Description
Description Reduction Gearbox of Direct Current Motor Technical Field of the Invention The invention relates to a reduction gearbox of a direct current motor. Technical Background of the Invention A reduction gearbox is generally arranged between a motor output shaft and a load, to fit the input rotation speed of the load. In the prior art, a gear shaft of a reduction gear of a reduction gearbox is typically rotatably supported between a box body and a box cover by various bearings. For example, a shaft-mounted motor reducer (Patent No.: CN 93239001.3) was provided, comprising a motor, a box body, a box cover, an input shaft assembly, an intermediate shaft assembly, an output shaft assembly and keys, and bearings; this reducer is of a box-like flat shape, and the motor and a driven shaft are directly connected in a nested manner in a reducer chamber; the transmission shaft is arranged in a plane, with two stages in straight lines and three stages in fold lines, and the two stages of transmission are the same as the last two stages of the three stages of transmission; the output shafts are connected by a hollow shaft key or connected together in a nested manner or fixedly suspended by a torque arm; and, the motor shaft and the keys directly extend into a blind hole and a key slot of an input gear shaft inside the reducer chamber, one end of the input gear shaft penetrates into a ferrule hole and is then fixed onto the box body and the box cover via the bearings at two ends, then positioned by a motor flange spigot and an inner circle spigot of the box cover, and finally fastened by studs and nuts. However, the above structure has the problems that the assembly structure between the reduction gear, the reduction gearbox body and the box cover is complex, accumulated errors between parts are likely to occur, and the manufacture cost is high. Summary of the Invention The purpose of the invention is to provide a reduction gearbox of a direct current motor, with simple assembly structure, small accumulated error and low manufacture cost.
The above technical purpose of the invention is mainly achieved with the technical solution as follows: a reduction gearbox of a direct current motor is provided, comprising a box body fixed with a motor and a box cover fixed with the box body; a reduction gear and an output shaft lever coaxially arranged with the reduction gear are arranged in a chamber formed of the box body and the box cover, the reduction gear consists of a gear body, a left boss and a right boss, the left boss and the right boss being coaxial with the gear body and arranged at two ends of the gear body, and the left boss and the right boss are directly rotatably supported with the box body and the box cover, respectively. The reduction gear is directly rotatably supported with the gearbox body and the box cover via the left boss and the right boss at two ends thereof, without any bearings and supporting shafts, so that an assembly structure between the reduction gear, the box body and the box cover is simplified, the possible accumulated errors between the parts are simultaneously reduced, and the manufacture cost is lowered. Preferably, the output shaft lever and the reduction gear are integrally molded by injection and extend out from two ends of the reduction gear, respectively, an annular boss is formed inside the reduction gear, and an annular groove matched with the annular boss is arranged on the output shaft lever. Thus, the invention is characterized in simple assembly structure, small accumulated error, and low manufacture cost. Brief Description of the Drawings Fig. 1 is a structure diagram of the invention; and, Fig. 2 is a transmission structure diagram between the reduction gearbox provided in the invention and a motor. Detailed Description of the Invention The technical solutions of the invention will be further described in details as below by specific embodiments with reference to drawings. Embodiment 1 As shown in Fig. 2, a reduction gear 5 composed of a worm gear is in transmission fit with an output worm 12 of a motor 2. As shown in Fig. 1, a box body 1 is fixed with the motor 2, a box cover 3 and the box body 1 are fixed by a screw 4, a reduction gear 5 and an output shaft lever 6 coaxially arranged with the reduction gear are arranged in a chamber formed of the box body 1 and the box cover 3, the output shaft lever 6 and the reduction gear 5 are integrally molded by injection, the reduction gear 5 consists of a gear body 7, a left boss 8 and a right boss 9, the left boss 8 and the right boss 9 being coaxial with the gear body 7 and arranged at two ends of the gear body 7, and the left boss 8 and the right boss 9 are directly rotatably supported with the box body 1 and the box cover 3, respectively. The output shaft lever 6 extends out from two ends of the reduction gear 5, respectively, an annular boss 10 is formed inside the reduction gear 5, and an annular groove 11 matched with the annular boss 10 is arranged on the output shaft lever 6.
Claims (2)
1. A reduction gearbox of a direct current motor, comprising a box body fixed with a motor and a box cover fixed with the box body, a reduction gear and an output shaft lever coaxially arranged with the reduction gear being arranged in a chamber formed of the box body and the box cover, characterized in that the reduction gear consists of a gear body, a left boss and a right boss, the left boss and the right boss being coaxial with the gear body and arranged at two ends of the gear body, and the left boss and the right boss are directly rotatably supported with the box body and the box cover, respectively.

The reduction gearbox of a direct current motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the output shaft lever and the reduction gear are integrally molded by injection and extend out from two ends of the reduction gear, respectively, an annular boss is formed inside the reduction gear, and an annular groove matched with the annular boss is arranged on the output shaft lever.
