SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The technical problem to be solved is that only one kind of beverage can be loaded into one beverage cup.
Accordingly, the present invention discloses a beverage cup. The beverage cup comprises a partition in an inverted V-shape, and two sides of the partition are bent downward, with each side end of the partition being connected horizontally with a bottom. By connecting and surrounding a cup body with the partition, an interior of the beverage cup can be separated into two independent holding spaces; whereas, the cup body is extended upward from a periphery of the bottom. A cup opening of the cup body is expanded outward with a cup rim; whereas, above the partition is a top rim in a shape of a wide board, and the top rim is connected between two opposite sides of the cup opening. In addition, a center of the top rim is provided with a rib which is bulged up slightly. When a hot-press ram of a film-sealing machine drives a sealed film to descend, the rib is abutted by the hot-press ram and is melted slightly by the heat of the hot-press ram, allowing the surface of the top rim to be filled up completely by the slightly melted rib due to the difference in height formed by extrusion. As the top rim is flattened by the hot-press melting of the rib, the sealed film can be tightly combined above the top rim of the partition as well as the cup rim, which can actually separate the beverages in the two holding spaces. On the other hand, by the bending of the partition, a lower side between the two cup bodies is formed with a gap, so that the beverage cup can be stacked up easily. Accordingly, an improved beverage cup is obtained.
In comparison to the prior arts, the present invention is provided with following effects that: (1) As each of the two holding spaces can hold one kind of the beverage, the consumer can enjoy the difference in the taste from a variety of beverage by only purchasing or carrying one beverage cup, which increases the versatility of the beverage cup significantly and provides the consumer with more choices; this will be very convenient in using the beverage cup. (2) As the consumer can drink two kinds of the beverage with only one beverage cup, it can save inconvenience and troublesome caused by carrying multiple beverage cups and can also avoid the waste resulted from the consumer not being able to drink all the beverages. (3) According to the beverage cup of the present invention, when the hot-press ram of the film-sealing machine drives the sealed film to descend, the rib is abutted by the hot-press ram and is melted slightly by the heat of the hot-press ram, which will allow the surface of the top rim to be filled up completely by the slightly melted rib due to the difference in height formed by extrusion. In addition, as the top rim is flattened by the hot-press melting of the rib, the sealed film can be tightly combined above the top rim of the partition as well as the cup rim, which can actually separate the beverages in the two holding spaces. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the present invention discloses a beverage cup 10. The beverage cup 10 comprises a partition 11 in an inverted V-shape. Two sides of the partition 11 are bent downward, and each side end of the partition 11 is connected horizontally with a bottom 12. By connecting and surrounding a cup body 13 with the partition 11, an interior of the beverage cup 10 can be separated into two independent holding spaces 14; whereas, the cup body 13 is extended upward from a periphery of two bottoms 12. A cup opening of the cup body 13 is expanded outward with a cup rim 15, and above the partition 11 is a top rim 111 which is in a shape of a wide board. The top rim 111 is connected between two opposite sides of the cup opening. In addition, a center of the top rim 111 is provided with a rib 112 which is bulged up slightly. When a hot-press ram 31 of a film-sealing machine 30 drives a sealed film 20 to descend, the rib 112 is abutted by the hot-press ram 31 and is melted slightly by the heat of the hot-press ram 31, which allows a surface of the top rim 111 to be filled up completely by the slightly melted rib 112 due to the difference in height formed by extrusion. As the top rim 111 is flattened by the hot-press melting of the rib 112, the sealed film 20 can be tightly combined above the top rim 111 of the partition 11 as well as the cup rim 15, which can actually separate the beverages in the two holding spaces 14. On the other hand, by the bending of the partition 11, a gap is formed at a lower side between the two cup bodies 13, which allows the beverage cup 10 to be stacked up easily.
The present invention discloses a beverage cup. A center of the cup rim 15 is also provided with a collar 151 which is bulged up slightly (as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 at a same time). The collar 151 is abutted by the hot-press ram 31 and is melted slightly by the heat of the hot-press ram 31, which also allows a surface of the cup rim 15 to be filled up completely by the slightly melted collar 151 due to the difference in height formed by extrusion.
