Abstract

A novel eagle-like visual system is made for human wellbeing using an adapted image transforming device most liquidized at its center and flexible on its memory surface. The device couples its image axis and focus power with its user's vertical space positioning referred to the earth. Users are allowed to sequence pair a potential energy and constant value from his/her vertical space rotation to a liquid flowing pressed on the exterior memory surface of the device. Thus, unrealized broken line of ciliary muscle, accommodation self hurt, professional vestibule-ocular separation, and image jumping/ waving can be released. The embodiment comprises a shape selected from an intraocular lens, iris lens, contact lens, nose-free eyeglasses, magnifier, mirror, and digital input/out put device containing high index liquid. The intraocular implant comprises a water molecular attached into a hyaluronic acid like hydrophilic skeleton. 5 Claims

Description

Eagle ViewC Iris G Zhao 20j 5-5-1 p 1 Patent Application of EAGLE VIEW (Seeing Art) by Iris G Zhao REFERENCE The invention reserves the full right of "First Invention Rule" and intellectual property title earned from Mongolia area since 1971 and earlier; the first electronic filing of non-provisional patent - in August 24, 2006, witnessed by USPTO as trad secrets. The invention claims the confidentiality in interview meeting in USPTO 2000 2013. The invention claims the benefit of co-pending innovative patent application 2014100159, IP Australia filed Feb 21, 2014 with time extension process against any takeover attempting. FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a new field of viewing things from an eagle like vision to correct man made vestibular ocular separation and unrealized illness; particularly, to a new use of adapted image transforming device that couples a space potential energy and constant value with an image axis and curving flowing shifting on its memory surface. The device is shaped to be put on the cornea, iris, remain capsule of cataract, nose-free eyeglasses, magnifier, mirror, and digital input/outpu: device. STATE OF THE ART 1: US Patent Application 2012/0071972 (Zhao) published Mar. 22, 2012, is a CIP of co-pending non-provisional application 12/657,023 filed Jan. 12, 2010 under Eagle ViewC Iris G Zhao 20 5-5-1 p 2 allowable condition. Those discloses comprise a special Multiphase LensTM@© comprising an elastic chamber including a fluid or gel capable of pushing anterior wall to form a protrusion to adjust focus on an incoming light to a retina. Such Multiphase lens is created for Multiphase EyecareTM@C in a human view. 2: US Patent Application Publication. 2003/0171808 Al (Philips), Sep. 11, 2003 disclosed an "Accommodating Intraocular Lens". The special lens comprises a restraining element at its non-optic on peripheral skirt to restore ciliary muscle. However, accommodation no longer works after age 51 and the mean age for catal act surgery is over 73 year old. 3: US Patent Application Publication 2008/0097600 Al (Hare), Apr. 24, 2008 disclosed a "Movable Ophthalmic Lens Assembly", which assembles an Ophthalm c lens over the surface of a carrier to change the refraction. The technique works for eyeglasses through hand screwing for poor area. But, the ciliary muscle and zonul s are really too delicate to move a solid lens over a carrier. While the mainstream is focus on accommodation IOL lens, other diagnosis and view base are neglected. Thus, this unobvious solution for unrealized matter has never gotten a chance to be addressed. Unlike voluntary muscles, the over exertion of ciliary and iris muscles induce not just sore, pain, conjunctiva congestion, aqueous humor stasis, lens shape change to become more rounded, but also a pressure on the vitreous body transferable directly on the retina, especially at posterior pole. On the whole, the ciliary body does not always follow standard teaching. Ins ead, it can cause many adverse symptoms, e.g., eye stress induced red eyes, headache, irritation, spasm/pseudomyopa, cystitis, which has a heavy weight on eye care. In addition, the ciliary muscle can stress pseudo-myopia to form true myopia. Besides the exertion of ciliary muscle does not form a smooth circle that can be easily transferr d to relax state. Instead, the ciliary muscle exertion is likely to jump to and stay at two extremities; a) spasm in the young; and b) paralyze/atrophy in the elderly. The so called 0.50 D remained accommodation refractive power is actually holding the le I in Eagle ViewC Iris G Zhao 20 5-5-1 p 3 position and closing the capsule as to living tension. So, it is time to stop prior enforcement on ciliary dependent accommodation lens. So far, myopia rate for college students has progressed to over 80% in China and toward 18% in US. Actually, myopia progress is affecting more than several billion young population, even more than the entire cataract surgical group. More( ver, since the revolution of computer and cell phone, both myopia and macular degeneration is getting worse. It is worth notice that an eagle view system works better than human view. DETAILED PRESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION It is unforgettable to see an eagle flying down to grape a running rabbit and it is wise to accept the free view axis feature referred to the earth. For a view axis shifi to see vivid whole, a volunteer motor muscle acts more accurate and prompt than parasympathetic controlled ciliary muscles. So, the space positioning induced pressure will change the curving of an oil drop-like lens more venticose through the following approach: 1. A method of seeing things from an eagle-like view for human well-being usir g an adapted image transforming device, comprising: a step of allowing an image transforming device pairing its gravity-sensitive inside liquid flow with its axis shifting and potential energy pressing on its elastic memory surface like a baby lens elasticity. Gravity means a weight, speed and elastic mixture. This device is a gravity sensitive lens comprising a central-down distributed inside liquid flowing and elast c surface. 