Abstract
A two piece bra style top(l)which has an interchangeable back size clasp(4), where the back band(3)of the top attaches bilaterally to the independent clasp(4) by means of hook(7,8) and eye(5,6). The hooks(7,8)are attached bilaterally to the back band(3)on the bra style top(1)and attach to the eyes(2). The clasp has eyes that are facing towards the left(5)and eyes that are facing towards the right(6)in order to attach to the hooks(7,8) firmly(2). When he consumer purchases the bras style top(1), they also choose which size clasp(4)they wish the top to come with, according to their personal back size preference. k \ \ M. - x

1 A TWO PIECE BRA STYLE TOP WITH AN INTERCHANGABLE INDEPENDENT BACK SIZE CLASP BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0001]The present invention was designed to create a cost effective product that is flexible to the consumer, can be branded as a signature design for the company and has a point of difference in regards to fashion and being useful for the consumer. [0002]Girls and women who chose to purchase bra style tops are faced with the challenge of purchasing the correct bust size and back size incorporated into one top and not often can consumers find a top that fits correctly in both the bust and back area, as not all back sizes are available in every bra style top. [0003] For example, a girl or women that has a large bust size and small back may find it difficult to find a bra style top that is small enough in the back and big enough in the bust therefore the interchangeable two piece bra creates user flexibility as the consumer can pick their bust size and back size separately. [0004] The interchangeable two piece bra creates a point of difference in the current market for bra style tops as it gives the consumer a broader choice for size and can be seen as a fashion statement where the consumer can buy one coloured bra style top and a different coloured back clasp in whichever size they desire.
2 [0005] The invention would be desirable to other companies as it is a cost effective way to produce a wide variety of sizes in the bust and back, as this invention allows the company to produce a bra style top that will fit more consumers. The target market for the bra style top is widened and not as limited with this two piece bra style top therefore decreasing the need for more styles in more sizes and reducing company costs. [0006] The bra style top will be branded to target the market of women who find it difficult to find the correct size bust and back size in one top. The interchangeable independent clasp will be branded "The Carla Clasp". [0007] The drawings demonstrate the design in 3 figures; the two piece bra style top with the back clasp attached, the back of the two piece top also attached and the clasp detached from the bra style top in two pieces.
Claims (2)
1. An interchangeable two piece bra style top with hooks attached to each end of the back band, where the consumer can purchase their top according to their bust size and pick their back size clasp independently to the bust size and attach the clasp to make the two piece top.
2. A clasp according to claim 1 wherein said the clasp size is chosen independently to the bust size and the eyes of the clasp which face opposing directions, are attached, size accordingly, to the hooks on each side of the bra style top.
