Description
DESCRIPTION 2017100847 26 Jun2017 EASILY-ASSEMBLED ADJUSTABLE RIVETING ASSIST DEVICE Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an easily-assembled adjustable riveting assist device.
Background of the Invention A gear is to be fixed onto a lead screw of a pushrod. Usually, the lead screw and the gear are assembled together by riveting. However, since each stroke of the piston rod of the riveting machine is the same, the lead screw is to be re-fixed so that the riveting portion of the lead screw is matched with the stroke distance of the riveting machine, if it is needed to rivet a lead screw of a different length.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide an easily-assembled adjustable riveting assist device.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solution. An easily-assembled adjustable riveting assist device is provided, including a lower die fixed on a workbench; an upper die is fixed on an upper side of the lower die; a first receiving groove for receiving a lead screw, which runs through the upper die from top to bottom, is formed on the upper die; a via hole running through the lower die is formed on the lower die, and an adjusting member is fitted within the via hole; a first evading groove which evades the adjusting member is formed on the workbench; the adjusting member has an adjusting portion and an operating portion, with an outer wall of the adjusting portion and an inner wall of the via hole forming thread structures which are coordinated with each other; and the adjusting member is coordinated with the 1 lower die by threads so that an upper end of the adjusting portion of the adjusting member extends into the first receiving groove; a number of first fixed holes running through the lower die are formed on the lower die; second fixed holes, corresponding to the first fixed holes one by one, are formed on the upper die; and fasteners successively pass through the first fixed holes and the second fixed holes so that the upper die is fixed to the lower die. This arrangement is used for fixedly assembling the upper die and the lower die. The adjustable riveting assist device of the present invention is simple in manufacturing and assembling and easy to use. 2017100847 26 Jun2017
Preferably, there are three first fixed holes, and the three first fixed holes are annularly arranged at equal intervals around an axis of the via hole. This arrangement ensures the stability of the fixation between the upper die and the lower die. Furthermore, only a few fasteners are used, and a few first fixed holes and second fixed holes are needed, so that the manufacturing and processing of the upper die and the lower die are more convenient.
The adjustable riveting assist device of the present invention is used for riveting lead screws of different lengths and the gear. Furthermore, the adjustable riveting assist device of the present invention is simple in structure and easy in assembly. Moreover, the height position of the lead screw can be positioned more accurately, so as to prevent over-riveting.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of the device according to the present invention; and
Fig. 2 is another structural diagram of the device according to the present invention.
Detailed Description of the invention
The present invention will be further described below by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. 2
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the present invention provides an adjustable riveting assist device, including a lower die 2 fixed on a workbench 1; an upper die 3 is fixed on an upper side of the lower die 2; a first receiving groove 31 for receiving a lead screw, which runs through the upper die from top to bottom, is formed on the upper die 3; a via hole running through the lower die is formed on the lower die 2, and an adjusting member 4 is fitted within the via hole; a first evading groove 11 which evades the adjusting member 4 is formed on the workbench 1; the adjusting member 4 has an adjusting portion 41 and an operating portion 42, with an outer wall of the adjusting portion 41 and an inner wall of the via hole forming thread structures which are coordinated with each other; and the adjusting member 4 is coordinated with the lower die 2 by threads so that an upper end of the adjusting portion 41 of the adjusting member 4 extends into the first receiving groove 31. 2017100847 26 Jun2017 A nut 5 is fixed onto the adjusting portion 41 of the adjusting member 4; and the nut 5 is fixed to the adjusting portion 41 by threads; and an upper end face of the nut 5 is resisted against a lower end face of the lower die 2.Three positioning holes 32, which run through inner and outer sides of the upper die 3, are formed on an outer wall of the upper die 3, and the three positioning holes 32 are arranged up and down at intervals; positioning bolts 6 are fitted within the positioning holes 32; and the positioning bolts 6 rotate so that an end of each of the positioning bolts 6 extends into the first receiving groove 31, and the positioning bolts 6 are arranged perpendicularly to the adjusting member 4.
Wherein, a second receiving groove for receiving part of the lower die 2 is formed on the workbench 1, and an outer edge of the transverse section of the second receiving groove and an outer edge of the transverse section of the lower die 2 are the same in shape.
Three first fixed holes 21 running through the lower die 2 are formed on the lower die 2; second fixed holes, corresponding to the first fixed holes one by one, are formed on the upper die 3; and fasteners successively pass 3 through the first fixed holes 21 and the second fixed holes so that the upper die 2 is fixed to the lower die 3. The three first fixed holes 21 are annularly arranged at equal intervals around an axis of the via hole. The upper end face of the lower die 2 is recessed to form a positioning groove, and an outer edge of the transverse section of the lower end of the upper die 3 and the transverse section of the positioning groove are the same in shape. 2017100847 26 Jun2017
An inner edge of the transverse section of the upper die 3 is circular, and the diameter of the first receiving groove 31 is matched with the maximum outer diameter of the lead screw.A second evading groove 33 for evading a box boss is formed at the upper end of the upper die 3, the second evading groove 33 is communicated with the first receiving groove 31, and the transverse section of the second evading groove 33 and an outer edge of the box boss are the same in shape. 4