In practical application, two kinds of the beverage are contained in the holding spaces 14 respectively, and through the attachment and enclosure by the sealed film 20, the beverage cup 10 can be fetched or carried conveniently. In addition, by using a straw to puncture into two sides of the sealed film 20, the consumer can drink the beverages in the two holding spaces 14 smoothly. By containing two kinds of the beverag at a same time, the consumer can enjoy the difference in the taste from a variety of beverage by purchasing or carrying only one beverage cup, thereby increasing the versatility of the beverage cup significantly and providing the consumer with more choices.
Furthermore, when the beverage contained in the said beverage cup 10 should be added with a food additive, such as creamer or sugar, the said beverage cup 10 will not need to be sealed with a film and a cup lid 40 should be covered on the beverage cup 10 instead (as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 at a same time). A periphery of the cup lid 40 is surrounded by a lid rim 41 which is a double-layered structure. A clamping space 413, an opening of which faces downward, is formed between an inner layer 411 and an outer layer 412 of the lid rim 41. The outer layer 412 is protruded with a snap rim 414 in the clamping space 413, and the inner layer 411 is connected directly with a ring recess 42. In addition, two opposite locations of the ring recess 42 are connected with a clipping strip 43 in an inverted U-shape through a center of the lid rim 40; whereas, the clipping strip 43 is bulged up. Two sides of the clipping strip 43 are bended upward respectively with an elastic portion 44. Therefore, a sealed top portion 45 is formed at each of two sides of the clipping strip 43 by the separation of the clipping strip 43 and the connection of the elastic portion 44 with the ring recess 42. A center of the clipping strip 43 is provided with a crease 46 which is extended to the lid rim 41. Upon using the beverage cup 10, the cup rim 15 of the beverage cup 10 and the top rim 111 of the partition 11 are latched by the clamping space 413 and the clipping strip 43 respectively, allowing the lid rim 40 to be actually fixed above the beverage cup 10, so that the openings of the two holding spaces 14 of the beverage cup 10 can be sealed respectively through the two top portions 45 of the cup lid 40. When the customer is to drink the beverages (as shown in FIG. 10), the provision of the crease 46 allows the two top portions 45 to be lifted up in turn, so that by inserting a straw or tilting the beverage cup 10 directly, the customer can drink the two beverages in the beverage cup 10 smoothly.
Accordingly, by the abovementioned structures of the specific embodiments, following effects can be achieved that (1) by containing one beverage in each holding space 14, the consumer can enjoy the difference in the taste from a variety of beverage by purchasing or carrying only one beverage cup, thereby increasing the versatility of the beverage cup significantly and providing the consumer with more choices, which is very convenient in using the beverage cup; (2) with only one beverage cup the consumer can drink two kinds of the beverage at a same time, which saves the inconvenience and the troublesome by carrying multiple beverage cups and also avoids the waste caused by the consumer not being able to drink all the beverages; (3) by using that when the hot-press ram 31 of the film-sealing machine 30 drives the sealed film 20 to descend, the rib 112 is abutted by the hot-press ram 31 and is melted slightly by the heat of the hot-press ram 31, and the surface of the top rim 111 can be filled up completely by the slightly melted rib 112 due to the difference in height formed by extrusion; whereas, by flattening the top rim 111 through the hot-press melting of the rib 112, the sealed film 20 can be tightly combined above the top rim 111 of the partition 11 as well as the cup rim 15, which actually separates the beverages contained in the two holding spaces 14; (4) the beverage cup 10 can be sealed with a film or the cup lid 40 can be covered on the beverage cup 10, which provides more flexibility in using the beverage cup 10; and (5) by using the clamping space 413 and the clipping strip 43 to latch the cup rim 15 of the beverage cup 10 and the top rim 111 of the partition 11 at a same time, the double-positioning effect can be achieved, which prevents the cup lid 40 from dropping out easily in a careless condition to overflow or spill out the beverages in the beverage cup 10.
It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
