Description Tool for Fixing Gear Blank Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fixation tool, and particularly to a tool for fixing a gear blank. Background of the invention There are generally two methods for manufacturing a gear in the prior art, one of which is casting, while the other is forging a blank at first and then lathing the blank via a lathe to obtain a gear. Gears manufactured by the casting method are required to be annealed and tempered subsequently, the finally molded gears have low precision and high defective rate. Therefore, high-precision gears are usually manufactured by numerically controlled lathes. Gears obtained in such a way are not required to be annealed, and have high precision. However, it is difficult to fix a gear blank during the lathing. Summary of the Invention To solve the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a tool for fixing a gear blank, including a taper shank mandrel with a flange plate fixed thereon. The flange plate is provided with two inner support shafts having an inner expansion structure, and the inner support shafts are fixed on the flange plate via fixing nuts on the flange plate. Further, the inner expansion shafts pass through holes on the gear blank. Further, the tool for fixing a gear blank further includes a positioning block which is pressed into the flange plate. The tool for fixing a gear blank provided by the present invention has simple structure, easy operation and firm fixation, and is thus suitable for fixing 1 gear blanks during the lathing. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a partially sectional view of a tool for fixing a gear blank according to the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a front view of the tool for fixing a gear blank. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the tool for fixing a gear blank provided by the present invention includes a taper shank mandrel 1. The taper shank mandrel 1 is fixedly connected to a main shaft hole of a numerically controlled lathe, and a flange plate 2 is fixed on the taper shank mandrel 1. The flange plate 2 is provided with two inner support shafts 3 having an inner expansion structure. The inner support shafts 3 are fixed on the flange plate 2 via fixing nuts 4 on the flange plate 2. A gear blank 5 is placed on the flange plate 2, and the inner support shafts 3 pass through holes on the gear blank 5. A positioning block 6 is pressed into the flange plate 2 for positioning, and then screws 7 are screwed into the inner expansion structure. In this way, the gear blank 5 is fixed on the flange plate 2. 2

1. A tool for fixing a gear blank, comprising a taper shank mandrel with a flange plate fixed thereon, characterized in that the flange plate is provided with two inner support shafts having an inner expansion structure, and the inner support shafts are fixed on the flange plate via fixing nuts on the flange plate.
2. The tool for fixing a gear blank according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner expansion shafts pass through holes on the gear blank.
3. The tool for fixing a gear blank according to claim 1, further comprising a positioning block which is pressed into the flange plate. 3
