Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an integrated plastic brush carrier.
Background of the Invention A brush carrier plate and brush holders for an existing brush carrier are arranged separately. Consequently, the assembly of a motor is both time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the production cost is high. Moreover, after an existing brush carrier has been used for a period of time, carbon dust will be accumulated on insulating members so that the insulating distance and the discharge gap are reduced. If carbon dust adsorbed onto the surfaces of the insulating members cannot be removed timely, it is likely to cause the discharge and ignition of a slip ring and a carbon brush, resulting in the burning of electric appliances and reducing the reliability of a power generator. Moreover, the carbon dust arbitrarily distributed in the environment will lead to environmental pollution.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide an integrated plastic brush carrier which will not result in the accumulation of carbon dust and has low production and assembly cost.
For this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: an integrated plastic brush carrier is provided, which is disposed inside a housing, wherein the integrated plastic brush carrier includes a brush carrier plate; a number of brush holders are provided on the brush carrier plate; the brush holders and the brush carrier plate are integrally formed by injection-molding; and gaps are formed in portions of the brush carrier plate 1 corresponding to the rear sides of the brush holders. 2016101843 20 Oct 2016
In the present invention, the brush holders and the brush carrier plate are integrally formed by injection-molding, the die is easily realized, and no insulating member needs to be additionally provided, so that the production and assembly cost can be reduced. The gaps formed in portions of the brush carrier plate corresponding to the rear sides of the brush holders can be used for ventilation, and the carbon dust can directly drop out from the gaps instead of being accumulated on the brush carrier plate, so that the service life of the present invention can be prolonged. Wherein, the shape of the brush carrier plate in the present invention is adapted to the shape of the housing, and the number of the brush holders in the present invention is selected as required.
The integrally injection-molded plastic brush carrier provided by the present invention is easy to produce and assemble, and can avoid the accumulation of carbon dust and prolong the service life.

Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present invention provides an integrated plastic brush carrier, which is disposed inside a circular housing, including a brush carrier plate 1. A through hole 2, running through the brush carrier plate 1 in a vertical direction, is formed in the center of the brush carrier plate 1. Brush holders 3 are provided on two opposite ends of the through hole 2, respectively. The brush holders 3 and the brush carrier plate 1 are integrally formed by injection-molding. Gaps 4 are formed in portions of the brush carrier plate 1 corresponding to the rear sides of the brush holders 3.Wherein, the 2 2016101843 20 Oct 2016 gaps 4 can be formed by cutting the circular brush carrier plate 1. A torsion spring fixing column 5 and a leading-out wire threading hole 6 are formed in portions of the brush carrier plate 1 corresponding to the left and right sides of the brush holders 3, respectively. A spring baffler 7 is formed on an outer side of the torsion spring fixing column 5, and a wiring terminal baffle 8 is formed on an outer side of the leading-out wire threading hole 6 and the wiring terminal.
The spring baffle 7 is arranged on an outer edge of the brush carrier plate I and of an arc structure, and the spring baffle 7 extends towards the brush holders 3 and comes into contact with the gaps 4. The wiring terminal baffle 8 is arranged on the outer edge of the brush carrier plate 1 and of an arc structure, and the wiring terminal baffle 8 extends toward the brush holders 3 and comes into contact with the gaps 4. A capacitor pin mounting groove 9 is formed on the outer edge of the brush carrier plate 1, and a capacitor holding groove 12 is formed on the rear surface of the brush carrier plate 1.
Two leading-out wire isolating plates 10 are formed on the inner side of the brush carrier plate 1, and the two leading-out wire isolating plates 10 are arranged in an arc shape. Furthermore, the two leading-out wire isolating plates 10 are isolated around the through hole 2 in the center of the brush carrier plate 1, and two ends of the leading-out wire isolating plates 10 come into contact with the brush holders 3.Three reinforcing ribs 11 are formed on the inner side of each of the leading-out wire isolating plates 10. The reinforcing ribs 11 are arranged on inner walls of the leading-out wire isolating plates 10 facing the through hole 2 at uniform intervals, and the reinforcing ribs II are arranged vertically. A positioning groove 13 is formed on the outer edge of the brush carrier plate 1, and a positioning boss fitted with the positioning groove is formed on an inner wall of the housing. A number of bumps 14 are formed on the outer edge of the brush carrier plate 1, and the bumps 14 are relatively located on 3 the outer sides of both the spring baffle 7 and the wiring terminal baffle 8. 2016101843 20 Oct 2016
In the present invention, the baffle plate 7, the wiring terminal baffle 8 and the leading-out wire isolating plates 10 on the brush carrier plate 1 are all integrated with the brush carrier plate 1 by injection-molding. 4

An integrated plastic brush carrier, which is disposed inside a housing, characterized in that the integrated plastic brush carrier comprises a brush carrier plate; a number of brush holders are provided on the brush carrier plate; the brush holders and the brush carrier plate are integrally formed by injection-molding; and gaps are formed in portions of the brush carrier plate corresponding to the rear sides of the brush holders.
