Abstract

The present invention provides for a system and method for the visualisation of a network architecture for a given organisation. The system and method employs an algorithm embodying aspects of artificial intelligence to produce a graphical representation of the network architecture and the interdependency of the nodes within the network. The algorithm is able to recursively refine the graphical representation of the network in response to any additions or removals from the network to ensure that the graph accurately reflects the current state of the network. The algorithm is further configured to remove noise/clutter from the graph to ensure that the information on the network configuration is easy to comprehend.

To Whom It May Concern, I have discovered a new way of representing enterprise architecture that constitutes dynamism.
Organisations define their architecture with various tools, which typically requires high maintenance to reflect changes to architecture.
This is a static representation of the architecture, and is exclusive to systems falling outside tier 1, 2 or 3 definitions.
Two fundamental quality attributes in enterprise architecture are integrity and flexibly.
My invention is exclusive, allow the entire system to be recorded with their interrelationships, which satisfies 'integrity'.
The inventions is business-driven, incorporating changes in business and systems without disruptions and immediate publication to the entire enterprise, satisfying 'flexibility'.
