Description
1 HAIR DRYER CONTROL CIRCUIT BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention relates to a control circuit, particularly to a hair dryer control circuit. [0002] Conventional hair dryer is used to accelerate the evaporation of water to dry the hair. However, it has the disadvantage that the wind speed and heating temperature of hair dryer is usually wholly controlled by one switch. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] It is the main object of the present invention to provide a hair dryer control circuit which is usable for controlling the wind speed and heating temperature of hair dryer separately. [0004] The present invention has wind speed control switch and heat control switch, the heat control switch and heating element make heat control loop while wind speed control switch and motor as well as rectifier diode make wind control loop, heat control loop and wind control loop is in parallel connection so that the wind speed and heating temperature of the hair dryer can be controlled independently. [0005] The present invention can be more fully understood by reference to the following description and accompanying drawings.
2 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS [0006] As shown in FIG. 1, the hair dryer control circuit of the present invention in a first embodiment comprises: a motor M; switch assembly; rectifier diode VD; first heating element EHI1 and second heating element EH2; the switch assembly comprises wind speed control switch S2 and heat control switch S1, heat control switch Si and first heating element EHI1 as well as second heating element EH2 make heat control loop RA while wind speed control switch S2 and motor M as well as rectifier diode VD make wind control loop RB, heat control loop RA and wind control loop RB is in parallel connection so that the wind speed and heating temperature of the hair dryer can be controlled independently. [0007] As shown in FIG. 1, heat control switch Si is used for controlling the conduction status of first heating element EHi1 and second heating element EH2. When heat control switch Si is set on the end Hi, the first heating element EH 1 and second heating element EH2 are conducted in series so that the output of the hair dryer is in hot wind level. When heat control switch Slis set on the end HO, the first heating element EHi1 and second heating element EH2 are both not conducted so that the output of the hair dryer is in cool wind level. When heat control switch S lis set on the end H2, only the first heating element EHlis conducted so that the output of the hair dryer is in strong hot wind level. [0008] Referring again to FIG. 1, wind speed control switch S2 is used for controlling the conduction status of motor M and rectifier diode VD. When speed control switch S2 is set on the end W1, the motor M and rectifier diode VD are conducted in series so that the output of the hair dryer is in low speed level. When speed control switch S2 is set on the end WO, the motor M and rectifier diode VD are both not conducted so that the output of the hair dryer is in stop level. When speed control switch S2 is set on the end W2, only the motor M is conducted so that the output of the hair dryer is in high speed level.
3 [0009] Referring to FIG. 1, hair dryer control circuit includes heat protection switch TM which is set in the heat control loop to avoid overheat in the circuit. [0010] When using the present invention, the user can choose the levels of hot wind/strong hot wind/cool wind for the heat temperature as well as levels of low speed/high speed/stop for wind speed in separate switch of Si and S2. [0011] The present invention, as compared to conventional hair dryer control circuit, has as a main characteristic that the heat control loop RA and wind control loop RB is in parallel connection so that the wind speed and heating temperature of the hair dryer can be controlled independently. [0012] While the invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that modifications or variations may be easily made without departing from the spirit of this invention which is defined by the appended claims. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS [0013] FIG. 1 is circuit diagram of hair dryer control circuit of the present invention in the first embodiment. [0014] FIG. 2 is a front view of the hair dryer of the present invention in the first embodiment.
