The torque testing device of the invention is simple in structure and convenient in utilization, the device can measure out whether the torque meet the needs or not easily. Description Motor Torque Testing Device Technical field The invention relates to a motor torque testing device, belonging to the technical field of motor testing. Background art The size of motor torque determines the loading movement of motor. Under certain circumstance, the torque of motor shall be inspected in factory before sold on market. Therefore, a torque testing device is needed for speedy factory inspection. Whereas, there is no speedy torque testing device existed in modern technologies, which brings inconvenient for factory inspection of motor. Summary of the invention The objective of the invention is to provide a motor torque testing device which is compact in structure, convenient in utilization and is quick for testing. The motor torque testing device of the invention solves the problems that the prior art has slow and inconvenient inspection. The above-mentioned technical objectives of the invention are realized by the following technical scheme: the torque testing device comprises a pedestal provided with a push-pull dynamometer, an axle away from push-pull dynamometer, axle is rotated on pedestal, axle is equipped with disk and surrounded by several columns, whose upper end is fixed with motor locating plate, the locating plate is processed with hole for motor shaft across, the upper end of axle is corresponding to the lower end of hole on motor locating plate, disk is intertwined with rope, whose free end is clasped to push-pull dynamometer. During inspecting, motor is fixed on motor make sure it is well coordinated to the upper end of axle, then start the motor, the motor drives the disk to rotate, the rope is tightened with the rotation of disk, the rope is connected to the metering end of push-pull dynamometer, so the maximum torque is measured out on push-pull dynamometer, and then whether the maximum torque of motor is within the required limits or not is known. The testing device of the invention can figure out the torque parameter is qualified or not quickly, and brings convenience for factory inspection accordingly.Above-mentioned columns are corresponding to the lower end of motor locating plate and have connecting plate between columns and locating plate. The axle mentioned above is fixed on the pedestal with the help of upper bearings on connecting plate and lower bearing on pedestal, therefore, the axle is greatly supported and a reliable horizontal movement is assured. The columns mentioned above contain upper columns located between motor locating plate and connecting plate and lower columns between connecting plate and pedestal, the structure is good for the installation of connecting plate and motor locating plate. Preferably, there is a small axle between the axle and push-pull dynamometer on above mentioned pedestal, the small axle is fixed with small disc, the rope between small axle and push-pull dynamometer is provided with stop block, the stop block can absorb the oversized torque of unqualified motor, and then it can reduce the damage on push-pull dynamometer. Therefore, the invention is characterized in simple structure, convenient utilization and speed inspection. Embodiment 1: referring to figure 1 and figure 2, a push-pull dynamometer 2 on pedestal 1, an axle 3 away from push-pull dynamometer on pedestal 1, axle 3 is rotated on pedestal 1, axle 3 is provided with disk 4, disk 4 is intertwined with rope 12, the free end of rope 12 is clasped to the push-pull dynamometer 2, axle 3 is surrounded by four lower columns 5 located on four corners of pedestal, the upper end of the four columns 5 are fixed to connecting plate 6, axle 3 is rotated on pedestal with the aid of upper bearing 7 on connecting plate 6 and lower bearing 8 on pedestal 1, connecting plate 6 is provided with four upper columns 9 that corresponding to the lower column 5, the upper end of upper column 9 is fixed to motor locating plate 10, a central hole 11 on motor locating plate 10 for motor shaft across, the upper end of axle 3 pass through the connecting plate 6, and then correspond to the hole 11 on motor locating plate 10, a small axle 13 between axle 3 and push-pull dynamometer 2 on pedestal 1, small axle 13 is provided with small disk 14, which twined with rope 12, a stop block 15 between small axle 13 and push-pull dynamometer 2. During inspecting, to install the motor 16 for inspection on the locating plate, and to make the motor shaft pass through the hole on locating plate and to match with upper end of axle, then start the motor, motor drives the disk to rotate, the disk tightens the rope and pulls the metering end of push-pull dynamometer, so, the maximum torque is measured out on push-pull dynamometer, then it is easy to determine the maximum torque is within the requirement or not. The testing device not only easy to judge the torque parameter qualified or not and brings convenience for factory inspection.
Claims (2)
1. A motor torque testing device comprising a pedestal, characterized in that the pedestal is provided with a push-pull dynamometer, an axle away from push-pull dynamometer, axle is rotated on pedestal, axle is equipped with disk and surrounded by several columns, which is fixed with motor locating plate, the locating plate is processed with hole for motor shaft across, the upper end of axle is corresponding to the lower end of hole on motor locating plate, the disk is intertwined with rope, whose free end is clasped to push-pull dynamometer, the column is corresponding to lower end of motor locating plate and is fixed to connecting plate, the axle is rotationally supported through the upper bearing on connecting plate and the lower bearing on pedestal, the columns are consist of upper columns located between motor locating plate and connecting plate and lower columns located between connecting plate and pedestal.
2. The motor torque testing device according to claim 1, characterized in that a small axle is supported rotationally between axle and push-pull dynamometer on pedestal, the small axle is provided with small disk, and a stop block is fixed between small axle and push-pull dynamometer on the rope.
