Innovation Patent 20140825 Abstract Kidney Dish Lid Dated 25th August 2014 The proposed development Designed by Dolphin Products Pty Ltd ABN 54004241945 The kidney dish lid is a double sided hinged cover that can be opened and closed at either end and provides access for depositing used medical instruments, contaminated tissues, cotton wool and body fluids such as blood vomit. Whilst the lid can be made out of any material, the preferred material will be an Autoclave Grade medical polypropylene. Varying lid sizes will cover varying kidney dishes. Innovation Patent 20140825 Description Kidney Dish Lid Dated 25th August 2014 The proposed development Designed by Dolphin Products Pty Ltd ABN 54004241945 Features : Double sided hinged cover that can be opened and closed either end and provides access for depositing used medical instruments, contaminated tissues, cotton wool and body fluids such as blood vomit. Search: Currently No such design exists for a plastic lid or one that is hinged. This cover will fit any Plastic Kidney dish of similar size. Material : Autoclave Grade medical PP, will be made able to be sterilised and reused in hospital applications Light easy to fit and remove, easy to open from either end. Removable lid makes it easy to store stack and Autoclave. Page 1
