Abstract
Abstract A paper cup cove r structure, comprising a cup body, being made of a paper, and comprising a cup opening disposed at a top thereof, a flat cup rim disposed around an exterior side of the cup opening, the cup rim having a flat face disposed at an exterior side the reof; and a cu p cover, havin g a screw magazine circumferentially disposed at an inner face corresponding to the cup rim so that the cup rim and the screw magazine are rotation ally combined with each other. In this manner, not only the cup body may more firmly stand with an assistance of the flat cup rim, the screw magazine may also ro tation ally re ach a clos u re with the flat cup rim by stopping the screw magazine against the flat cup rim, so that the cup cover and the flat cup rim form a stable closure fixation, whereby the cup cover and the cup body a r e fix e d t ig h t Iy a s a s in g le body and the paper cup is increased in its structural strength and provided with a flatter, solid, safe and enduring structure, and thus achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup.
Description
PAPER CUP COVER STRUCTURE Field of the invention The presen t inve n tion relates to a cup cover structure, an d par ticularly to such structure where a screw magazine of the cup cove r may rotationally form a s table closu re with a flat cu p rim, whereby the paper cup is provided with a flatter, solid, safe and enduring structure, and achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the pape r cup. Description of the Related Art A conventional paper cup, as shown in FIG. 4, has a protrudin g rim 31 disposed circumferentially at an upper end thereof, which is embedded in to an indented groove 41 of a cup cover 4. Presently, all paper cups have their protruding rim 31 presenting a circular side and rolled axis shape, and which has a weak structural strength. When 1 the cup cover 4 and the cup body 3 are embedded together, the protruding rim 31 of the cup body 3 is apt to have a deformity, i.e. become flattened and small. At this time, between the indented gap 41 of the cup cover 4 and the protruding rim 31 of the cup body 3 has a larger gap, resulting in that the protruding rim 31 may not firmly be embedded into the indented groove 31. Hence, the cup cover 4 is apt to get loosened, or may not tightly or may only slig h tly cove r the cu p bod y 3, form ing a non-closed state. Out of the close d s tate, the liquid within the cu p may overflow, resulting in a convenient use of the cu p and an unsanitary state. Summary of the invention It is, the refore, an object of the presen t inven tion to provide a cup cover structure, where not only a cup body may more stand firmly by using a 2 flat cup rim when the cup body is combined with a cup cover, a cup screw magazine of the cup body may also r o t a tio n a I y r e a ch a clo s u r e w it h t h e flat cup rim, so that the cup cover and the flat cup rim form a stable closure fixation, whereby the cup cover and the cup body are fixed tig htly as a single body and the paper cup is increased in its s structural stre ng th an d provide d with a flatte r, solid, safe an d e n d u rin g structure, and thus achieves a le ss leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the paper cup. To achieve the above object, the pape r cup cove r structure according to the present invention comprises a cup body, being made of a paper, and comprising a cup opening disposed at a top thereof, a flat cup rim disposed around an exterior side of the cup opening, the cup rim having a flat face disposed at an exterior side the reof; and a cup cover, having a screw 3 magazine circumferentially disposed at an inner face corresponding to the cup rim so that the cup rim and the screw magazine are rotationally combined with each other. In an embodiment, the cup rim is formed by plastic or paper by frame molding or paper molding. In an embodiment, the cup rim has a downward presentation in a molding and recove rs to a horizon tal prese n tation after being extracted. 4 Brief descriptions of the drawings The presen t inven tion will be better understood from the following de tailed descrip tions of the preferred embodiments according to the present inven tion, take n in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an outlook according to a first embodiment the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an exploded state according to the first embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is an schematic diagram of a use state according to the first embodiment the present invention; and FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a cross se ction al s tate of a prior art paper cup. 5 Description of the preferred embodiments R e fe r rin g to F IG. 1 , F IG. 2, an d FIG. 3, a schematic diagram of an outlook according to a first embodiment the present invention, a schematic diagram of an exploded state according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and a schematic diagram of a use state according to the first e mbodimen t the presen t inven tion are shown therein, re s pe ctive ly. As shown, the cu p cove r s tructu re of the presen t inven tion comprises a cup body 1 and a cup cover 2. The cup body 1 is made of a paper, and comprises a cup opening 11 and a flat cup rim 12. The cup opening 11 is disposed at a top of the cup body 1. The flat cup rim 12 is formed around an exterior side of the cup opening 11 by using a frame molding or a paper m old in g. The cup rim 12 is formed by plastic or paper which may be 6 biodeg raded, and has a flat face 121 which is combined with the cup cover 2. The cup cover 2 has a screw magazine 22 circumferentially disposed at an inner face thereof, at a place corresponding to the cup rim 12, so that the cup cover rim may rotationally combined with the cup rim 12 by using the screw magazine 22. As such, the novel pape r cup cove r structure is formed. In fabricating the cup cover structure of the presen t inven tion, the cup rim 12 is formed by plastic or paper by using a frame molding or a paper molding. The cup rim 12 has a down ward presen tation in a molding fixture, but which recovers a horizontal re presen tation after being extracted from the molding fixture. In operation, the cup cover 2 may be combined on top the cup body 1 as a closure fixation. N o t o n Iy t h e cu p r im 1 2 h avin g a fla t 7 shaped structure may reinforce the cup body 1, the screw magazine 22 of the cup cover 22 may also stop against the flat cup rim 12 of the cup body 1 when the cu p body 1 is com bined with the body cover 2, so that the screw magazine 22 may rotation ally form a closure fixation with the flat cup rim 12. In this manner, the cup cover 2 and the cup body 1 are tightly fixed as a single body, and the paper cup is increased in its structural strength and provided with a flatter, solid, safe and end uring structure, an d thus achieves a less leakage and an efficacy of an easier fixation of the cup body 1. In summary, the cup cover structure may effectively improve the demerits of the prior art, where the cup body may stand firmly as possible as it can by using the flat cup rim when the cup body is combined with the cup cover by enabling the screw magazine to stop against the flat cup rim, so that 8 the screw magazine may rotationally for m a clos u re fixation with the flat cup rim . From all these views, the present invention may be deemed as being more effective, practical, useful for the consumer's demand, and thus may meet with the re quire me n ts for a patent. The above described is merely e xam ples an d prefe rre d e m bodime n ts of the presen t inven tion, and n ot exemplified to intend to limit the present invention. Any modifications and changes without departing from the scope of the spirit of the present inve n tion are deemed as within the scope of the presen t inven tion. The scope of the present invention is to be in te rpre ted with the scope as defined in the claims. 9
