Title: Brush Carrier Plate with Position-adjustable Brush Carrier Abstract The present invention discloses a brush carrier plate with a position-adjustable brush carrier, comprising a plate body, a brush carrier and a wiring terminal. An arc adjusting groove is provided on the plate body. One end of the brush carrier is disposed in the adjusting groove and is able to move along the adjusting groove. The brush carrier is connected to the wiring terminal via a wire. The wiring terminal is connected to an external terminal via a wire. The adjusting groove is 15-25mm in length.

Description Brush Carrier Plate with Position-adjustable Brush Carrier Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a brush carrier plate and particularly to a brush carrier plate with a position-adjustable brush carrier. Background of the invention A carbon brush device is provided on a wound-rotor motor. The startup resistance outside the motor is transferred to a rotating rotator via a carbon brush, to control the startup current. The excitation current outside the motor is transferred to the rotating rotor via the carbon brush, to establish a voltage field. Conventionally, the position of a brush carrier on a brush carrier plate is fixed and cannot be adjustable. As a result, the requirements of applications cannot be met in some circumstances where the adjustment of the position of the brush carrier is required. Summary of the Invention To solve the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a brush carrier plate with a position-adjustable brush carrier, comprising a plate body, a brush carrier and a wiring terminal. An arc adjusting groove is provided on the plate body. One end of the brush carrier is disposed in the adjusting groove and is able to move along the adjusting groove. The brush carrier is connected to the wiring terminal via a wire. The wiring terminal is connected to an external terminal via a wire. The adjusting groove is 15-25mm in length. The brush carrier plate with a position-adjustable brush carrier provided by the present invention is simple in structure and convenient for adjustment, 1 may be used in various circumstances where the adjustment of the position of the brush carrier is required. Therefore, this brush carrier plate can be used in motors of different specifications. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of a brush carrier plate with a position-adjustable brush carrier according to the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, the brush carrier plate with a position-adjustable brush carrier provided by the present invention includes a plate body 1, a brush carrier 2 and a wiring terminal 3. An arc adjusting groove 4 is provided on the plate body 1. One end of the brush carrier 2 is disposed in the adjusting groove 4 and may move along the adjusting groove 4. The brush carrier 2 is connected to the wiring terminal 3 via a wire. The wiring terminal 3 is connected to an external terminal 5 via a wire. The adjusting groove 4 is 15-25mm in length. 2

1. A brush carrier plate with a position-adjustable brush carrier, comprising a plate body, a brush carrier and a wiring terminal, characterized in that an arc adjusting groove is provided on the plate body; one end of the brush carrier is disposed in the adjusting groove and is able to move along the adjusting groove; the brush carrier is connected to the wiring terminal via a wire; the wiring terminal is connected to an external terminal via a wire; and the adjusting groove is 15-25mm in length. 3
