with rear support frame. The end of bottom seat that is close to the back seat frame has rotation pin. The back seat frame is connected with the bottom seat through rotation pin. The same end of the bottom seat is welded with transverse brace. Transverse brace is fitted with three-way plastic connector. Rear support leg is worn with rubber water stopper. The sliding connection between three-way plastic connector and transverse brace allows rear support legs to adjust according to the position of scupper hole. There is a declination angle between the rear support frame and rear support legs which forms a triangle when the seat is installed on the sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes.

TECHNICAL FIELD
[OOlJThe utility model belongs to the field of sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes. In particular, it is a universal and adjustable seat with aluminium frame for sit-on-top kayaks with two scupper holes in the sitting area.
BACKGROUND
[002] Sit-on-top kayak is one type of kayaks. The players can kayak on either single or double water courses. This sport trains the muscle of the player's entire body and assists to improve the endurance. While kayaking, the player can also enjoy the outdoor scenery.
[003] However, there are different sizes of the sit-on-top kayaks with variable distance between the scupper holes and sitting area. Consequently, the size of the seats will also vary. When there is a need to replace or repair the seats, it is very difficult to find the right size of the seats to fit a particular sit-on-top kayak with scupper holes. This invention is to solve this problem.
SUMMARY OF UTILITY MODEL
[004] This utility model is to provide a universal and adjustable vintage seat for sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes. There will be two sizes of the back seat frame and bottom seat of this utility model to fit the sit-on-top kayaks with variable width of scupper holes and sitting area.
[005] In order to serve the mentioned purpose, this utility model discloses the following technical solution. This is a universal and adjustable vintage seat for sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes, including back seat and bottom seat. One end of the said bottom seat has a rear support frame while the other end of the seat has front support legs. The end of the bottom seat that is close to rear support frame has rotation pin and the back seat frame is connected to the bottom seat through rotation pin. There is an adjustable nylon strap which connects with the top end of back seat frame to the one end of the bottom seat that is close to the front support leg. The end of the bottom seat which is close to rear support frame is also welded with transverse brace. Transverse brace is connected to three-way plastic connector. The bottom end of three-way plastic connector is installed with rear support leg. Rear support leg is worn with rubber water stopper.
[006] Optimally, the rear support legs and front support legs are tubular structure. Furthermore, the bottom of both rear and front support legs have round tubing inserts at the bottom to prevent scratches.
[007] Optimally, the transverse brace has sliding chute. As such, the sliding connection is created between the three-way plastic connector and the transverse brace.
[008] Optimally, there are two three-way plastic connectors and rear support legs each. One three-way plastic connector and one rear support leg is to be matched together when installing.
[009] Optimally, the back seat has water proof fabric backrest and the bottom seat has water proof fabric cushion.
[010] Optimally, in order to further secure the seat to the sit-on-top kayaks, the bottom end of the rear support legs have one small hole to allow a ring lock to clip through so the seat does not come off the kayak when the kayak is flipped over.
[011] Optimally, there is another adjustable strap with brass clip at the end which shares the same screw as the adjustable nylon strap on top end of the back seat to secure the seat to the anchor located on the both sides of the sitting area of the sit-on-top kayaks [012] Optimally, all of the utility model is made of aluminium.
[013] Compare with the existing technology, the advantage of the utility model is comprised of back seat and bottom seat using a scientific structure. The sliding connection between three-way plastic connector and the transverse brace allows the rear support legs to be adjustable in accordance with the position of scupper holes. Rubber water stoppers are widely applicable as they are able to fit in scupper holes with different diameters. The declination angle between the rear support frame and rear support legs allows a triangle to be form when the seat is installed on the sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes. This greatly increases the stability. The rotation design between the back seat and the bottom seat allows the back seat to be folded which saves space for storage and transportation purposes.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[017] The utility model is described in further details with reference to the drawings. The below embodiment is just part of this utility model and it is not conclusive. Based on the embodiment of this utility model, technician of this area obtain the other embodiments without creation, which is within the scope of the present invention.
[018] With specific reference to Figure 1-2, this utility model provides a technical option: a sit-on-top universal seat comprising of back seat frame 1 and bottom seat 7 made with aluminium.
