The bracket is provided thereon with a bearing base, a shaft core and a conical needle bearing. The bottom of the shaft core is pressed on the conical needle bearing via a press plate. The shaft core is provided thereon with a worktable. The worktable is provided with four three-jaw chucks, each jaw being connected to a magnetic steel bonding core. Description
Description Device for Bonding Magnetic Steel on Stators Technical Field of the Invention The invention relates to the assembly field of motors, and particularly to a device for bonding magnetic steel on stators. Background of the invention Magnetic steel is bonded onto the shell of a stator via a bonder. For the existing devices for bonding magnetic steel onto stators, the bonding strength cannot be adjusted, and the bonding operation is very inconvenient. Only one stator may be bonded every time, so the working efficiency is low. Summary of the Invention To solve the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a device for bonding magnetic steel on stators, including a bracket. The bracket is provided thereon with a bearing base, a shaft core and a conical needle bearing. The bottom of the shaft core is pressed on the conical needle bearing via a press plate. The shaft core is provided thereon with a worktable. The worktable is provided with four three-jaw chucks, each jaw being connected to a magnetic steel bonding core. Further, the bonding strength of magnetic steel is adjusted by adjusting the three-jaw chucks. The device for bonding magnetic steel on stators provided by the present invention is simple in structure and easy to operate, and can adjust the bonding strength and support pipeline operation, so the working efficiency is improved. 1 Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of a device for bonding magnetic steel on stators according to the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a top view of the device for bonding magnetic steel on stators. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Fig. 1, the present invention provides a device for bonding magnetic steel on stators, including a bracket 1. The bracket 1 is provided thereon with a bearing base 2, a shaft core 3 and a conical needle bearing 4. The bottom of the shaft core 3 is pressed on the conical needle bearing 4 via a press plate 5. The shaft core 3 is provided thereon with a worktable 6. The worktable 6 is provided with four three-jaw chucks 7, each of which is connected to a magnetic steel bonding core 8. When in the use of the device for bonding magnetic steel on stators, an enclosure 9 is sheathed on the magnetic steel bonding core 8, and then magnetic steel 10 coated with a bonder outside is inserted into a gap between the enclosure 9 and the magnetic steel bonding core 8. The bonding strength between the magnetic steel 10 and the enclosure 9 is adjusted by the three-jaw chuck 7. The worktable may be rotated. After a stator is bonded, the worktable may be rotated at 902. After the stator which has been bonded is taken off, a next stator may be bonded. 2
Claims (2)
1. A device for bonding magnetic steel on stators, comprising a bracket, the bracket being provided thereon with a bearing base, a shaft core and a conical needle bearing provided thereon, characterized in that the bottom of the shaft core is pressed on the conical needle bearing via a press plate, the shaft core being provided thereon with a worktable, the worktable being provided with four three-jaw chucks, each jaw being is connected to a magnetic steel bonding core.
2. The device for bonding magnetic steel on stators according to claim 1, characterized in that the bonding strength of magnetic steel is adjusted by adjusting the three-jaw chucks. 3
