Abstract

Description
AUSTRALIA Patents Act 1990 COMPLETE SPECIFICATION INNOVATION PATENT IMPROVED TALISMAN The following statement is a full description of this invention, including the best method of performing it known to me: 1 IMPROVED TALISMAN For many years talismans have been used as an object that contain contents which would provide good luck or similar for the user of the said talisman. This invention has been specially devised in order to provide an improved talisman whereby the contents of the talisman are linked to the user by way of the users deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). The talisman in accordance with this invention comprises a container or similar housing a substance that the user of the said container would deem to be of a positive or lucky nature. The talisman container will have a separate compartment within the said container that the user's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sample or similar can be contained using a removable cover or similar on the wall of the said container to access this compartment. The talisman container will have a minimum of one magnet or similar creating a current or similar emitting from the said container. The talisman container is preferably made from metal however other materials can also be used, for example plastics and rubber. The said container will optionally have perforations or holes or vents or similar in the wall of the said container. The substance housed inside the said container deemed to be of a positive or lucky nature will preferably be made out of a synthetic polymer however other materials can also be used, for example natural substances such as rubber and fibres. The deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sample of the user of the said talisman will preferably be obtained from a swab or similar however DNA from the user's hair or similar may also be used. The magnetic current being emitted from the said talisman will preferably be obtained from a magnetic sphere however other shapes such as discs, rods or other may be used.
The invention may be better understood with reference to the illustrations of embodiments of the invention which: Figure 1 is an elevation of an improved talisman with parts separated Figure 2 is an elevated side view of the top of the improved talisman Figure 3 is an elevated side view of the bottom of the improved talisman The talisman shown with its container 8 having a separate compartment 10 within the said container for the user's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sample accessible by the removable cover 4 located in the wall/base 5 of the said container. The substance 6 deemed to be of a positive or lucky nature will be housed in the said container 8 and will have at least one magnet 7 within the said container. The wall of the said container 8 will optionally have perforations or holes or vents or similar 9.
Claims (4)
1. A talisman comprising of a container to which the said container's contents are deemed to be of a positive or lucky nature and are directly linked to the user of the talisman by way of the said user's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) housed inside the said container.
2. The talisman as claimed in claim I will have a separate compartment within the said container that the user's deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) sample or similar can be housed using a removable cover or similar on the wall of the said container to access this compartment, linking the said talisman to the user.
3. The talisman as claimed in claim 1 and 2 will contain a substance containing material considered to be of a positive or lucky nature by the user of the said talisman.
4. The talisman as claimed in claims 1, 2 and 3 will have a minimum of one magnet or similar creating a current or similar emitting from the said container.
