EDITORIAL NOTE 2012101775 There is one page of the description only Improvement in female menstrual pad to promote better hygiene and sanitary pad changing routine during female menstrual cycle. Currently, there is a lack in convenient hygiene practice routine in standard female sanitary pads. This relates to pad changing process during a women menstrual period. Currently, the female sanitary pad changing process by women experiencing the period is quite simple and limited. The menstrual discharge is not effectively cleaned and removed from the discharge area in common regular sanitary pad changing routine. This can leave the menstruating female feeling uncomfortable, unhygienic with unwanted menstrual odour that may and can lead to undesirable health outcomes. This new innovation comprises the provision of an additional product attached to every single sanitary pad. The additional product is an individually wrapped flushable wet wipe which is attached to the menstrual pad for convenient ready to be used at every sanitary pad changing routine. Each flushable wet wipe is directly attached to every single menstrual pad by method of gluing or similar. Furthermore, the flushable wet wipe is designed to be gentle on the female intimate area. It is pH balanced, alcohol and fragrance free. The wet wipe is also environmentally friendly; it is made of air laid paper and therefore is biodegradable and flushable in the toilet. To support the improvement in health and hygiene routine to menstruating women the disposable flushable wet wipe is 15cm x 20cm in size. To ensure a fresher cleaner feel at every menstrual pad change and to achieve maximum benefit of the improvement in menstrual hygiene practice routine, the reasonably sized flushable wet wipe is recommended to be used after toilet paper. Hence, this innovation promotes and supports a convenient way of improving practice routine for every menstruating female that leads to more desirable hygiene and female health outcomes. This innovation patent is to cover female sanitary pad product that comes inclusive with a disposable individually wrapped wet wipe attached to each pad.
