DESCRIPTION EASY-ASSEMBLE ROTOR CORE ASSEMBLY Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to an easy-assemble rotor core assembly. Background of the Invention
In the motor manufacturing industry, the weight errors and machining errors of rotor punching plates will result in the weight imbalance of rotors, so it is required to improve the dynamic balance of motor rotors. Manufacturing workers usually improve the dynamic balance of electronic rotors by increasing balance sheets. However, the machining is relatively complicated and low in efficiency, and consequently the motor assembly efficiency is low.
Summary of the Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide an easy-assemble rotor core assembly which can shorten the machining time and improve the motor assembly efficiency.
To realize this purpose, the present invention employs the following technical solutions: an end ring is fixed on the rotor core; the end ring includes an end ring body and a balance portion, the balance portion is tubular and located above an outer edge of the end ring body, and an arc connection portion being formed between the balance portion and the outer edge of the end ring body; penetrated slots arranged at uniform intervals are provided on a circumference of the connection portion; a hollow hole for allowing a motor output shaft to pass through is provided in the center of the end ring body; and, fixing holes, which are matched with process holes of the rotor core in size and position, are provided on the end ring body; the end ring is fixed on the rotor core through rivets, and the fixing holes of the end ring body are positioned at 1 2016101615 14 Sep 2016 the riveted connections..
Since motor rotors are mass produced and are small in volume, the influences of portions of motor rotor cores on the dynamic balance cannot be checked one by one. Therefore, a tubular balance block is provided at one end of a motor rotor core. For the convenience of motor assembling and part machining, a tubular balance portion is formed on the end ring. The arrangement of the balance portion on the end portion may realize dynamic balance adjustment of the rotor core assembly.
Preferably, both the process holes and the fixing holes are annular and arranged at uniform intervals, and there are 2 to 5 process holes and 2 to 5 fixing holes.
The present invention has the advantages of simple structure and easy machining, and may make the motor assembly more convenient and improve the motor assembly efficiency. Moreover, the present invention may realize the dynamic balance adjustment of rotor cores.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of the present invention;
Fig. 2 is a structural diagram of an end ring of the present invention;
Fig. 3 is a top view of the present invention; and
Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of part A in Fig. 1.
Detailed Description of the Invention
As shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, a rotor core assembly of the present invention includes a rotor core 1 and an end ring 2. The end ring 2 is located at an upper end of the rotor core 1. Burrs of a rotor punching plate of the rotor core faces down. The end ring 2 includes an end ring body 21 and a balance portion 22. The balance portion 22 is tubular and located above an outer edge of the end ring body 21. An arc connection portion 23 is formed between the balance portion 22 and the outer edge of the end ring body 21. 2 2016101615 14 Sep 2016
Thirty two penetrated circular slots 3 arranged at uniform intervals are provided on the circumference of the connection portion 23 of the end ring 2. A hollow hole 24 for allowing a motor output shaft to pass through is provided in the center of the end ring body 21. Four fixing holes 25, which are matched with process holes of the rotor core in size and position, are provided on the end ring body. Rivets 4 pass through the fixing holes 25 and the process holes of the rotor core for riveting the end ring 2 and the rotor core 1. 3
