DESCRIPTION HIGH-EFFICIENCY PICKUP DEVICE FOR AN ENCODER Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a high-efficiency pickup device for an encoder.
Background of the Invention
An encoder is an important component of a motor. In the prior art, assemblers usually assemble encoders by hands. However, if the assemblers ’ hands or groves are dusty, the encoders are easy to be smudged, so that the operation of the encoders will be influenced and the assembly efficiency is low. Hence, it is necessary to provide an auxiliary assembly device which will not damage an encoder and may improve the assembly efficiency.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a high-efficiency pickup device for an encoder.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: a high-efficiency pickup device for an encoder is provided, including a sleeve, wherein a mandrel is provided within the sleeve; an expansion portion is formed at a front end of the sleeve; the mandrel moves forward along the sleeve so that a front section of the mandrel extends into the expansion portion; the expansion portion includes several elastic expansion claws which are annularly and uniformly arranged at intervals around an axis of the mandrel; and, an expansion chamber for allowing the front section of the mandrel to pass therethrough is formed between the several elastic expansion claws, with the inner diameter of a front end of the expansion chamber being 1 2017100763 16 Jun2017 less than both the inner diameter of a rear end of the expansion chamber and the diameter of the front section of the mandrel; the mandrel includes a front section, a middle section and a rear section, with the diameter of the middle section being greater than that of the front section; a front through hole for allowing the front section of the mandrel to pass therethrough is formed at the front end of the sleeve; and, a compression spring is sheathed on the front section of the mandrel, with one end the compression spring resisting against the middle section of the mandrel while the other end thereof resisting against the sleeve. Wherein, the compression spring and the mandrel are cooperated to separate the encoder from the expansion claws.
Preferably, the front selection of the mandrel is always located within the front through hole. This arrangement may ensure the stability of the pickup device of the present invention when in use, and prevent the mandrel from resisting against the inner wall of the sleeve when the mandrel moves forward.
Preferably, the diameter of the middle section of the mandrel is greater than that of the front section, a rear through hole for allowing thee rear section of the mandrel to pass therethrough is formed at a rear end of the sleeve, and the rear section of the mandrel always extends to an outer side of the sleeve.
The pickup device of the present invention is applied to the auxiliary assembly of an encoder, will not damage the encoder and may improve the assembly efficiency.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of the present invention.
Detaiied Description of the Invention
The present invention will be further described below by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Fig. 1, the present invention provides a pickup device for an encoder, including a sleeve 1, wherein a mandrel is provided within the sleeve 2017100763 16 Jun2017 1; the mandrel includes a front section 2, a middle section 3 and a rear section 4; and, an expansion portion is formed at a front end of the sleeve 1. The expansion portion includes three elastic expansion claws 5 which are annularly and uniformly arranged at intervals around an axis of the mandrel. An expansion chamber 11 for allowing the front section 2 of the mandrel to pass therethrough is formed between the three elastic expansion claws 5. The inner diameter of the front end of the expansion chamber 11 is less than that of the rear end of the expansion chamber 11.
The diameter of the middle section 3 of the mandrel is greater than the diameter of the front section 2 and the diameter of the rear section 4. A front through hole for allowing the front section of the mandrel to pass therethrough is formed at the front end of the sleeve 1, and a rear through hole for allowing the rear section 4 of the mandrel to pass therethrough is formed at the rear end of the sleeve 1. A compression spring 6 is sheathed on the front section 2 of the mandrel. The inner diameter of the front end of the expansion chamber 11 is less than the diameter of the front section 2 of the mandrel. The front section 2 of the mandrel is always located within the front through hole, and the rear section 4 of the mandrel always extends to the outer side of the sleeve. One end of the compression spring 6 resists against the middle section 3 of the mandrel, while the other end thereof resists against the sleeve 1. A pressing portion extending radially and outward is formed at the rear end of the mandrel, and antiskid stripes are provided on a surface of the sleeve.
When in use of the pickup device of the present invention, an assembler holds the sleeve 1 and then places the expansion portion of the sleeve 1 into a through hole of an encoder 7. Then, the assembler presses the rear section 4 of the mandrel with a finger so as to move the mandrel forward, and the front section 2 of the mandrel enters the expansion chamber 11 to open the front ends of the elastic expansion claws 5. At this time, the encoder 7 is fixed at the front end of the mandrel. Subsequently, the encoder 7 is mounted on an encoder holder of a motor, and the assembler loosens the hands so that the 3 2017100763 16 Jun2017 compression spring 6 drives the mandrel to recover. At this time, the elastic expansion claws 5 are closed, and the encoder 7 is separated from the elastic expansion claws 5. 4
