Application Software Design Description. l.Describe what the IOS& Android Application will do
Vehicle Utility Functions that provides convenience to consumers that keep them up to date with all current and future expenses that may incur in the Auto trade industry. The app's data will also be available to dealers which may assist them in customer retention and sales of their own products, the web platforms for our app to run on ? (ie. IOS, Android, Tablets, web based
The main function of our imotor application is to help customers with their vehicle expenses, the application will reminds the customer of due date of upcoming bill/payment. If a payment is due the application will take the customer to an exterior URL Link page outside the app to take care of the particular expenses.
And how it will be used
This app will be used to keep records of receipts while protecting the customer from forgetting very important vehicle utilities which needs regular attention. Each function on the app will consist of utilities that are required when owning an automobile. At first the app plans to be as simple and as easy to use upon origination. The app will consist of 11 buttons with their main functions to have timer that alert people of upcoming expiring dates and payments needed to renew certain car registration/insurances/finance payments. A more detailed table of each app buttons and its functionality is listed below.
The app records all information for the user this might be photos application forms or other data.
The App would record photo receipts of all payments made through exterior page's, photos of uploads of car/fi nance contracts and vehicle identifiers that relate to Rego / vin number/ engine number/ deprecation of car. Our Demographic audience is all consumers men, women aged 18 onwards who own and Automobile, Boat, Jetski, MotorBike, Truck and Auto Manufactures and Auto Brands who are involved in the Auto trade industry will be using this application. This will consist of Car Dealers, Dealerships customers as well as the general public.
