PROTECTIVE CASE
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a protective case, and in particular, to a protective case 5 for a book or an electronic device.
Related Art
It is common for users to enclose a book or an electronic device with a protective case to prevent the same from contamination and damage. However, with the ever increasing pace of everyday life, modem people may read virtually anywhere and anytime. Readers 10 often encounter situations in which reading cannot be carried on due to a insufficiency of light or power of their electronic devices. In a place where there is no lighting or in dim space, a conventional protective case would not be able to provide the reader with a power supply or light source. Unfortunately, the reader would need a separate power supply or light source for illumination. As such, it would be quite inconvenient for the reader to carry 15 a book or an electronic device, a separate power supply, and a separate light source with him at the same time.
SUMMARY
The present invention provides a protective case, where the protective case is applicable to a book or an electronic device. It is intended to provide a protective case 20 integrated with illumination and charging.
The protective case in the present invention includes a housing. The protective case further includes a mobile power supply embedded in the protective case, and the mobile power supply has a power output interface and a power input interface.
The protective case further includes a light source, and the light source is disposed on 25 the housing and electrically connected to the mobile power supply.
The light source is an LED light source. 1 2016102163 22 Dec 2016
Further, orientation of the light source is adjustable.
Alternatively, the light source is detachable.
Further, the power output interface is a USB interface.
The power input interface is a USB interface or a mini USB interface. 5 Optionally, the protective case is further provided with a battery indicator light and an on/off button, where the battery indicator light is electrically connected to the mobile power supply and indicates a battery level of the mobile power supply and an input/output progress, and the on/off button is electrically connected to the mobile power supply and controls the mobile power supply to operate or stop operating. 10 Further, the housing has accommodating space.
Alternatively, the housing is provided with an internal pocket.
Beneficial effects of the present invention lie in that, the protective case is provided with a mobile power supply that may be used for charging any electronic accessory disposed in the protective case and may also be used for charging any external electronic 15 device, and the protective case is further provided with a light source that may be powered by the mobile power supply. The protective case provides versatile functions and is easy to carry and also assists the user in reading in a dim environment.
Other features and advantages of the present invention are explained in this specification, and partially become obvious in this specification, or are learned in the 20 course of implementing the present invention.
