Description Tool for Assembling Planet Carrier Components Technical Field of the Invention The invention relates to the assembly field of motors, and particularly to a tool for assembling a planet carrier component. Background of the invention In the prior art, generally, assembling a planet carrier component into a planet gear to make it fitted with the planet gear is implemented manually. However, as the planet gear is located inside a planet reduction gearbox, during assembly, it is difficult to assemble the planet carrier into the planet reduction gearbox in one step to make it accurately fitted with the planet gear. Furthermore, such assembly is both labor-consuming and time-consuming, and has low efficiency is. Consequently, the labor cost increases. Summary of the Invention To solve the technical problems in the prior art, the present invention provides a tool for assembling a planet carrier component, including a soleplate with a fixing plate and a V-shaped block provided thereon, characterized in that a guide sleeve is disposed on the fixing plate and provided therein with an ejector sleeve and an ejector rod, a baffle being provided at the end of the ejector sleeve, the ejector rod being connected to an ejector block. Further, a spring is provided between the ejector block and the baffle. The tool for assembling a planet carrier component provided by the present invention is simple in structure and easy to use, and greatly improves the assembly efficiency of planet carrier components and greatly enhances the 1 success rate of assembly. Brief Description of the Drawing Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of a tool for assembling a planet carrier component according to the present invention; and Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the tool for assembling a planet carrier component in a direction A-A. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described in details as below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a tool for assembling a planet carrier component, including a soleplate 5 with a fixing plate 4 and a V-shaped block 6 provided thereon. A guide sleeve 3 is disposed on the fixing plate 4 and provided therein with an ejector sleeve 2 and an ejector rod 1. A baffle 7 is provided at the end of the ejector sleeve 2. The ejector rod 1 is connected to an ejector block 10. A spring 11 is provided between the ejector block 10 and the baffle 7. When in use, an inner gear ring component 9 is placed on the V-shaped block 6, and a planet carrier component 8 is placed on the baffle 7; the ejector sleeve 2 is pushed to move along the guide sleeve 3, so that the planet carrier component 8 is assembled into a planet gear 12 inside the inner gear ring component 9; and then, the ejector rod 1 is pressed to make the planet carrier component 8 separated from the baffle 7. In this way, the planet carrier component 8 is assembled into the planet gear 12. 2
Claims (2)
1. A tool for assembling a planet carrier component, comprising a soleplate with a fixing plate and a V-shaped block provided thereon, characterized in that a guide sleeve is disposed on the fixing plate and provided therein with an ejector sleeve and an ejector rod, a baffle being provided at the end of the ejector sleeve, the ejector rod being connected to an ejector block.
2. The tool for assembling a planet carrier component according to claim 1, characterized in that a spring is provided between the ejector block and the baffle. 3
