Abstract
The customized Fire pit, barbecue and rotisserie is of cylindrical shape, it is insulated on the inside with a Hebel frame and high heat resistance pizza oven clay, this is so children or anyone for that matter that touches or bumps into the outer surface will not get burnt. Looking from an external view it consists of a mosaic tiled outer layer. Inside the cylindrical form sits a stainless steel bowl which is used for containing the fire. CUSTOMIZED FIRE PIT, BARBECUE & ROTISSERIE The invention is described in the following statement.
11§ 1&K 11[4CU The product I am applying for a patent is used as a Fire Pitt, Barbecue and Rotisserie. It is the first of its kind and has a very distinct design. It is made entirely in Australia and uses all Australian materials. This invention has been designed in order for the owner to use this one product has a fire pit a barbecue and a rotisserie, just by adding or removing one element of the design, example being if you would like to use it as a barbecue all you would need to do is place the stainless steel grill on the bowl containing the fire. The product design is the first of its kind because of the material used and the overall look of it. The tiled outer surface gives the customer a chance to match this fire pit/ barbecue with their outdoor decor. It consists of a compressed fibro base, a Hebel frame that is also tiled on the outer surface with sheets of ceramic mosaic tiles and mirror, the inner surface is coated with high heat resistance pizza oven clay for insulation. Inside this round frame sits a round stainless steel bowl which is used to contain the fire. On top of the frame there is a 13mm thick toughened glass in the shape of a donut which is can be used for placing plates, cups and any food cooked. Because of all the insulation used the glass or the outer layer of pit do not radiate any heat and are safe to touch. In the stainless steel bowl a customized stainless steel grill can be placed for cooking purposes.
An aluminium guard can be placed in between bowl and glass to prevent any splashes from cooking oils. There are also heavy duty wheels underneath to enable easy movement. This product will be made customized according to buyers taste, e.g. different tiles on the outer surface. The product will be better understood in attached drawing which is of a section cut through the middle of the product. The full use of this product will be seen in attached photographs.
Claims (5)
1. The body of the product is of a cylindrical shape and has wheels attached to bottom for easy movement.
2. The product has a mosaic tiled outer layer.
3. The product has a glass table top in the shape of a donut, which sits on the body of the fire pit.
4. The product has a stainless steel bowl which sits inside the frame and is used to contain the fire.
5. The product if used as a fire pit, barbecue and rotisserie.
