Description
A BUSHING FOR A HIGH-VOLTAGE DC RELAY CONVENIENT TO
MOUNT
Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a bushing for a high-voltage DC relay convenient to mount.
Background of the Invention A bushing is usually provided on a yoke plate in a high-voltage DC relay, for guiding a pushrod fixed on a moving core and preventing friction between the pushrod and the yoke plate. However, it is difficult to fix an existing bushing with a yoke plate and the fixation of the bushing with the yoke plate may cause damage to the yoke plate; and a too large or small circumferential diameter of the bushing will lead to convenience in mounting the bushing and the yoke plate.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a bushing for a high-voltage DC relay convenient to mount, which has a bushing fixed with a yoke plate conveniently and provides for firmer fixation.
To achieve this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions. A bushing for a high-voltage DC relay convenient to mount is provided, wherein a through guide hole is formed on the bushing; an inner wall of the guide hole is a smooth structure, and a number of ribs protruding outward are formed on an outer wall of the bushing; and the ribs are arranged longitudinally and are parallel to an axis of the bushing; the ribs are arranged on the middle bushing portion; and the lower bushing portion is in a frustum 1 2016101810 14 Oct 2016 structure having a diameter at an upper end greater than a diameter at a lower end. By providing ribs having a certain thickness on the outer wall of the bushing, the bushing is pressed into a via hole of the yoke plate and the bushing is clamped in the via hole due to the deformation of the ribs, without causing any damage to the via hole of the yoke plate. Consequently, the fixation of the bushing is firmer and more convenient.
Preferably, the upper bushing portion is in an annular structure having a diameter greater than that of the middle bushing portion.
By providing ribs having a certain thickness on the outer wall of the bushing, the bushing is pressed into the via hole of the yoke plate and the bushing is clamped in the via hole due to the deformation of the ribs, without causing any damage to the via hole of the yoke plate. And, the fixation of the bushing with the yoke plate is more convenient and firmer.
Brief Description of the Drawings

Fig. 2 is a structure diagram of the present invention; and
Fig. 3 is another structure diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description of the Invention
With regard to a high-voltage DC relay as provided in the present invention, the bushing 3 is fixed with a yoke plate 1; a via hole, through which a pushrod 2 on a moving core 6 passes, is formed on the yoke plate; and the bushing 3 is fixed in the via hole. A through guide hole 5 is formed on the bushing 3; an inner wall of the guide hole 5 is smooth so that the pushrod 2 comes into smooth contact with the inner wall of the guide hole 5, and three ribs 4 protruding outward are formed on an outer wall of the bushing 3; and the ribs 4, each having a sectored cross-section, are arranged longitudinally and are parallel to an axis of the bushing 3.
The bushing 3 includes an upper bushing portion 11, a middle bushing 2 2016101810 14 Oct 2016 portion 12 and a lower bushing portion 13. The ribs 4 are arranged on the middle bushing portion 12. The three ribs 4 are evenly distributed on an outer wall of the middle bushing portion 12 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the bushing. The lower bushing portion 13 is in a frustum structure having a diameter at an upper end greater than a diameter at a lower end. The upper bushing portion 11 is in an annular structure having a diameter greater than that of the middle bushing portion 12.
By providing ribs 4 having a certain thickness on the outer wall of the bushing 3, the bushing 3 is pressed into the via hole and the bushing 3 is clamped in the via hole due to the deformation of the ribs 4, without causing any damage to the via hole of the yoke plate. And, the fixation of the bushing with the yoke plate is more convenient and firmer. 3
