Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a circuit-breaker with self-locking function, comprising an upper housing, a lower housing, a self-locking electromagnetic coil and a self-locking elastic rubber sheet. The upper housing and the lower housing are connected with each other through a fastener, a starting switch is connected with the middle of the upper housing penetratingly, an inlet groove and an outlet groove are deposited on the upside and the downside of the upper housing respectively, both the inlet groove and the outlet groove have a wire hole inside; an input contact chip and an output contact chip are arranged on the upside and the downside of the inner lower housing respectively, and a connecting sheet is arranged between the input contact chip and the output contact chip. Description
Circuit-breaker with Self-locking Function
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present disclosure relates to the fields of circuit-breaker, and in particular relates to a circuit-breaker with self-locking function. 2. The Related Arts [0002] Circuit-breaker, is a switch device, which is not only capable of closing, carrying and breaking electric current in a normal circuit condition, but also capable of closing, carrying under a stated period of time, and breaking electric current in an abnormal circuit condition. Based on its using range, circuit-breakers can be classified as high-voltage circuit-breakers and low-voltage circuit-breakers.
[0003] A conventional circuit-breaker doesn’t have a function of self-locking, which results in the circuit-breaker itself burning out in use and leads to the damage of the electric equipment, thereby causing great economic loss. Moreover, conventional circuit-breakers having no function of self-locking need to be repaired and replaced regularly, resulting in increase of unnecessary expenditure.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] In order to overcome the deficiency of the related art, the purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a circuit-breaker with self-locking function.
[0005] To achieve the above object of the disclosure, the present disclosure provides a circuit-breaker with self-locking function, comprising an upper housing, a lower housing, a self-locking electromagnetic coil and a self-locking elastic rubber sheet; wherein, the upper housing and the lower housing are connected with each other through a fastener, a starting switch is connected to the middle of the upper housing penetratingly, and an inlet groove and an outlet groove are deposited on the upside and the downside of the upper housing respectively, both the inlet groove and the outlet groove have a wire hole inside; [0006] a mounting frame is arranged on the outer side of the lower housing, a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the mounting frame, an input contact chip and an output contact chip are arranged on the upside and the downside of the inner lower housing respectively, and a connecting sheet is arranged between the input contact chip and the output contact chip; [0007] the middle of the connecting sheet is embedded in a ceramic insulator, the ceramic insulator is arranged on and fixed to the upper part of a mounting frame for the connecting sheet, a self-locking rotating shaft is fixed and connected to the underside of the mounting frame for the connecting sheet, the two ends of the self-locking rotating shaft are in rotary connection with the two sidewalls of the lower housing; [0008] a permanent magnet is fixed and connected to the lower part of the connecting sheet, the position of the permanent magnet aligns with that of the starting switch; the self-locking electromagnetic coil is arranged on the underside of the permanent magnet, being not only fixed and connected to the inner wall of the lower housing, but also electrically connected with the output contact chip; [0009] the upper end of the connecting sheet is arranged on the underside of the input contact chip, and the self-locking elastic rubber sheet is arranged on the underside of the upper end of the connecting sheet.
[0010] Preferably, three input contact chips and three output contact chips are provided, wherein the input contact chips align with the output contact chips in the vertical direction.
[0011] Preferably, three connecting sheets and three permanent magnets are provided, wherein the connecting sheets are used to connect with the phase A, the phase B and the phase C of the circuit respectively; the self-locking electromagnetic coil which corresponds to the connecting sheet in amount is arranged on the underside of the connecting sheet.
[0012] Preferably, at least four mounting frames are provided, which are evenly arranged on the outer side of the lower housing.
[0013] Compared with conventional art, the present disclosure includes advantages as follows: through adding an input contact chip and an output contact chip, the present disclosure is convenient to control the on-off of the circuit, thereby realizing breaking the circuit; through adding a self-locking electromagnetic coil, the present disclosure enables the self-locking electromagnetic coil to be switched on when short-circuit fault occurs, thereby generating the same magnetic polarity as that of the permanent magnet. As such, the connecting sheet is enabled to rotate on the self-locking shaft due to the repulsive interaction of the two same magnetic polarities. As such, through the clamping function of the self-locking elastic rubber sheet, the present disclosure breaks the circuit, assuring the connecting sheet being unable to rebound. The present disclosure has a simple structure, being capable of effectively circuit-breaking and self-locking, thereby protecting the circuit-breaker itself and ensuring safety of the electrical equipment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

In the drawings, the thicknesses of layers and regions may be exaggerated for clarity. In the following description, in order to avoid the known structure and / or function unnecessary detailed description of the concept of the invention result in confusion, well-known structures may be omitted and / or functions described in unnecessary details.
[0019] Referring to Figures 1 to 3, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a circuit-breaker with self-locking function, comprising an upper housing 1, a lower housing 2, a self-locking electromagnetic coil 15 and a self-locking elastic rubber sheet 16; wherein, the upper housing 1 and the lower housing 2 are connected with each other through a fastener, a starting switch 17 is connected to the middle of the upper housing 1 penetratingly, an inlet groove 3 and an outlet groove 4 are deposited on the upside and the downside of the upper housing 1 respectively, both the inlet groove 3 and the outlet groove 4 have a wire hole 5 inside for allowing a wire to penetrate.
