Abstract

Reusable Envelope Reusable envelope has been developed where envelope has additional detachable perforated pages to use it again and again. The advantage of this envelope is the pages will remain attached to envelope all time until user removes it intentionally. See figure 5. T~ i C'O ~ S /1 -. -~ ,& f / Ax

Description

EDITORIAL NOTE 2013100857 There is two pages of the description only Description: Background - why there was a need to improve: There is a need to improve on current internal envelop to provide users more use of the standard internal envelope, our innovative invention/design will reduce overall time, cost and wastage. Summary of the invention: We have designed and improved on the current standard internal envelope, with the aim and intent to reduce overall time, cost and material wastage, by providing the ability to use a standard internal envelope multiple times; this will reduce time, overall cost and overall material wastage. For example a standard A4 internal envelope (our design could be utilised for any internal envelope size), currently has approximately 18 times for a user to add/write in name/contact details and use crossing off space available to re-use each time they have used the envelope. Our design can be adapted to any standard internal envelopes, for reference and for this purpose we have added 5 (please note the design is not limited to this specific number) extra sheets of paper on to the standard internal envelope, thinner and resilient sheets of paper (the type of paper is not limited to a specific type) so as not to add any further bulkiness to the envelope for consideration of overall weight. The additional sheets are attached all around with perforated edges (potentially could be perforated on opposite sides too), however with perforated edges all around, this will prevent each sheet from damage when the envelope is in use/transit. These additional sheets are exactly the same in appearance to the front - top page of the standard internal envelope, however they are additional pieces of paper, held down either side as mentioned with perforated edges made from slightly thinner paper, so that once the users have used the top page (varying according to size of envelope), the user will have the ability and function to "tear" off this first top page and use the remaining pages via the "tear off" tab. The additional layers/sheets of paper will be made from thin, resilient material, so that they are not easily ripped and being held down with the perforated edges will also assist with this. Benefits reiterated are: Our design will provide users the ability to use the internal envelope more than once, which will in turn reduce time, overall and overall wastage of material.
Sequence of illustrations: Diagram 1 - example of standard current internal envelope (note this is not to scale - only as an example) - this is example is of an A4 size provided users approximately 18 uses. Diagram 2 - example of our innovative envelope - with added on perforated pages (note this is not to scale and is not limited to how many added on pages there could be, only as an example), showing additional pages added on that can be used, then removed once all spaces have been used via the (diagram 2a) tear off tab. Diagram 3 - Side view (note this is not to scale) - illustrates side view of our innovative envelope with the added on perforated pages. Diagram 4 - Illustration/example of a person tearing/taking off the top page to be able to then reuse the envelope with the remaining pages underneath. Diagram 5 - Illustration of a person using our envelope after one page has been used up, they can then reuse any remaining pages.
