The vertical plate is disposed on the pedestal. The spindle is penetrated through the vertical plate. The tension-adjusting device is disposed on the spindle on one side of the vertical plate. The inner stop collar and the outer stop collar are disposed on the spindle on the other side of the vertical plate. Fiber cloth is disposed on the spindle between the inner stop collar and the outer collar. The outer stop collar is disposed at the tail end of the spindle and fixed by the limiting sleeve. The bearing is disposed at the connection part of the spindle and the vertical plate. The bearing sleeve is disposed between the bearing and the spindle. Description
Description Device for unrolling fiber cloth Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a winding machine for fiber cloth, and particularly to a device for unrolling fiber cloth. Background of the Invention During the production of rotors of servo motors, one layer of fiber cloth needs to be wrapped outside the rotors, for purpose of preventing the magnetic steel from flying off in the use of the rotors. While winding fiber cloth onto rotors, a fiber cloth unrolling device is required. The fiber cloth may be disposed on the unrolling device to be wound onto the rotors. However, during winding the fiber cloth, the fiber cloth needs to have a certain tension. The existing winding machines have had no assorted unrolling devices. Summary of the Invention In view of the problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a technical solution of a device for unrolling fiber cloth. The device for unrolling fiber cloth includes a pedestal, a vertical plate, a spindle, an outer stop collar, an inner stop collar, a bearing, a bearing sleeve, a limiting sleeve and a tension-adjusting device, the vertical plate being disposed on the pedestal, the spindle being penetrated through the vertical plate, the tension-adjusting device being disposed on the spindle on one side of the vertical plate, the inner stop collar and the outer stop collar being disposed on the spindle on the other side of the vertical plate, fiber cloth being disposed on the spindle between the inner stop collar and the outer collar, the outer stop collar being disposed at the tail end of the spindle and fixed by the 1 limiting sleeve, the bearing being disposed at the connection part of the spindle and the vertical plate, the bearing sleeve being disposed between the bearing and the spindle, the inner stop collar being disposed at a portion of the bearing sleeve exposed from the vertical plate. The device for unrolling fiber cloth provided by the present invention is characterized in that the tension-adjusting device consists of a tension spring and a tension-adjusting nut, external threads being provided at the end of the spindle where the tension-adjusting device is disposed, the external threads being fitted with the tension-adjusting nut, the tension spring being sheathed on the spindle between the tension-adjusting nut and the vertical plate. The device for unrolling fiber cloth provided by the present invention is characterized in that a positioning hole is provided on the limiting sleeve, and a positioning pin fitted with the spindle is provided inside the positioning hole. By the device for unrolling fiber cloth provided by the present invention, the fiber cloth may be disposed on the spindle between the inner stop collar and the outer stop collar, and the position of the outer stop collar is adjustable, so that this device may be suitable for fiber cloth of different specification; meanwhile, the winding tension of the fiber cloth may be controlled by adjusting the tension-adjusting device so as to meet the process requirements. The present invention has simple structure and ingenious design, and realizes the automatic operation of unrolling fiber cloth by a simple mechanical structure, so that the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the product consistency is better. Detailed Descrition of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to 2 the accompanying drawings. An device for unrolling fiber cloth includes a pedestal 1, a vertical plate 2, a spindle 3, an outer stop collar 4, an inner stop collar 5, a bearing 6, a bearing sleeve 7, a limiting sleeve 8 and a tension-adjusting device. The vertical plate 2 is disposed on the pedestal 1. The spindle 3 is penetrated through the vertical plate 2. The tension-adjusting device is disposed on the spindle 3 on one side of the vertical plate 2. The inner stop collar 5 and the outer stop collar 6 are disposed on the spindle 3 on the other side of the vertical plate 2. Fiber cloth is disposed on the spindle between the inner stop collar 5 and the outer collar 6. The outer stop collar 4 is disposed at the tail end of the spindle and fixed by the limiting sleeve 8. The bearing 6 is disposed at the connection part of the spindle 3 and the vertical plate 2. The bearing sleeve 7 is disposed between the bearing 6 and the spindle 3. The inner stop collar 5 is disposed on the bearing sleeve 7 at a position exposed from the vertical plate. The tension-adjusting device consists of a tension spring 10 and a tension-adjusting nut 9. External threads are provided at the end of the spindle where the tension-adjusting device is disposed. The external threads are fitted with the tension-adjusting nut 9. The tension spring 10 is sheathed on the spindle 3 between the tension-adjusting nut 9 and the vertical plate 2. A positioning hole is provided on the limiting sleeve 8, and a positioning pin fitted with the spindle is provided inside the positioning hole. 3

1. An device for unrolling fiber cloth, comprising a pedestal, a vertical plate, a spindle, an outer stop collar, an inner stop collar, a bearing, a bearing sleeve, a limiting sleeve and a tension-adjusting device, the vertical plate being disposed on the pedestal, the spindle being penetrated through the vertical plate, the tension-adjusting device being disposed on the spindle on one side of the vertical plate, the inner stop collar and the outer stop collar being disposed on the spindle on the other side of the vertical plate, fiber cloth being disposed on the spindle between the inner stop collar and the outer collar, the outer stop collar being disposed at the tail end of the spindle and fixed by the limiting sleeve, the bearing being disposed at the connection part of the spindle and the vertical plate, the bearing sleeve being disposed between the bearing and the spindle, the inner stop collar being disposed on the bearing sleeve at a position exposed from the vertical plate.

The device for unrolling fiber cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that the tension-adjusting device consists of a tension spring and a tension-adjusting nut; external threads are provided at the end of the spindle where the tension-adjusting device is disposed, the external threads being fitted with the tension-adjusting nut; and the tension spring is sheathed on the spindle between the tension-adjusting nut and the vertical plate.
3. The device for unrolling fiber cloth according to claim 1, characterized in that a positioning hole is provided on the limiting sleeve, and a positioning pin fitted with the spindle is provided inside the positioning hole. 4