[0020] At least four mounting frames 6 are provided, which are evenly arranged on the outer side of the lower housing 2. A mounting hole 7 is formed in the middle of the mounting frame 6, thus, the present disclosure can be installed more firmly. An input contact chip 8 and an output contact chip 9 are deposited on the upside and the downside of the inner lower housing 2, wherein, three input contact chips 8 and three output contact chips 9 are provided and align with each other in the vertical direction. A connecting sheet 10 is deposited between the input contact chip 8 and the output contact chip 9. The present disclosure controls the on-off of the whole circuit through controlling the connecting condition between the connecting sheet 10 and the two groups of contact chips, thereby achieving protecting the electrical equipment.
[0021] The middle of the connecting sheet 10 is embedded in a ceramic insulator 11, the ceramic insulator 11 is arranged on and fixed to the upper part of a mounting frame for the connecting sheet 12, a self-locking rotating shaft 13 is connected and fixed to the underside of the mounting frame for the connecting sheet 12, the two ends of the self-locking rotating shaft 13 are in rotary connection with the two sidewalls of the lower housing 2, thus, the connecting sheet 10 is enabled to rotate on the self-locking rotating shaft 13 while faults occurs, thereby preventing the circuit-breaker from burning out.
[0022] A permanent magnet 14 is fixed and connected to the lower part of the connecting sheet 10, the position of the permanent magnet 14 aligns with that of the starting switch 17, the self-locking electromagnetic coil 15 is arranged on the underside of the permanent magnet 14, being not only fixed and connected to the inner wall of the lower housing 2, but also electrically connected to the output contact chip 9. Three connecting sheets 10 and three permanent magnets 14 are provided, the connecting sheets 10 are used for connecting with the phase A, the phase B and the phase C of the circuit. The self-locking electromagnetic coil 15 which corresponds to the connecting sheet 10 in amount is positioned on the underside of the connecting sheet 10. While shout-circuit fault occurs, the self-locking electromagnetic coil 15 is switched on, which results in generating the same magnetic polarity as that of the permanent magnet 14, thereby enabling the connecting sheet 10 to be disconnected with the input contact chip 8 and the output contact chip 9 respectively due to the repulsive interaction of the two same magnetic polarities, thus achieving circuit-breaking protection.
[0023] The upper end of the connecting sheet 10 is arranged on the underside of the input contact chip 8, and the self-locking elastic rubber sheet 16 is arranged on the underside of the upper end of the connecting sheet 10. After being bounce off, unless an operator presses down the starting switch 17 to turn on the circuit-breaker again, the connecting sheet 10 will not reconnected with neither the input contact chip 8 or the output contact chip 9 due to limitation function of the self-locking elastic rubber sheet, thereby achieving the function of self-locking.
[0024] The present disclosure has advantages of simple structure and simple principle, which results in being easy to produce and use, convenient to repair and maintenance, and achieving better circuit-breaking and self-locking protection.
[0025] The above embodiments have been shown and described, but those skilled in the art should appreciate the inventive concept of the present disclosure is not limited to these embodiments. The above embodiments can be modified and changed variously without departing from the spirit and principles of the present disclosure.
Claims (3)
- The claims defining the invention are as follows:1. A circuit-breaker with self-locking function, comprising an upper housing, a lower housing, a self-locking electromagnetic coil and a self-locking elastic rubber sheet; wherein, the upper housing and the lower housing are connected with each other through a fastener, a starting switch is connected to the middle of the upper housing penetratingly, and an inlet groove and an outlet groove are deposited on the upside and the downside of the upper housing respectively, both the inlet groove and the outlet groove have a wire hole inside; wherein, an input contact chip and an output contact chip are arranged on the upside and the downside of the inner lower housing respectively, and a connecting sheet is arranged between the input contact chip and the output contact chip; wherein, a self-locking rotating shaft is fixed and connected to the underside of the mounting frame for the connecting sheet, and the two ends of the self-locking rotating shaft are in rotary connection with the two sidewalls of the lower housing; wherein, a permanent magnet is fixed and connected to the lower part of the connecting sheet, the position of the permanent magnet aligns with that of the starting switch, the self-locking electromagnetic coil is arranged on the underside of the permanent magnet, being not only fixed and connected to the inner wall of the lower housing, but also electrically connected to the output contact chip; wherein, the upper end of the connecting sheet is arranged on the underside of the input contact chip, three connecting sheets and three permanent magnets are provided, the connecting sheets are used to connect with the phase A, the phase B and the phase C of the circuit respectively, the self-locking electromagnetic coil which corresponds to the connecting sheet in amount is arranged on the underside of the connecting sheet, and the self-locking elastic rubber sheet is arranged on the underside of the upper end of the connecting sheet;
- 2. The circuit-breaker with self-locking function as claimed in Claim 1, wherein a mounting frame is arranged on the outer side of the lower housing, and a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the mounting frame.
- 3. The circuit-breaker with self-locking function as claimed in Claim 1 or as claimed in Claim 2, wherein the middle of the connecting sheet is embedded in a ceramic insulator, the ceramic insulator is arranged on and fixed to the upper part of a mounting frame for the connecting sheet.
