PIPE CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF FAUCET PIPE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION a) Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a pipe connecting structure of a faucet pipe and, more particularly, to a faucet pipe connecting structure for adjusting installation length according to on-site requirements, to thereby install a faucet pipe between an upper connector and a lower connector, so as to let its installation length meet on-site requirement of water assembling. b) Description of Prior Art
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, which is a conventional kitchen faucet A with a second outlet pipe 3, wherein a first outlet pipe 11 is set on a body 10 of the faucet A, a first switch handle 101 is provided to control watering of the first outlet pipe 11, a pipe connecting structure 2 is set on a side of the body 10, the second outlet pipe 3 is set on the upper end of the pipe connecting structure 2, a spray head 30 is set on an end of the second outlet pipe 3, the spray head 30 with the high-pressure flushing function could be used to wash kitchen, an inlet pipe 31 and a second switch handle 311 are set on a lower end of the pipe connecting structure 2, the second switch handle 311 is provided to control supplied water of the faucet A.
The pipe connecting structure 2 includes an upper connector 21, a pipe 22 and a lower connector 23, the lower connector 23 is a multi-way connector or a water containing body, the second outlet pipe 3 is fixedly fastened to an upper end of the upper connector 21 by using a fastening element 32, a first internal screw hole 211 is set on the bottom of the upper connector 21, a second internal screw hole 232 is set on the upper end of the lower connector 23, a first external thread section 231 is set on a side of the lower connector 23, the first external thread section 231 is connected to the body 10, a second external thread section 221 is set on the upper end of the pipe 22, a third external thread section 222 is set on the lower end of the pipe 22. When a user assembles it, several rounds of thread tape would be wrapped around the second external thread section 221 and the third external thread section 222 of the pipe 22, so as to prevent avoid leakage after the second external thread section 221 is fastened to the first internal screw hole 211 and the third external thread section 222 is fastened to the second internal screw hole 232, and it is a well known on-site assembly method. However, a problem that the installation length of the pipe 22 does not completely meet on-site installation always exists in installation, the pipe 22 could not be shortened if the pipe 22 is too long, because a external thread section cannot be made on the shortened end on site, and screwed length on both ends must be requested within a certain length that fine tuning could not be made, so it is severely limited on construction. For this reason, the user must prepare pipes 22 with different lengths to meet various on-site requirements.
SUMARRY OF THE INVENTION
In order to solve the problem, the inventor finally completes a pipe connecting structure of a faucet pipe of the present invention after numerous improvements,, namely, the object of the invention is to provide a faucet pipe connecting structure for adjusting installation length according to on-site requirements, to thereby install a faucet pipe between an upper connector and a lower connector, so as to let its installation length meet on-site requirements.
To achieve the object, the pipe connecting structure of faucet pipe of the present invention, a second outlet pipe is set on an upper end of the pipe connecting structure, an inlet pipe is set on a lower end of the pipe connecting structure, the pipe connecting structure includes an upper connector, a first metal collar, a first nut, a pipe, a second nut, a second metal collar and a lower connector, wherein: the upper connector, a water hole is set on its center, a first tapered bore edge is set on a lower end of the water hole, a fourth external thread section is set on an outer peripheral edge on a lower section of the upper connector, a fifth external thread section is set on an upper section of the upper connector; the first metal collar, which is a soft metal cover body, a through hole is set on its center, a first taper portion is set on an upper end edge of the first metal collar, a second taper portion is set on a lower end edge of the first metal collar; the first nut, an internal screw hole is set on its center, the first metal collar is placed inside the internal screw hole, a limiting portion is set on a bottom of the first nut, a second tapered bore edge is set on an inner edge of the limiting portion, the internal screw hole is provided for the fourth external thread section to fasten; the pipe, its first end is inserted into a through hole of the first metal collar, the first metal collar is tightened by the first nut, so that the first taper portion is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the first tapered bore edge, and the second taper portion is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the second tapered bore edge, to form compartment water leakage and fastening of installation of the first end of the pipe, a second end of the pipe is inserted into the second metal collar; the second nut, an internal screw hole is set in its center, the second metal collar is placed in the internal screw hole, a limiting portion is set on the top of the second nut, a third tapered bore edge is set on the inner edge of the limiting portion; the second metal collar, which is a soft metal cover body, a through hole is set in its center, a third taper portion is set on an upper end edge of the first metal collar, a fourth taper portion is set on an lower end edge of the first metal collar; the lower connector, a sixth external thread section is set on its upper section, a fourth tapered bore edge is set on an upper end edge of the lower connector, the sixth external thread section is provided to fasten to the internal screw hole of the second nut, the second metal collar is tightened by the second nut, so that the third taper portion is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the third tapered bore edge, and the fourth taper portion is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the fourth tapered bore edge, to form compartment water leakage and fastening of installation of the second end of the pipe.
