DESCRIPTION
DISENGAGEMENT-PREVENTION STRUCTURE FOR A POSITIONING PLATE OF A HIGH-VOLTAGE DC RELAY
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a disengagement-prevention structure for a positioning plate of a high-voltage DC relay.
Background of the Invention
In the prior art, the fixation between the positioning plate and the yoke is not firm, and axial shifting or circumferential rotation of the positioning plate may occur.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a disengagement-prevention structure for a positioning plate of a high-voltage DC relay.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the following technical solutions are employed in the present invention. A disengagement-prevention structure for a positioning plate of a high-voltage DC relay is provided, including a positioning plate located on an upper side of a yoke; a yoke through hole, which is directly through from top to bottom, is formed on the yoke; a positioning plate bulge extending downward is formed on a lower end surface of the positioning plate, the positioning plate bulge passes through the yoke through hole downward and extends to a lower side of the yoke; a positioning plate through hole, through which a pushrod passes, is formed on the positioning plate, and the positioning plate through hole runs through the positioning plate bulge from top to bottom; and a portion of the positioning plate bulge on the lower side of the yoke is fixed to a fixation member so that 1 2017100722 14 Jun2017 the yoke is limited between the positioning plate and the fixation member; external threads are formed in a portion of the positioning plate bulge on the lower side of the yoke; the fixation member is arranged annularly along the radial cross-sectional shape of the pushrod; internal threads matched with the external threads are formed on an inner wall of the fixation member; and the fixation member and the positioning plate bulge are fixed by threads, and an upper end surface of the fixation member is brought into contact with a lower end surface of the yoke; a number of via holes, extending radially and inward and running through the radial inner wall of the fixation member, are formed on the radial outer wall of the fixation member.
The present invention has the advantage of fixing the positioning plate more firmly and more stably.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of the present invention;
Fig. 2 is another structure diagram of the present invention; and
Fig. 3 is a structure diagram of the present invention, when the external threads on the positioning plate bulge are damaged.
Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and by specific embodiments.
As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, a fixation structure for a positioning plate of a high-voltage DC relay in the present invention includes a positioning plate 1 made of plastic material. The positioning plate 1 is arranged on an upper side of a yoke 2; a yoke through hole, which is directly through from top to bottom, is formed on the yoke 2; a positioning plate bulge 11 extending downward is formed on a lower end surface of the positioning plate 1, the positioning plate bulge 11 passes through the yoke through hole downward and extends to a lower side of the yoke 2; a positioning plate through hole, through which a n 2017100722 14 Jun2017 pushrod 3 passes, is formed on the positioning plate 1, and the positioning plate through hole runs through the positioning plate bulge 11 from top to bottom; and a portion of the positioning plate bulge 11 on the lower side of the yoke 2 is fixed to a fixation member 4 to prevent the positioning plate bulge 11 from moving upward, so that the yoke 2 is limited between the fixation member 4 and the positioning plate 1. Wherein, a boss 31 is integrally formed on or provided on the pushrod 3 by injection molding, and the boss 31 is located on the upper side of the positioning plate 1.
External threads are formed in a portion of the positioning plate bulge 11 on the lower side of the yoke 2; the fixation member 4 is arranged annularly along the radial cross-sectional shape of the pushrod 3; internal threads matched with the external threads are formed on an inner wall of the fixation member 4; and the fixation member 4 and the positioning plate bulge 11 are fixed by threads, and an upper end surface of the fixation member 4 is brought into contact with a lower end surface of the yoke 2 while a lower end surface of the positioning plate 1 is brought into contact with an upper end surface of the yoke 2. Wherein, two via holes 41, which extend inward and pass through the radial inner wall of the fixation member 4, are formed on the radial outer wall of the fixation member 4. The two via holes 41 are arranged in opposite to each other.
As shown in Fig. 3, when the positioning plate 1 and the yoke 2 in the present invention are to be assembled, the positioning plate 1 is placed on the upper side of the yoke 2 and the positioning plate bulge 11 is located within the yoke through hole, the pushrod 3 is passed through the yoke 2 and the positioning plate 1 and the boss 31 is located on the upper side of the positioning plate 1, then the fixation member 4 is fitted with the positioning plate bulge 11 by threads to limit the yoke 2 between the positioning plate 1 and the fixation member 4, and the external threads on the positioning plate bulge 11 are damaged by using a pin from the via holes 41 so that part of the material in the position where the external threads are damaged extends into 3 2017100722 14 Jun2017 the via holes 41. Wherein, the damage to the external threads on the positioning plate bulge may be caused by scalding, burning or etc., and glue may also be filled in the via holes to connect the positioning plate bulge and the fixation member together. 4
