The employer receives the time of arrival and selects the final worker to complete their scope. it also allows for this to only filter their current employees or to view all candidates that are available in the immediate area.

Real time software & application for apple, android and windows which supplies instant notification to employers of personnel that are available to complete a work scope in accordance with shift time and experience parameters as selected by the employer.
Upon signing up for the first time, the employer must input all business details and address for confirmation and security purposes.
Workers update their availability on a daily basis listing start and finish times and also listing when they are not available. Workers create a profile and also select appropriate skills relevant to them, the skills and availabilities shall be matched with the employer's requirements which then shall supply the employer with a list of workers who can complete their desired scope. These workers can either be current employees or workers not employed by the business establish the employer represents.
The employer chooses what workers to notify, the worker will then receive a notification and shall respond with their expected time of arrival. The employer receives the time of arrival and selects the final worker to complete their scope.
The worker receives the notification and responds with confirmation. This software streamlines the process of finding instant and up to the minute live availabilities of workers to complete the employers desired scope of work. Employers shall review workers upon completion and workers shall be reviewed out of 5 stars (5 being excellent and 1 being poor).
It shall also allow for this to only filter their current employees or to view all candidates that are available in the immediate area.

- Claims1. Live up to the second and instant notification of workers available to complete the desired scope as selected by the employer; being candidates currently employed by the business establishment they represent or by candidates not currently employed by the business establishment they represent.
- 2. Choose multiple candidates to notify of work scope requiring fulfilment and receive notification of candidates estimated time of arrival to then confirm the candidate to complete the scope of work and receive final confirmation from candidate; using software notifications and in software options.