2. A method of seeing things in an eagle-like vision for human well-being using En adapted image transforming device aligned to a user's pupil, comprising: a step of allowing a user pairing his/her vertical space positioning referred to he earth with a liquid flowing axis and pressure strength on the memory surface of the adapted image transforming device.
Eagle ViewC Iris G Zhao 20, 5-5-1 p 4 Previously, the "Visual Axis" is defined as al line a few degrees-deviated from the "Optic Axis" as showed in "Human Eye Optic Model". The term of "View A is" here means for an eagle-like view in a full integrative field and thus, comprises a wider visual path than prior art. This "space positioning" comprises a potential energy and constant value aro nd a vertical space pivot referred to the earth. The vertical space pivot can be either t ue or virtual as well as be actively shifted, upper or down (vergens: deorsum or sursun). The model provides a space positioning initiate speed and pressure transfer in a special paired rate to a paired adjusting of the user's view axis vergence with consequently paired venticose refractive power in a special rate accordingly. The exterior surface comprises an integrative anterior and/or posterior surface. The coupling feature comprises a vertical space match to enable a gaining of potential energy and constant value for a transferring. The method opens a new use to a series of flexible lens suitable of progressively shifting its view axis and refractive power automatically according to a gravity-like potential energy as the following samples: Sample 1. is a flow-able intraocular lens. The feature element is water molecule attached to a hyaluronic acid molecule -styled hydrophilic skeleton capable of flowing shifting a venticose view axis referred to a user's vertical space positioning. The device is shaped to be put on the anterior surface of the iris or remain lens capsule. The curving and size shape design is well known to skilled in the art. The reference is vertical space for potential energy and constant value shiftin and therefore, which no longer means same as prior anterior-posterior element referred to a man's eye. Thus, a new vestibulo-ocular circle is setting up for a long term phenotype presentation. This structure can be processed through future 3-D molecular printing or layering mold, making its center containing more water and more flowing than the peripheral. Sample 2. According to Dr. Ronald Smith, a contact lens requires an excellent oxygen and nutrients penetration to protect the cornea and conjunctiva. Therefore, Eagle ViewC Iris G Zhao 20 5-5-1 p 5 this network structure of this image transform device comes in a Wafer-like membrane shape with plenty water flowing and network opening. Particularly, thi! device contains more water at its center than its peripheral. In contrast to other composition, the hyaluronic acid skeleton in the vitreous holds water molecules well in its network to form a gel-like round body and enabl a support for the retina and thus, is also useful for the cornea and conjunctiva. The water flowing shifts a view axis and refractive power according to a user's trace sl p around the user's vertical head/eye pivot. Sample 3. is a modified eyeglasses-like device comprising a gravity-sensitive do" n centralized fluid flowing within its memory surface fixed in a frame in front of an user's eye. Differed from prior art of "Adjustable Eyeglasses", Chinese patent granted in 2004 that needs hand maneuver and UK eyeglasses that needs hang injection of liquid, this gravity-sensitive down-centralized device automatically shifs its axis and refractive power according to vertical space positioning referred to the earth. Further, the device can be connected to the user's head or ears through a conjugated pivot or joint. Although it is a high desire to leave the sensitive nose area free from conventional nose pad of eyeglasses, no skilled in the art is willing to use a nose fr e eyeglasses due to the worry of axis changing. Since this device frees its axis shifti g, a nose free eyeglass becomes a real embodiment. The new eyeglasses comprises a high index oil flowing within a convex/conc ve shaped flowing-able elastic surface in a progressive water density reduction from its center to peripheral. Based on potential energy & constant value principle, this axi s shifting pairs the pressure increment on a flowing arrangement and compiles struct re geometry with a user's head rotation. While preferred models and embodiments have been disclosed in details, it w 11 be appreciated by skilled that this invention is not to be limited by what has been particularly shown. Any and all possible permutations and combination of these features as well as modification would be understood to the skilled in the art and ar within the scope of the present invention.
