The Vertical Gravity Fed Roasted Coffee Destoner ought to be manufactured from light weight, food grade stainless steel ducting or tubing. 2. The aim of the Vertical Gravity Fed Roasted Coffee Destoner is to separate foreign heavy materials encountered in roasted coffee seeds in a commercial environment.

The Vertical Gravity Fed Roasted Coffee Destoner is most efficient in its performance when foreign material, in particular small rocks and stones which are encountered in roasted coffee seeds are heavier in mass than that of roasted coffee seeds. 5. The devise is based on the principle that roasted coffee seeds are lighter than the mass weight of most foreign materials encountered in roasted coffee seeds, in particular small rocks or stones. 6. The viewing a is positioned level with the fine mesh but not below the mesh so as to be able to remove any heavy materials that are resting on the fine mesh using your finger tips. 11. An off the shelf electric blower capable of producing upwards of two inches of water gauge pressure as a minimum is required to be fitted at the beginning of the system. 12. The electric blower shall be the kind which can be controlled by way of a motor speed controller device.

The Vertical Gravity Fed Roasted Coffee Destoner system separates foreign materials encountered in roasted coffee seeds which are heavier in mass than that of roasted coffee seeds, in particular small rocks and stones, by use of an opposing stream of air which is directed in a vertical tube in an upwards direction at the roasted coffee beans concurrently been introduced to the system via a smaller in diameter branched tubing therefore causing the roasted coffee beans to float and divide from the heavier materials. These heavy materials remind in the system coming to rest on a fine mesh affixed within the main vertical tube for disposal through a viewing access opening.
2. The Vertical Gravity Fed Roasted Coffee Destoner claimed in claim 1 has an opposing stream of air which is directed in a vertical tube in an upwards direction at the roasted coffee beans. 5
3. The Vertical Gravity Fed Roasted Coffee Destoner claimed in claim 1 introduces roasted coffee beans via a smaller in diameter branch tubing at the same time as an opposing stream of air which is been directed in an upwards direction.
4. The Vertical Gravity Fed Roasted Coffee Destoner claimed in claim 1 has a fine mess affixed within the device.
5. The Vertical Gravity Fed Roasted Coffee Destoner claimed in claim 1 archives separation of heavy materials to occur within the tubing.
