Description
1 Mobile Counter Pressure Filler Proposal BACKGROUND: Premium Estate Bottlers is a mobile wine bottling and packaging company that currently services Victoria, NSW and parts of South Australia. We currently have two mobile units with light Vacuum fillers capable of filling all types of still wine into various configurations of packages. PEB was the first Mobile bottling operator in Australia and has been operating for over 20 years. PROPOSAL: PEB proposes to purchase a Krones Counter Pressure bottling line and install into a modern climate controlled trailer the same as currently being used to house our still wine bottling & packaging equipment. PEB believes this will be a first for Mobile filling within Australia. This machine will be capable of filling all carbonated [fizzy] products including Proseco, water, cider, beer and sparkling wines. This machine will make bottling such products more affordable and convenient for the smaller producers such as Boutique breweries, cideries and wineries who cannot afford to purchase & operate their own bottling line and cannot justify the large volumes required & the associated expense, to send the product off site to be processed. TRADE REFERENCES: PEB has had generated great interest in this proposal from existing and potential clients such as Dal Zotto Wines in the King Valley [the first producer of Proseco in Australia], The Lamitina Group in Mildura who are keen to produce a premium sparkling water and Henry's of Harcourt who wish to bottle both cider and sparkling apple juice.
