Abstract
This INNOVATION PATENT discloses an installation structure of a bearing, including the bearing and mounting base supported on the bearing bottom. The bearing includes the outer ring, inner ring, rolling body and holder. The inner ring is set up in the outer ring. The inner ring and the outer ring are set up coaxially. A gap to accommodate the rolling body forms between the outer ring and inner ring. The holder is used to connect the rolling bodies in turn. A connecting base is set up at the bottom of outer ring. The dovetail groove is set up at the bottom of connecting base. The first dovetail groove is set up on the top of mounting base. The first dovetail groove corresponds to the dovetail groove. A wedge block is matched between the dovetail groove and the first dovetail groove. There is a gap between the top of wedge block and undersurface of the dovetail groove. A triangular wedge key is set up at the gap. The installation structure can well fix the bearing, prevent the bearing from loosing after long-time use and ensure its safety.
Description
Editorial Note 2015100369 There are only 3 pages of description An installation structure of a bearing Technical field This INNOVATION PATENT involves an installation structure of a bearing. Background technology In exiting techniques, most installation structures of bearings are in the form of directing fixing the baseboard and bearing. The baseboard and bearing are fixed through the screw. Since the bearing bears heavy peripheral force, the screw will loose after long-time use, thus leading to supporting failure of bearing. Thus, accidents may happen easily. Invention content The technical problem to be solved by this INNOVATION PATENT is to provide an installation structure of a bearing. This installation structure can well fix the bearing, prevent the bearing from loosing after long-time use and ensure its safety. To solve the above problem, this INNOVATION PATENT adopts the following technical proposal: An installation structure of a bearing includes the bearing and mounting base supported on the bearing bottom. The ladder hole is set up on the top of connecting base. The threaded hole corresponding to the ladder hole is set up on the top of mounting base. The ladder hole and threaded hole are fixed with a screw. As an optimal technical proposal, the outer ring and connecting base are transited with an arc. The outer ring and connecting base are fixed through welding. As an optimal technical proposal, 6 rolling bodies are set up. As an optimal technical proposal, 8 rolling bodies are set up. As an optimal technical proposal, 10 rolling bodies are set up. As an optimal technical proposal, thickness of the outer ring is larger than that of the inner ring. The first guide-track groove matched with the rolling body is set up on inner surface of outer ring. The second guide-track groove matched with the rolling body is set up on outer surface of inner ring. The first guide-track groove corresponds to the second guide-track groove.
Beneficial effects of this INNOVATION PATENT are as follows: this installation structure can well fix the bearing, prevent the bearing from loosing after long-time use and ensure its safety. Meanwhile, this device has simple structure and low cost, easy to install. So, it is suitable for promotion. Descriptions of the attached figure To explain the implementation example or the technical proposal more clearly, the attached figure used in the implementation example or the technical proposals is simply introduced as follows. Obviously, the attached figure just describes some implementation examples of this INNOVATION PATENT. For common technical personnel in this field, they can gain other attached figures under the precondition of no creative work. Fig.1 shows structure diagram of this INNOVATION PATENT. Detailed implementation way The optimal implementation example of this INNOVATION PATENT is elaborated as follows in combination of the attached figure so that the advantages and features of this INNOVATION PATENT can be easily understood by technical personnel in this field and the protection scope of this INNOVATION PATENT can be defined more clearly and explicitly. In accordance with an installation structure of a bearing shown in Fig.1, it includes the bearing 1 and mounting base 2 supported on the bottom of bearing 1. The bearing 1 includes the outer ring 101, inner ring 102, rolling body 103 and holder 104. The inner ring 102 is set up in the outer ring 101. The inner ring 102 and the outer ring 101 are set up coaxially. A gap to accommodate the rolling body 103 forms between the outer ring 101 and inner ring 102. The holder 104 is used to connect the rolling bodies 103 in turn. A connecting base 105 is set up at the bottom of outer ring 101. The dovetail groove 106 is set up at the bottom of connecting base 105. The first dovetail groove 201 is set up on the top of mounting base 2. The first dovetail groove 201 corresponds to the dovetail groove 106. A wedge block 3 is matched between the dovetail groove 106 and the first dovetail groove 201. There is a gap 111 between the top of wedge block 3 and undersurface of the dovetail groove 106. A triangular wedge key 4 is set up at the gap 111. The ladder hole (not shown in the figure) is set up on the top of connecting base 105 (not shown in the figure). The threaded hole (not shown in the figure) corresponding to the ladder hole is set up on the top of mounting base 2. The ladder hole and threaded hole are fixed with a screw 5. As an optimal technical proposal, the outer ring 101 and connecting base 105 are transited with an arc. The outer ring 101 and connecting base 105 are fixed through welding.
As an optimal technical proposal, 6 rolling bodies 103 are set up. As an optimal technical proposal, 8 rolling bodies 103 are set up. As an optimal technical proposal, 10 rolling bodies 103 are set up. As an optimal technical proposal, thickness of the outer ring is larger than that of the inner ring. The first guide-track groove (not shown in the figure) matched with the rolling body is set up on inner surface of outer ring. The second guide-track groove (not shown in the figure) matched with the rolling body is set up on outer surface of inner ring. The above is a specific implementation way of this INNOVATION PATENT. However, the protection scope of this INNOVATION PATENT is not limited to this. Any change or replacement without creative work shall be covered in the protection scope of this INNOVATION PATENT. Therefore, the protection scope of this INNOVATION PATENT shall be subject to that defined in the claim.