The lower connector, which is a multi-way connector, a seventh external thread section is set on a side of the lower connector, the seventh external thread section is provided to fasten to a body of a faucet.
The lower connector, which is a water containing body, a water control handle is set on the lower connector.
To enable a further understanding of the said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, the brief description of the drawings below is followed by the detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Please refer to FIG. 3 to FIG. 11, the pipe connecting structure of faucet pipe of the present invention, a second outlet pipe 5 is set on an upper end of the pipe connecting structure 4, an inlet pipe 6 is set on a lower end of the pipe connecting structure 4, the pipe connecting structure 4 includes an upper connector 41, a first metal collar 42, a first nut 43, a pipe 44, a second nut 45, a second metal collar 46 and a lower connector 47, wherein: the upper connector 41, a water hole 410 is set on its center, a first tapered bore edge 411 is set on a lower end of the water hole 410, a fourth external thread section 412 and a tool acting portion 413 are set on an outer peripheral edge on a lower section of the upper connector 41, a fifth external thread section 414 is set on an upper section of the upper connector 41, the fifth external thread section 414 is fastened to the second outlet pipe 5 by using a fastening element 51; the first metal collar 42, which is a soft metal cover body, a through hole 420 is set on its center, a first taper portion 421 is set on an upper end edge of the first metal collar 42, a second taper portion 422 is set on a lower end edge of the first metal collar 42; the first nut 43, an internal screw hole 431 is set on its center, the first metal collar 42 is placed inside the internal screw hole 431, a limiting portion 432 is set on a bottom of the first nut 43, a second tapered bore edge 433 is set on an inner edge of the limiting portion 432, the internal screw hole 431 is provided for the fourth external thread section 412 to fasten; the pipe 44, its first end 441 is inserted into a through hole 420 of the first metal collar 42, the first metal collar 42 is tightened by the first nut 43, so that the first taper portion 421 is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the first tapered bore edge 411, and the second taper portion 422 is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the second tapered bore edge 433, to form compartment water leakage and fastening of installation of the first end 441 of the pipe 44, a second end 442 of the pipe 44 is inserted into the second metal collar 46; the second nut 45, an internal screw hole 451 is set in its center, the second metal collar 46 is placed in the internal screw hole 451, a limiting portion 452 is set on the top of the second nut 45, a third tapered bore edge 453 is set on the inner edge of the limiting portion 452; the second metal collar 46, which is a soft metal cover body, a through hole 460 is set in its center, a third taper portion 461 is set on an upper end edge of the first metal collar 46, a fourth taper portion 462 is set on an lower end edge of the first metal collar 46; the lower connector 47, a sixth external thread section 471 is set on its upper section, a fourth tapered bore edge 472 is set on an upper end edge of the lower connector 47, the sixth external thread section 471 is provided to fasten to the internal screw hole 451 of the second nut 45, the second metal collar 46 is tightened by the second nut 45, so that the third taper portion 461 is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the third tapered bore edge 453, and the fourth taper portion 462 is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the fourth tapered bore edge 472, to form compartment water leakage and fastening of installation of the second end 442 of the pipe 44.
The lower connector 47, which is a multi-way connector, a seventh external thread section 473 is set on a side of the lower connector 47, the seventh external thread section 473 is provided to fasten to a body of a faucet 7.
By the composition of the above structure, the on-site installation length of the pipe 44 could be fine-tuned 5~10 mm without limitation of conventional screw fastening methods. If the length of the pipe 44 is greater than installation length of 10 mm or more, the pipe 44 could be immediately cut to needed length, users would not worry about the problem that there is no screw thread for fastening.
