Description

Description Brake Mechanism for Electric Sliding Door Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a brake mechanism for an electric sliding door. Background of the Invention At present, brakes are usually provided on rotor shafts of motors and realize braking by stopping the rotor shafts of motors. There are two problems: first, motors need to be replaced after rotor shafts are damaged, so the cost is high; and second, mounting brake mechanisms on rotors shafts requires a large space. Summary of the Invention In view of the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a technical solution of a brake mechanism for an electric sliding door. The brake mechanism for an electric sliding door includes a motor, a rotor shaft, a gearbox and a brake. A thread structure is provided at the output end of the rotor shaft. The thread structure is in transmission fit with a gear inside the gearbox. A transmission shaft is provided in the center of the gear. The brake is disposed on the transmission shaft. Preferably, an included angle between the rotor shaft and the transmission shaft is 900. In the present invention, as the brake mechanism is disposed inside a gearbox connected to a rotor shaft, the rotor shaft switches the direction of force transfer via the gearbox and finally applies the force onto the 1 transmission shaft of the gearbox. The brake mechanism is directly fitted with the transmission shaft of the gearbox for realizing braking. In this way, the direct action of the brake to the rotor shaft is avoided and the damage to the rotor shaft is reduced. In addition, as the brake is disposed inside the gearbox, no additional space for mounting the brake is required. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a half-sectional structure diagram of the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. A brake mechanism for an electric sliding door is provided, including a motor 1, a rotor shaft 2, a gearbox 3 and a brake 4. The brake 4 may be an electromagnetic brake or a mechanical brake. A shell of the motor 1 is connected to a shell of the gearbox 3 to form a whole. A thread structure is provided at the output end of the rotor shaft 2. The thread structure is in transmission fit with a gear 5 inside the gearbox 3. A transmission shaft 6 is provided in the center of the gear 5. The brake 4 is disposed on the transmission shaft 6. An included angle between the rotor shaft 2 and the transmission shaft 6 is 900. 2

Claims (2)
