Abstract
Title: Tool for Riveting Motor Shells Abstract The present invention discloses a tool for riveting a motor shell, comprising a step motor, a step drive controller and a blade, the step motor being connected to the step drive controller. The step motor is fixed onto a motor fixing plate. The blade is disposed on a tool rest with a three-jaw chuck. The step motor is connected to the tool rest via a connector. The three-jaw chuck is provided thereon with a motor positioning seat having a quick clamping mechanism provided thereon. The quick clamping mechanism is connected to a threaded lead screw. A rubber block is provided at the top end of the threaded lead screw.
Description
Description Tool for Riveting Motor Shells Technical Field of The present invention The present invention relates to a tool for riveting a motor shell. Background of The present invention In the process of assembling a motor, a stator is required to be disposed into a motor shell and fixed inside the shell. Generally, riveting the shell is employed. The existing riveting manners are usually accomplished manually. Rivets are screwed into riveting holes of a motor shell from the outside of the motor shell. Such a way has low working efficiency and high labor intensity, and is thus not suitable for the current era in which the automatic machines develop rapidly. Summary of The present invention To solve the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a tool for riveting a motor shell, including a step motor, a step drive controller and a blade, the step motor being connected to the step drive controller. The tool for riveting a motor shell provided by the present invention reduces the labor intensity of workers in riveting a shell, and improves the working efficiency and the quality of products. 1 Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of a tool for riveting a motor shell according to the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a clamp of the tool for riveting a motor shell. Detailed Description of The present invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the tool for riveting a motor shell provided by the present invention includes a step motor 1, a step drive controller 2 and a blade 3. The step motor 1 and the step drive controller 2 are connected together. The stop motor 1 is fixed onto a motor fixing plate 4. The blade 3 is disposed on a tool rest 6 with a three-jaw chuck 5. The step motor 1 is connected to the tool rest 6 via a connector 7. The three-jaw chuck 5 is provided thereon with a motor positioning seat 8 with a quick clamping mechanism 9 provided thereon. The quick clamping mechanism is connected to a threaded lead screw 10. A rubber block 11 is provided at the top end of the threaded lead screw 10. When in use, a motor 12 is placed on the motor positioning seat 8. The quick clamping mechanism 9 is driven to allow the threaded lead screw 10 to rotate, until the rubber block 11 is fixed with a motor rotor in a contact manner. Then, the step drive controller 2 is activated, and the step motor 1 drives the blade 3 to rivet the shell. 2