[019] One end of bottom seat 7 is connected with rear support frame 3 while the other end of bottom seat is attached to front support leg 6. A rotation pin 2 is provided at one end of the bottom seat 7 that is close to the rear support frame 3. Back seat frame 1 is connected to bottom seat through rotation pin while the top end of the back seat frame 1 is connected with one end of the bottom seat 7 that is close to the front support leg 6 by adjustable nylon strap. There is another adjustable strap with brass clip 12 at the end which shares the same screw as the adjustable nylon strap 8 on the top end of the back seat frame 1 to secure the seat to the anchor located on the both sides of the sitting area of the sit-on-top kayaks. Transverse brace 10 is welded to one end of the bottom seat 7 that is close to the rear support frame 3. The transverse brace 10 is connected with three-way plastic connector 9 while the rear support leg 4 is connected to the lower end of three-way plastic connector 9. The rear support leg 4 is worn with the rubber water stopper 5.
[020] This embodiment, in order to ensure the safety and sit-on-top kayaks run more smoothly, optimally rear support legs 4 and front support legs 6 are tubular structure made with aluminium. Besides, rear support legs 4 and front support legs 6 are tubular structure which have round tubing inserts at the bottom to prevent scratches.
[021] In this embodiment, in order to prevent the scupper holes from being cracked or damaged by rear support legs 4 after use due to overweight, the bottom seat has rear support frame 3 on one end and front support legs 6 on the other end to spread the pressure on the kayaks.
[022] In this embodiment, in order to further secure the seat to the sit-on-top kayaks, the bottom end of the rear support leg 4 has one small hole to allow a ring lock to clip through so the seat does not come off the kayak when the kayak is flipped over.
[023] In this embodiment, in order to cause the three-way plastic connector 9 move smoothly, optimally, the sliding chute 11 is provided and then three-way plastic connector 9 is connected with transverse brace 10 through sliding chute 11.
[024] In this embodiment, in order to cause the rear support leg 4 move with the movement of three-way plastic connector 9, optimally, there are two three-way plastic connectors and rear support legs each. One three-way plastic connector 9 and one rear support leg 4 is to be matched together when installing.
[025] In the present embodiment, in order to make this utility model waterproof. Optimally, the back seat frame 1 is fitted with waterproof fabric backrest while the bottom seat 7 is fitted with waterproof fabric cushions.
[026] Operating rationale: The utility model is safe and convenient. For the storage and transportation purposes, the back seat 1 can be folded to save space. When using this utility model, the width of the rear support legs 4 are adjustable through adjusting the width of the three-way plastic connectors 9 in accordance with the position of the scupper holes.

Claims (5)
1. A universal and adjustable seat for sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes includes back seat frame and bottom seat. The said bottom seat has rear support frame on one end and front support legs on the other end. The end of the said bottom seat that is close to the said rear support frame has rotation pin, which connects the said back seat frame to the bottom seat so the said back seat frame is able to rotate and fold towards the bottom seat frame. The top end of the said back seat frame is connected to the end of the bottom seat frame that is close to the front support legs through adjustable nylon strap. There is another adjustable strap with brass clip at the end which shares the same screw as the said adjustable nylon strap on the top end of the back seat frame. The end of the said bottom seat that is close to the back seat frame is welded with transverse brace. The said transverse brace has three-way plastic connector. The bottom end of said three-way plastic connector is installed with rear support leg. The said support leg is worn with rubber water stopper.
2. Universal and adjustable seat for sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes of claim 1, wherein the said rear support leg and front support leg are both of tubular structure made with aluminium, and the bottom of the front and rear support legs have scratch-proof, round tubing inserts.
3. A universal and adjustable seat for sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes of claim 1, wherein the said transverse brace has sliding chute, the said three-way plastic connector has sliding connection with the transverse brace.
4. A universal and adjustable seat for sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes of claim 1, wherein the said three-way plastic connector and the said rear support legs should have two sets each whereas one three-way plastic connector is matched with the corresponding rear support leg.
5. A universal and adjustable seat for sit-on-top kayaks with scupper holes of claim 1, wherein the said bottom seat has rear support frame on one end and front support legs on the other end to spread the pressure on the kayaks.
