DESCRIPTION
STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING BUILT-IN DRIVER OF BRUSHLESS
MOTOR
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a structure for mounting a built-in driver of a brushless motor.
Background of the Invention
At present, driver circuit boards for brushless motors are mostly arranged outside the brushless motors. This arrangement is inconvenient for the production and assembly of motors and limits the improvement in the production efficiency. Circuit boards for part of drivers are arranged on the inner side of the brushless motors, but the circuit boards of drivers often come into contact with the inner side of the motor stator framework due to the mounting structure design of the circuit boards of the drivers. Accordingly, it is difficult to mount and remove the circuit boards of the drivers.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a structure for mounting a built-in driver of a brushless motor, which can mount a driver circuit board in the brushless motor.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: a structure for mounting a built-in driver of a brushless motor is provided, including a motor stator framework and a driver circuit board, wherein a plurality of slots are formed on an inner side of an upper end of the motor stator framework; the driver circuit board is fixed within the slots; the slots are symmetrically distributed on the inner side of the motor stator framework; and the slots and the motor stator framework are integrally 1 arranged. The present invention is suitable for small brushless motors, and the driver circuit board is snapped and fixed by a plurality of slots. 2016101900 26 Oct 2016
The present invention provides a structure for mounting a built-in driver of a brushless motor, which can facilitate the mounting of the driver circuit board, and this structure is simple and shows good effect in fixing the driver circuit board.
Brief Description of the Drawings

Fig. 2 is a top view of a driver circuit board of the present invention; and
Fig. 3 is a side view of slots of the present invention.
Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Figs. 1,2 and 3, the structure for mounting a built-in driver of a brushless motor provided by the present invention includes a motor stator framework 1 and a driver circuit board 2. Four slots 11 are provided on an inner side of an upper end of the motor stator framework. The width of each of the slots 11 is adapted to the thickness of the driver circuit board 2, so that the driver circuit board 2 can be fixed within the slots 11.The four slots 11 are in pairs symmetrically distributed on the inner side of the motor stator framework 1 in an X shape. The four slots are symmetrically arranged in two groups, and each group has two slots which can form an included angle of 70° with a center of the motor stator framework.
Grooves 21 adapted to the slots 11 are provided on the driver circuit board 2, and the depth of each of the grooves 21 is smaller than or equal to that of each of the slots. A positioning bump 12 is provided on the motor stator framework 1, and a notch 22 adapted to the positioning bump 12 is provided on the driver circuit board 2.The slots 11, the motor stator framework 1 and the positioning bump 12 are all integrally arranged and made of a plastic material. 2
