Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a deep-groove bearing press-fitting device with an easily replaceable press head.
Background of the Invention
The assembling process of a worm gear reducer assembly includes a procedure of pressing a deep-groove bearing into a shell. In the prior art, generally, a worm gear reducer shell is first horizontally fixed on a pedestal; then, a bearing accommodating space of the shell faces up, and a deep-groove bearing is fed into the bearing accommodating space through the cooperation of a bearing guide rod and the deep-groove bearing; and, the deep-groove bearing is pressed into a desired position in the bearing accommodating space through a press head, so that an outer circle of the deep-groove bearing is fixed to the worm gear reducer shell. As the press head needs to be manually pressed down in the current deep-groove bearing press-fitting process, the press-fitting efficiency is low; moreover, once the worm gear reducer shell is not placed flatly or is displaced in the process of pressing the deep-groove bearing into the worm gear reducer shell, the deep-groove bearing cannot be firmly fixed within the worm gear reducer shell.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a deep-groove bearing press-fitting device with an easily replaceable press head, which is simple and quick and has a large deep-groove bearing press-fitting angle.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical 1 solutions: a deep-groove bearing press-fitting device with an easily replaceable press head is provided, including a bearing guide rod, a pedestal and a vertically arranged support frame, wherein the bearing guide rod is cooperated with a deep-groove bearing for axially positioning the deep-groove bearing; a lower end of the support frame is fixed to a rear side of the pedestal; a product positioning plate, a cylinder piston rod axial positioning plate and a cylinder fixing plate, which all are arranged horizontally, are fixedly mounted on the pedestal through the support frame; a positioning slot with an opening on one side thereof is formed on the product positioning plate, and a compression cylinder is fixedly mounted above the product positioning plate through the cylinder fixing plate; the compression cylinder is arranged vertically, a piston rod of the compression cylinder faces down and passes through the cylinder piston rod axial positioning plate; a press head is fixedly connected to a lower end of the piston rod, and the press head corresponds to a position above the positioning slot and is located below the cylinder piston rod positioning plate; and, a compression spring is provided on a piston rod between the cylinder piston rod axial fixing plate and the cylinder fixing plate; the press head is in fixedly threaded connection to a piston rod of a cylinder. The present invention is suitable for the press-fitting and fixation of deep-groove bearings, and has the advantages of simple and quick press-fitting of deep-groove bearings and high press-fitting precision.

Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the deep-groove bearing press-fitting device provided by the present invention includes a bearing guide rod 1, a pedestal 2, and a first support frame 3 and a second support frame 4 that are arranged vertically. A mounting plate 21 is provided in front of the pedestal 2, the second support frame is provided in rear of the pedestal 2, and the first support frame is provided in rear of the mounting plate 21.
As shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the bearing guide rod 1 in the present invention is cooperated with a deep-grove bearing 5 for axially positioning the deep-groove bearing 5. A product positioning plate 6 and a cylinder piston rod axial positioning plate 7 both arranged horizontally are fixedly mounted on the mounting plate 21 through the first support frame 3, and a cylinder fixing plate 8 arranged horizontally is fixedly mounted on the pedestal 2 through the second support frame 4. A distance from the product positioning plate 6 to the pedestal is greater than the vertical length of a worm gear reducer shell 9. Support columns 62 are fixed below the product positioning plate 6 relative to both left and right sides of a positioning slot 61, respectively.
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the positioning slot 61 with an opening on the front side thereof is formed on the product positioning plate 6, and a compression cylinder 10 is fixedly mounted above the product positioning plate 6 through the cylinder fixing plate 8.The compression cylinder 10 is arranged vertically. A piston rod 11 of the compression cylinder 10 faces down, and passes through the cylinder piston rod axial positioning plate 7. A press head 12 is in fixedly threaded connection to the lower end of the piston rod 11. The press head 12 corresponds to a position above the positioning slot 61 and is located below the cylinder piston rod positioning plate 7. A compression spring 13 is sheathed on a piston rod 11 between the cylinder piston rod axial fixing plate 7 and the cylinder fixing plate 8.
As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, when in use of the deep-groove bearing press-fitting device provided by the present invention, the deep-groove bearing 3 5 and the bearing guide rod 1 are cooperatively placed within a bearing accommodating space of the worm gear reducer shell 9, and the worm gear reducer shell 9 is vertically snapped into the positioning clot 61 of the product positioning plate 6. Then, the compression cylinder 10 is activated in order to allow the press head 12 at the lower end of the piston rod 11 to be resisted against the deep-groove bearing 1 and press the deep-groove bearing into a desired position along the bearing guide rod 1. Subsequently, the compression cylinder 10 is reset, the worm gear reducer shell 9 is taken out, and the bearing guide rod 1 is pulled out. A deep-groove bearing press-fitting device with an easily replaceable press head, comprising a bearing guide rod, a pedestal and a vertically arranged support frame, characterized in that the bearing guide rod is cooperated with a deep-groove bearing for axially positioning the deep-groove bearing; a lower end of the support frame is fixed to a rear side of the pedestal; a product positioning plate, a cylinder piston rod axial positioning plate and a cylinder fixing plate, which all are arranged horizontally, are fixedly mounted on the pedestal through the support frame; a positioning slot with an opening on one side thereof is formed on the product positioning plate, and a compression cylinder is fixedly mounted above the product positioning plate through the cylinder fixing plate; the compression cylinder is arranged vertically, a piston rod of the compression cylinder faces down and passes through the cylinder piston rod axial positioning plate; a press head is fixedly connected to a lower end of the piston rod, and the press head corresponds to a position above the positioning slot and is located below the cylinder piston rod positioning plate; and, a compression spring is provided on a piston rod between the cylinder piston rod axial fixing plate and the cylinder fixing plate; the press head is in fixedly threaded connection to a piston rod of a cylinder.
