Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a universal structure for assembling a mounting handle of a pushrod reduction box.
Background of the Invention
Some devices such as construction trucks and mowers are mostly provided with a pushrod. The push rod is mounted inside such a device, a mounting base is fixed on an inner wall of the device, and the electric pushrod is fixed with the mounting base through a mounting handle located at an end portion of a reduction box. In this way, the electric pushrod is fixed. Since there is a limited space for mounting inside the devices and the shape of the mounting space varies from one device to another device, the fixation position of the mounting handle of the electric pushrod needs to be adjusted according to the internal space of a device. That is, the mounting handle may be fixed with the mounting base only by circumferentially rotating the mounting handle, and the fixation of the electric pushrod may be thus realized. The fixation positions of a same kind of mounting handles and reduction boxes are not suitable for fixation of pushrods of all devices. Moreover, the structure for assembling the reduction box and the mounting handle is different for pushrods suitable to different devices.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a universal structure for assembling a mounting handle of a pushrod reduction box.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: a universal structure for assembling a mounting handle of a pushrod 1 2017100756 15 Jun2017 reduction box is provided, including a mounting handle, wherein the mounting handle includes a mounting handle body used for being fixed with a fixed position and a mounting handle fixation portion which is far away from the fixed position and used for being fixed with a pushrod reduction box; an outer boss extending radially and outward is formed on the mounting handle fixation portion, a through hole for allowing the mounting handle body to pass therethrough is formed on a body or cover of the pushrod reduction box, with the outer diameter of the outer boss being greater than the diameter of the through hole; several positioning holes are formed on an inner wall of the body or cover at a position corresponding to a circumferential outer side of the through hole, and the several positioning holes are annularly arranged at intervals around an axis of the through hole; several fitting holes are formed on a side end face of the outer boss close to the mounting handle body, and a positioning pin for fitting the positioning holes is fixed within at least one fitting hole; the mounting handle and the reduction box are fixed, so that the mounting handle body of the mounting handle extends to an outer side of the reduction box and the outer boss of the mounting handle fixation portion of the mounting handle is located on an inner side of the reduction box; and, one end of the positioning pin is located within the fitting hole on the outer boss, while the other end thereof is located within the positioning hole; the several positioning holes are annularly and uniformly arranged at intervals around the axis of the through hole.
For the mounting handle of the present invention, the position of the mounting handle may be selected according to an internal assembly space of devices, such as construction trucks and mowers, on which it is to be assembled subsequently, so that the pushrod of the present invention is applicable to various construction trucks and mowers.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention will be further described below by specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a structure for assembling a mounting handle of a pushrod reduction box, including a mounting handle 1, wherein the mounting handle 1 comprises a mounting handle body 11 used for being fixed with a fixed position and a mounting handle fixation portion 12 which is far away from the fixed position and used for being fixed with a pushrod reduction box. An outer boss 121 extending radially and outward is formed on the mounting handle fixation portion 12. A through hole 21 for allowing the mounting handle body 11 to pass therethrough is formed on a cover 2 of the pushrod reduction box. The outer diameter of the outer boss 121 is greater than the diameter of the through hole 21. Thirty-six positioning holes 22 are formed on an inner wall of the cover 2 at a position corresponding to a circumferential outer side of the through hole 21. The thirty-six positioning holes 22 are annularly arranged at intervals around an axis of the through hole 21. Several fitting holes 122 are formed on a side end face of the outer boss 121 close to the mounting handle body 11, and a positioning pin 3 for fitting the positioning holes 22 is fixed within at least one fitting hole 122. The mounting handle 1 and the reduction box 2 are fixed, so that the mounting handle body 11 of the mounting handle 1 extends to an outer side of the reduction box and the outer boss 121 of the mounting handle fixation portion 12 of the mounting handle 1 is located on an inner side of the reduction box. And, one end of the positioning pin 3 is located within the fitting hole on the outer boss 121, while the other end thereof is located within the positioning hole 22.
An external thread structure 123 is formed on a part of a radial outer wall 3 2017100756 15 Jun2017 of the mounting handle fixation portion 12 of the mounting handle 1. The mounting handle 1 and the reduction box 2 are fixed, so that the mounting handle body 11 of the mounting handle 1 extends to the outer side of the reduction box and the external thread structure 123 of the mounting handle fixation portion 12 of the mounting handle 1 is located on the outer side of the reduction box. The mounting handle 1 is fixed with the cover 2 of the reduction box through a locking nut 4. An internal thread structure for fitting the external thread structure 123 is formed on the locking nut 4. Wherein, a seal ring 5 is sheathed on the mounting handle fixation portion 12 of the mounting handle 1, and the seal ring 5 is sheathed on the radial outer wall of the mounting handle fixation portion 12.
During the assembly of the mounting handle of the present invention, the mounting handle and the cover are assembled first, the positioning pin is then fixed within the fitting hole, and the seal ring is sheathed on the mounting handle fixation portion of the mounting handle. Then, the mounting handle body of the mounting handle is extended from the inner side of the cover to the outer side of the cover through the through hole, and one end of the positioning pin away from the fitting pin is located within one positioning hole. Then, the external threads of the mounting handle fixation portion of the mounting handle are fixed with the locking nut, and the box body and the cover are assembled together finally. The fitting of the positioning pin with one of the several positioning holes is realized as desired so as to change the position of the mounting handle, so that the pushrod of the present invention may be applicable to the assembly space of various devices such as construction trucks and mowers. Wherein, the fixed position is the inner wall of the internal assembly space of devices, such as construction trucks and mowers, on which the pushrod is to be assembled. 4

A universal structure for assembling a mounting handle of a pushrod reduction box, comprising a mounting handle; the mounting handle comprises a mounting handle body used for being fixed with a fixed position and a mounting handle fixation portion which is far away from the fixed position and used for being fixed with a pushrod reduction box; an outer boss extending radially and outward is formed on the mounting handle fixation portion; a through hole for allowing the mounting handle body to pass therethrough is formed on a box body or box cover of the pushrod reduction box, with the outer diameter of the outer boss being greater than the diameter of the through hole; several positioning holes are formed at a position on a circumferential outer side of an inner wall of the box body or the box cover corresponding to the through hole; the several positioning holes are annularly arranged at intervals around an axis of the through hole; several fitting holes are formed on a side end face of the outer boss close to the mounting handle body; a positioning pin for fitting the positioning holes is fixed within at least one fitting hole; the mounting handle and the reduction box are fixed, so that the mounting handle body of the mounting handle extends to an outer side of the reduction box and the outer boss of the mounting handle fixation portion of the mounting handle is located on an inner side of the reduction box; and, one end of the positioning pin is located within the fitting hole on the outer boss, while the other end thereof is located within the positioning hole; the several positioning holes are annularly and uniformly arranged at intervals around the axis of the through hole.
