A method of utilising GPS, airline, airport, retailer and other data in a single big data repository with full mapping of all major airports worldwide so that travellers can be guided in their own language through each step of their travel journey at airports and major attractions worldwide. The method includes a mobile application Travel Calmly Application which uses a combination of Wi-Fi and mobile location services to locate an individual in an airport for use of individual, airport, airline and retailer services; which is linked to google maps to present a picture and map for moving around the airport; which provides airport and airline personnel with real-time information through a web portal to allow them to know where passengers are in the airport; and which provides other information as required by airports, airlines, retailers and travellers.

1. Using a combination of Wi-Fi and mobile location services to locate an individual in an airport for use of individual, airport, airline and retailer services
2. Using a provider like google maps to map the airport terminals inside to present a picture and map of the best way to move around the airport
3. Linking Airline, Airport, Retailer data to a passengers journey and preferences and status to present the passenger with advertising as they have selected based on their preferences, wishes to purchase
4. Providing passengers the best path through the airport based on their journey (Based on PNR and Flights) taking into account their VIP or CIP status and any special pre-cleared cards for immigration (Such as TSA, APEC, ABTC, etc...) thus improving the overall experience for all passengers that subscribe.
5. Providing Airports and Airlines with real-time information through a web portal to allow them to know where passengers are within the airport so as to avoid late departures
6. Providing Airports with trends on purchases of passengers worldwide, where their journey started or traversed through that airport to allow for appropriate retailers to be placed in the airport
7. Providing passengers with the best location on their journey to buy that special item or gift based on linked retailers capability
8. Providing all of this to passengers in their own language in both spoken and displayed format.
9. Provides right sizing of staff in all companies that subscribe to the services