The first metal collar 42, which is made of pure copper material (or other soft metal), since the hardness of the first metal collar 42 is less than the upper connector 41, the first nut 43 and the pipe 44, the first taper portion 421 of the first metal collar 42 is correspondingly touched the first tapered bore edge 411 and the second taper portion 422 is correspondingly touched the second tapered bore edge 433 when the first nut 43 is tightly fastened, it would moderately deformed by compression and filled the gaps between the assembled elements to achieve compartment water leakage effect.
The second metal collar 46, which is made of pure copper material (or other soft metal), since the hardness of the second metal collar 46 is less than the lower connector 47, the second nut 45 and the pipe 44, the second taper portion 461 of the second metal collar 46 is correspondingly touched the third tapered bore edge 453 and the fourth taper portion 462 is correspondingly touched the fourth tapered bore edge 472 when the second nut 45 is tightly fastened, it would moderately deformed by compression and filled the gaps between the assembled elements to achieve compartment water leakage effect.
The lower connector 47’ of another embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG. 12, FIG. 13, a sixth external thread section 471’ is set on its upper section, a fourth tapered bore edge 472’ is set on an upper end edge of the lower connector 47’, the sixth external thread section 471’ is provided to fasten to the internal screw hole 451 of the second nut 45, the second metal collar 46 is tightened by the second nut 45, so that the third taper portion 461 is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the third tapered bore edge 453, and the fourth taper portion 462 is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the fourth tapered bore edge 472’, to form compartment water leakage and fastening of installation of the second end 442 of the pipe 44.
The lower connector 47’, a water control handle 473’ is set on it, the water control handle 473’ is provided to control supplied water.
It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein is merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.

- What is claimed is:1. A pipe connecting structure of a faucet pipe, a second outlet pipe is set on an upper end of the pipe connecting structure, an inlet pipe is set on a lower end of the pipe connecting structure, the pipe connecting structure includes an upper connector, a first metal collar, a first nut, a pipe, a second nut, a second metal collar and a lower connector, wherein: the upper connector, a water hole is set on its center, a first tapered bore edge is set on a lower end of the water hole, a fourth external thread section is set on an outer peripheral edge on a lower section of the upper connector, a fifth external thread section is set on an upper section of the upper connector; the first metal collar, which is a soft metal cover body, a through hole is set on its center, a first taper portion is set on an upper end edge of the first metal collar, a second taper portion is set on a lower end edge of the first metal collar; the first nut, an internal screw hole is set on its center, the first metal collar is placed inside the internal screw hole, a limiting portion is set on a bottom of the first nut, a second tapered bore edge is set on an inner edge of the limiting portion, the internal screw hole is provided for the fourth external thread section to fasten; the pipe, its first end is inserted into a through hole of the first metal collar, the first metal collar is tightened by the first nut, so that the first taper portion is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the first tapered bore edge, and the second taper portion is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the second tapered bore edge, to form compartment water leakage and fastening of installation of the first end of the pipe, a second end of the pipe is inserted into the second metal collar; the second nut, an internal screw hole is set in its center, the second metal collar is placed in the internal screw hole, a limiting portion is set on the top of the second nut, a third tapered bore edge is set on the inner edge of the limiting portion; the second metal collar, which is a soft metal cover body, a through hole is set in its center, a third taper portion is set on an upper end edge of the first metal collar, a fourth taper portion is set on an lower end edge of the first metal collar; the lower connector, a sixth external thread section is set on its upper section, a fourth tapered bore edge is set on an upper end edge of the lower connector, the sixth external thread section is provided to fasten to the internal screw hole of the second nut, the second metal collar is tightened by the second nut, so that the third taper portion is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the third tapered bore edge, and the fourth taper portion is correspondingly deformed to tightly touch the fourth tapered bore edge, to form compartment water leakage and fastening of installation of the second end of the pipe.
- 2. The pipe connecting structure of faucet pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first metal collar is made of pure copper material.
- 3. The pipe connecting structure of faucet pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second metal collar is made of pure copper material.
- 4. The pipe connecting structure of faucet pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower connector is a multi-way connector, a seventh external thread section is set on a side of the lower connector, the seventh external thread section is provided to fasten to a body of a faucet.
- 5. The pipe connecting structure of faucet pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower connector is a water containing body, a water control handle is set on the lower connector.
